Clean and efficient. No fuss. Great breakfast deal with Cafe next door. Great Staff which are attentive and helpful. Good location. It is only rated two stars since it offers the bare essentials but I chose to double them!

Would Love to visit again. The room we were given with was a bit small. The bed was comfortable. Private bathroom was awesome. But one thing is that you will not find coffee at hotel. You need to go out for coffee.

Basic hotel but clean and tidy with helpful staff. Ideally situated; close to shops, cafes, train and tube station. Fantastic value for the cost. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in London.

I stayed here for 5 nights, the location is great, staff was great, only thing I would have liked is more pillows. But that just a small minus. Everything was great, will definitely use this hotel again.

Great for a one night stay, but wouldn't start longer due to the size of the rooms. Also our bathroom fan sounded like a chop saw.

Point A Hotels are great when it come to cutting out unnecessary amenities for the price conscious budget traveler but retain the main things we all desire. 1) A great comfortable bed. 2) Excellent city center locations — right in the heart of the city 3) Clean rooms 4) and finally a brilliant shower. Staff at the Point A Paddington were knowledgeable on the hotel and surrounding area and were happy to point out various things to enhance my stay. Thank you.

Very good! Rooms are small but modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and of decent pressure. The rooms only downside was the lack of kettle, but hot drinks are available to purchase from reception and hot water is free (I wanted to take and fill my own coffee cup). Staff are very welcoming and friendly, always saying hello and have a good day etc. Very good value for money for London — I would definitely use again.

The hotel is nicely located just 10 minutes from Paddington station with a supermarket right across the street. Rooms are tiny, beds are ok but I wouldn't stay here if you have a bad back. The bathroom was nice and looked relatively new so worked accordingly. Only minor complaints are: trash bag didn't get replaced the trash only got taken out (we noticed because of our chewing gum which remained in the bag) and the shower didn't drain well. The internet at the hotel works well compared to other hotels I stayed at. All in all this hotel offers great value for price for a simple overnight stay.

Fantastic staff & customer service. Location is perfect and only a 10-15 minute walk from Oxford Street & Hyde Park. There is a Tesco supermarket across the road and cafe next door, cash points easily accessible. The rooms are basic but serve their purpose if you are on a budget, clean & comfortable. Would stay here again definitely.

A quiet, comfortable place in the neighborhood of Paddington, that it was close to everything. The metro and buses are near. The room we had was comfortable and clean. Heating, excellent! And the attention of all the staff, top. Very grateful.

Nice clean budget hotel close to the train station and a couple of Tube stops… Not a bad walk from the top of Oxford Street either.

This is a BUDGET HOTEL, which they tell you as soon as you check in, but not especially when you make reservations. Just be aware. Budget means sparse. The very basics. No breakfast. Close to Edgeware station, lots of restaurants, M & S, Preta Manger, so good location for a weekend in London. The help desk young people are VERY nice & friendly.

Location is good, it is in-between two train stations. There's a twenty four hours supermarket opposite. Down side of the hotel is that there's not even a fridge. The building look like it used to be an old folks home cause the toilet has a shower chair for the disabled.

My review is based on my expectations. I wanted a budget hotel near a major Tube stop. This hotel was much better than what I had hoped for. I will definitely use this hotel for future trips to London. First, I want to acknowledge Alex and Claudia. They were extremely helpful, very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in making my stay an exceptional experience. The pluses. The room had air conditioning. This was a pleasant surprise as I hadn't been thinking of that when I booked it in March. During my stay in June, the temperature was in the mid to upper 30's C. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Paddington Tube stop. There were a lot of dining options nearby. The room was spacious. I had accidentally booked a room with 2 beds, while I was a solo traveler. This was a bargain. Multiple power outlets. Because they are a budget hotel, they only had room service every 3 days. I try to stay “green” and use towels more than once. Often times, I will do what the hotel says to do, but end up having the towels replaced daily. ATM across the street. A market 3 blocks away, which was also relatively close to a different tube stop. The negatives. There was only a small fold out table and night stands. While you could store your luggage under the beds, there was no real place to set souvenirs or other things that you might want to have out. Neutral. There was no in hotel breakfast available. When I stayed, they had an arrangement with the place next door. It didn’t matter to me.

No kettle, walls paper thin you hear every knock, couldn't sleep due to noise, no iron or ironing board and room smaller than a wheelie bin. Enjoy your stay!

Friendly staff, very small rooms, but very modern, clean and bright, with a nice bathroom and comfy bed. It was cosy and comfortable. Great location and good value for money. Would stay there again.

For the money you pay it is very much a budget hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and I have always found the rooms to be spotless. Great for an overnight stay before heading to the airport, but wouldn't use it for a longer stay.

Affordable prices, clean rooms, convenient location to the train and the tube and an extremely friendly and attentive staff. The key reason I couldn't go to 5 stars is that our room was TINY! Having been to London several times and stayed both in and outside of the city, I know that if you want a good sized room with a great location you should be prepared to pay an outrageous nightly rate. That being said, this room was bordering on ridiculously small. I don't know the exact square footage, but I'll try to put it in perspective. There are no closets, no chairs and the only place to put your luggage is under the bed. If you want to open your suitcase, you'll be putting it on the bed to do so. The thing I had to keep in mind was that I wasn't in London to experience a great hotel room, I was here to see the town and just needed a clean, affordable place to sleep at the end of the day. For that, it fit the bill just fine. Plus, I really can't compliment the staff enough! Friendly, funny, helpful and knowledgeable. I've paid far more at other hotels and not received this level of service. I would probably stay here again; if I can get a slightly larger room.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel, used their other branch at kings cross previously. We arrived early from our overnight train from Scotland and wanted to see if they could check us in a little earlier. We were very grateful that was made possible with the help of their manager (Marius? ). We also left our luggage with them before the trip which the rate offer was much better than the usual left luggage service. From now on, I just can't see the point using other hotel in London. Thanks guys, you're truly brilliant!

Great stay! Very nice neighbourhood with great buss and tube connection. There is a 24/7 tesco across the street. Very nice staff. The room was fresh and you are able to control your own AC.

I was looking for a nice budget room in that particular area and I found it. It is clean and fresh and close to underground station.

The good way to stay in London. Our experience at Point A was very good. For acessible price, we have an amazing time in London, with good rooms, nice people, good service, estrategic localization, and all the good adjectives you can attribute to a trip with you family. No regrets, only smiles.

Very convenient location near Paddington station. The room was small but nothing was missing. The rooms are not redone daily. If you want a change of towels you should ask at reception. Very good quality/price. Recommended (if you are willing to accept the limitations described before).

A hotel with simple but charming, clean and comfortable, good value for money close to metro station Paddington… The director is a gentleman Italian very courteous and polite … I found a spot even without reservation… I recommend highly!

A cheap (for the location) no frills hotel. Stayed in the building opposite, it's a bit dated but I only needed to get my head down for 4 hours after a job locally. Room was hot despite being November, friendly staff, breakfast nothing to write home about, it's simple and no frills!

Terrible. Small. Dirty. Not even a chair where to put your luggage. A bug was walking freely over my bag. Dirty and old shower. Poor breakfast. Bad services and Indian staff with terrible English who don't care about the customer. No lift. We asked them to get us a taxi by 5 am and it arrived half an hour later. It was not a taxi but a regular car who claimed to be a taxi, they wanted £22, the "taxidriver" used Google Maps from her mobile to get to the station. In conclusion we missed the train. Too expensive for what it is even if it is London.

The room in the average bathroom mini. Cost exaggerated for the sabbath day, (but rightly is Saturday) and honest on the Sunday night. The breakfast in the morning. Great location (very close to a metro stop)

The main problem I had was my room, next to my room was a boiler that was very loud. This boiler ticked over or something every 3 minutes making a loud noise like a loud buzzer for 5-10 seconds. Making it very difficult to sleep and woke you up. If someone used the shower in another room is was on permanently. Very hard to sleep. Oh and the rooms are spread over 7 floors with no lift. I was lucky and got a room on the top floor, just what you need after a long day working in London 7 flights of stairs and a noisy room you can't sleep in.

Very nice hotel! Here we organized few events and everything was perfect! All staff is very friendly and helpful! We definitely will come back here!

We stayed at The Paddington Hotel London for 2 days. The food was amazing and a short walk from the Heathrow express. Friendly staff and modern and stylish decoration throughout the hotel. Really this was one of the best hotels in Paddington area.

Excellent position, close to PaddingtonTube and Railway Station. The rooms are clean and comfortable though not very spacious. Big continental and full English breakfast. Good! Kind and helpful staff both at the reception desk and in the breakfast room.

Beautiful area, centrally located and the best traffic connections. Rooms are a bit small and the Baddecken bloom due to the lack of air exchange. Nice helpful staff.

Got here after being overbooked in a hotel in the same chain. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself I guess, but nothing special either. Like every hotel in London it is pricy but the location is convenient. The breakfast hall is very crowded and noisy.

Very good hotel. 10 minutes until Paddington subway station. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Rooms are small but were enough for me. I would come back to this Hotel.

Perfect location near train station and tube. Room is small, but who needs a big room when you only use the room during nighttime. Breakfast is good. Waffles, toast and cake. Service from every employee is good too. Only bad thing is the shower. You have either no water pressure or no warm water. And with no pressure I mean the water drips from the shower. I have had great pressure on 42th floor of hotel in New York, so I expect more on second floor here than a dribble.

Stayed for one night, room was clean but incredibly hot! No air con but a fan in the corner of the room which just pushed hot air around. Couldn't sleep with the window open due to the traffic noise. Breakfast wasn't great, instant coffee, warm cheese, toast and cereal, continental only. It served a purpose but we wouldn't come back again.

For the price, we couldn't have asked for much more from Tune. The rooms were small but well designed, clean and modern. The location is convenient for a number of London attractions, and is well serviced by public transport. The staff were polite and professional. If you are seeking lodgings for a trip where you do not expect to spend long in your hotel room, you couldn't do much better than Tune Paddington. Our only complaint was the small bed, which was marginally too small for two average sized people — if you are above average in any dimension I expect you will have an uncomfortable sleep.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Several problems with the room. Beds were hard as a rock, would of rather been on the floor. Stains all over the curtains/carpeting, bathroom floors were dirty and an usually large amount of dust on the headboard of the bed as well as other places. Really expected a bit better I don't think I'll come back even though it was a cheap room.

The staff is very friendly. The paddington hotel is right near Lancaster Station and Hyde Park. We are on the top floor (6th) but there is no elevator. There is also no air conditioning. I think it's the perfect place to stay if you don't care about having a fancy-shmancy room. I would definitely stay here again for the savings and location.

Stayed at the Paddington Hotel London Hotel last night. Hotel well situated near Heathrow express. Hotel was fantastic! Beds were comfortable. They were so helpful the parking facilities are a bonus and overall the hotel is lovely!

Nice little hotel, rooms was perhaps on the small side, with not much room to move, but we were only in the room to sleep and shower so it wasn't a big deal. The location was great, a couple of minutes walk from Paddington Railway Station and Edgware Road Underground stations. The staff were friendly, and the rooms clean. The beds were nice, but only one small pillow is provided, which some might fight difficult to sleep with. All in all though, a nice hotel.

Nice clean room. Got what I see on their website. Yes. Rooms are small but that is why the price is good. Perfect location. If you want a decent price stay and cleanness is important. This is a place u want.

If you can not find any hotel that is well priced in London and is quite well located, this os you can use. It is 5 min walking from the beginning of Oxford Str. If you can not pilléis the rooms of the last floor (14) and (15) because it reaches the Wi-Fi, and above there is no elevator. The breakfast very justito. To sum up: the Hotel is quite mediocre, but it is not dirty and with a good location
