DO NOT STAY HERE! This place has possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced and they do not seem to care. When booking the room, I chose to pay on arrival, however the payment was taken out of my bank. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told I needed to make the room payment, as the one that had been taken out of my account was a deposit. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and, considering I am a young woman, he was happy enough to see me with nowhere to stay, and said 'What do you want me to do about it? ' when I explained the confusion. I asked multiple times why I had to make another payment when I had proof of payment being taken, and I showed this to the receptionist, and he was extremely rude to me. He told me again that the room was £110 and that I had paid a £70 deposit that I would get back. Never was £110 stated anywhere for the room, and when I complained to the hotel, I was told that I would get the deposit back as they had only put a charge on my card. Even if this is the case, the staff do not care that my complaint is about the way I was treated and they clearly only care about the money. The room itself was not clean, one of the towels in the room had an orange stain, the cushions on the bed were stained, the bed had what looked like food crumbs on it and there were hairs on the shower door. I am trying to get a decent response and some of my original payment back (not the so called 'deposit', this is apparently being sorted).

Awful, avoid at all cost. Run by ignorant, rude owner. Even Gordon Ramsay wouldnt step into this s h I t hole to save it as one of his hotel shows. Dont chance it cause your " double deluxe" is a single bed. Dont even dream of getting any refund and you will also find dirty, stained towels with somebodys hair everywhere. Dirt, dirt, dirt.

We were supposed to stay at this hotel Sunday, March 22, 2020. We live in Arizona. Because of the COVID-19 outbreak, we cannot travel over the pond at this time due to regulations. We kindly contacted the hotel several times, through hotels. Com and even via email to see if we could change the dates or get refunded. This is the owner's reply. "Thank you for your e-mail.
We do have your reservation and you reservation is non refundable and non changeable reservation. "

We had a' deluxe room' dusty, dirty kettle, dirty shower screen, dirty mirrors.
Tiny.

What the hell horrible experience…! It smelled a lot and it’s disgusting. And the reception guy and house keeper were very rude to treat the customer. I strongly and completely dont’t recommend this hotel. We just walk out without staying after just one monet staying at hotel. We booked another hotel immediately. The small room sucks.

Good budget hotel which provides an accessible venue at a reasonable price around preparations for London Marathon (though I wasn't running! )

This "3 Star" hotel shares check inn with low budget hotel The Blair Victoria. The staff, rooms, and cleanliness are that of a low budget hotel not worth 3 stars. We had to change hotels because of the amount of hair on the bed, sink, towels, and a shower drain that did not drain causing water to overflow to the bathroom floor. The staff refused to check out our complaint and we had to wait 14 hrs to see the manager. The smell of drugs was so overwelming on the ground and lower ground floors is sickening. Boycott this disgusting place!

Worst hotel ever dirty rooms hair in shower cabin and in bed also they offer you full breakfast and serve Musli with milk and jam.

Rooms were quiet small but ok for 1 night. Toilet seat was broken and their was dust on the lamp shades and flys in curtains. Alot of noise aswell at night.

Very clean, very comfortable bed and close to victoria station and victoria coach station. Very good for travellers and for business trip.

Small but clean comfortable room, tea and coffee making facilities TV and only a short walk from Victoria Station ideal for an overnight stay whilst visiting the Royal Albert Hall for concert.

For the price the location is great with modern clean rooms but sadly they are tiny.

The hotel was awful. The room was clean and the breakfast was very small. Tofo very careless. He was supposed to have TV, which shone from his absence. There was a TV stand above the headboard of the bed, but nothing about TV. Very poor breakfast The staff were not pleasant. The only good thing about it is the situation, but of course I don't recommend it. Also, noise from the street is heard. In short, it's not worth it, it's not cheap, and for how disgusting it is, too expensive.

It was a very nice hotel on the other side of the street. The staff Dirty Room (same sheets than previous customer, marks and hair on pillows). It's a dirty bathroom. Location

Wifi: You must connect on Facebook and use location to indicate that you're in the hotel! A scandal!

Private. Decent. Quiet. Good option for lone crashers.

Stayed here with my sister for a week in October, Was very pleased the room a little small but clean and nice, we would go out in the morning and by the time we’d get back the room would be tidied and towels changed. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars was like said in a couple other reviews you check in across the road and if it isn’t time to go to the room you leave your bags there in an open lobby with a sign that says not responsible for stolen items. That stressed me out a little because we arrived a few hours early and had some things to go out and do while we waited for the room but everything was there when we returned, still it put a damper on my morning but the rest of the week lovely we traveled all London it’s close to Victoria Station, walking distance to Buckingham Place and great priced. Would stay here again!

Beautifully quaint, comfortable cosy bed, excellent host, and most of all… Home made Irish bread just like my grandad used to make.

Friendly personal and helpful. The rooms are not big but clean. Perfect for a city-trip!

The location is super! All that is necessary next. Interet paid£ 5 a day. The reception sells adapters for 2.5£. The rooms are dirty, but cleaned and towels replaced every day. For a free Breakfast 3 cereal, milk, tea, coffee, toast, butter, jam. Next time I will stay here.

Booked this hotel as my usual easy hotel Victoria was full… Upon arriving I was given the room key and I proceded to the room. Room was in a state of disrepair leaking walls and windows skirting boards broken and patched up with misfits of wood. Broken bed Base sheets smelt foistey. Bathroom no hot water at all on the evening or morning time. Rips in carpet. When brought up the issues with reception staff I was told "its a two star hotel mate central London what do you expect for your money? " the reception did not enter the room and shrugged off the concerns. Totally avoid this hotel.

A small hotel, rather modest and without great pretensions, but with a staff that is friendly and available. The rooms are small but modern and the beds are very comfortable.

The Hotel is very nice and the welcoming is very good. The litter is of very good quality. The bathroom is perfect, big favorite on the shower, which is extremely nice. A little small, and the cleanliness is not perfect, but I didn't expect so much from a hotel of this price. I recommend.

Small but cozy room, all new newly renovated. The cleaning is not thorough. A lot of dust. The basement room can be heard the subway all the time. But good value for money. Great shower.

Very simple place to stay, amenities are minimum, I didn't see the free continental breakfast… but the price was Very Very Good to be able to stay in central London, It was close to EVERYTHING in walking distance… I would definitely stay here again… Loved London! ❤

Terrible service, I have booked this hotel with 3 months of anticipation, while in Ireland I got a message that the hotel have cancelled my booking! Reason, they could not secure/charge my credit card; very suspicious as I have been charged by other hotels in 3 opporunities priviously and my booking was free of cancellation after 2 days after the hotel cancellation. I called inmidiatly after and the answer was the same that in the email, the guy in reception suggested to call the manager next day to see if something could be arranged, to be fair they sent me an email asking for card details (still not sure why they wanted to charge in advance) but I am on HOLIDAYS not checking my email everyday, a phone call in this cases is compulsory especially when we needed to check in 2 days! Unacceptable. We had to rush to get a last minute hotel, obviously we could not find the same rate but very happy we did not stay there. And in order to be clearer is not possible I have problems with my credit card at all! I am guessing it was more convenient for them to sale my booked days to a better price. Dodgy.

Crammed hotel space, and even more crammed bathroom. It was such a joke — no really, we were laughing while showering. Such a helluva joke of a space. Bad breakfast and bad coffee. Enuff said.

The staff were friendly and good location but the rooms were very grimey and dirty. If you are a man needing somewhere for a cheap few hours sleep then it's fine (just), but to families, tourists, single women, I would recommend avoiding it, you won't feel clean or safe, it's not a true reflection of London. The Ritz is only a 10 minute taxi ride away :)

Travelers… please beware of this place. If you're traveling with your wife, she will be very disappointed. It's so so small. (The rooms, all of them, are about 8 feet by 7 feet. The front desk staff consists of one person that leaves the desk and won't answer phones or in person questions. It's easy to be fooled by the quality of the room by the website photos. Also, half a mile to the tube is NOT that great especially with suitcases. Take your time and find a better hotel for this much money. We paid 150 USD for this pile of ****Oh yeah, and no breakfast. Check out is at 1030 am… screw this place.

Cheep and cheerful. Was strange checking in over the road from the hotel and was worried leaving my luggage just in reception after being told there was a 'secure' place for luggage to be left. Room was small but was only there for one night so not to bothered, few damp places, but overall was happy with my stay!
Also when I booked it said to pay on arrival but 7 days before they took money out of my bank!

Nice staff, lovely room, a bit small but cozy. Very clean as well! Only 4 stars because instead of getting a clean towel they have put the dirty ones back like they were new and clean.

Microscopic and dirty room, dirty brown towels (I dare not imagine what it was) hair and hair between the sheets! A bad place and I don't at best. The photos you see on the website are NOT real and at the reception when you enter they even greet. Worse than that you couldn't!

Very small room, but comfy bed, plenty of tea & great shower. Also, an extension of the hotel across the road, which has a different name. Don't really get that.

Except the logistics (a few hundred meters from the metro station) I found nothing that could be above zero… and I just. Discouraged.

The rooms are bad and lerce! We found rooms with dirty sheets and broken bathroom; They also require £5 a day for Wi-Fi and 2. £5 for each suitcase deposited after check-in-out.

Rooms suitable for those who barely want to sleep, Wi-Fi unexpectedly on payment, staff not friendly.
It only saves for the fairly central location.

Very good position, near Victoria station and city center. Small room, great shower, perfect for a short stay.

To think that the area is very touristic and very good, the hotel consists of rooms very small and uncomfortable for 3 or more people. There are some rooms that have a small difference of the lower price and the bathroom is unstable in terms of space. Very good breakfast, but the breakfast is two hours as a mark in. The image, and the hour of sleep consists of good beds!

Blair Victoria triple room
Fairly central location, near the metro, but it was a nightmare! We were on the fourth floor, to get to the room I my boyfriend and my brother, we came across the scales narrow, all crooked and with drops impressed, the room had a carpeted floor awful, the floor creaked, mold in all corners, but so far everything is bearable, but the bathroom… I don't have adjectives, my boyfriend has had to do his business with the door open, because I could not close it, being the top of the knees not being able to close it given that the bathroom was microscopic, not to mention the "shower" if they so can be called, you had to stand to the side and wash first the right side of the body and then the left one in and most water washes everything, toilet paper, toothbrushes, etc. (they were on the sink, to let you understand of the small size of the bathroom) and the water came out from the door dousing the carpet. And then is not finished… the breakfast consisted of bread, jam, milk, tea. And, finally, 5£ per day for Wi-Fi! I would not go to the blair victoria even under torture!
