Fantastic break from checking in to checking out. The location was perfect (we watched a show at her majesty’s theatres), the staff were very friendly & approachable. As we were celebrating my wife’s birthday they even put us in a four poster bed & laid on a bottle of Prosecco. Very nice touch. I shall definitely be staying here in the future & recommend it to all my friends & family 10/10.

They need to smarten up the spa which is extremely tired. Learn how to make breakfast. The continental trays were not kept full despite it not being the end of service. Couldn't belive how small and basic the seating area was. Full english was the biggest dissapointment ever — uncooked eggs, poor attention from staff dealing with this, tiny shot glass of baked beans, overcooked sausage, uncooked raw tomato, it had all clearly been sitting around a while (apart from the egg! ). Not tasty and put right off eating it following the poor service. They couldn't even supply some more tea when we asked for it. Despite complaining at reception and the restuarant staff admitting it was not good we were still asked the pay for the breakfast — hardly good customer service. — Our compensation was apparently a %discount on our next visit — sorry but there is no chance we will be coming back!
Very sweet that they upgarded us to a four poster bedroom but sadly the bed is in a room that is no way big enough to take it, just makes for a very squashed environment.
Despite the challenging work environment the reception staff were lovely.

Fantastic location. Staff extremely professional and friendly, Prosecco and refreshments on arrival which is such a nice touch. We were given a complimentary upgrade. The rooms were sumptuous and extremely well equipped. Plenty of teas & coffees, fresh fruit and complimentary water which is surprisingly not a given these days.
Luxurious bathroom products.
Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Would certainly recommend and return.

Staff did what that had to. Didn't show us where the facilities were sauna, shower. Very little facilities changing room could have been bigger. Been to better SPA's would not go back.

Great hotel. Level welcome and staff unimpeachable, courteous, prepared and efficient. Every exposed need is handled immediately. Incredible location between Soho, Chinatown and Trafalgar.

Perfectly located hotel right in the centre of London close to just about everything. Arrived on a swelteringly hot day to be offered a glass of cold Prosecco, which went down a treat. Room was very comfortable, toilet and shower were of a very high standard. Overall a wonderful experience. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

A bit hard to find or easy to miss tucked in to the middle of a very busy road. Excellent service, clean rooms and spot on when it comes to in room freebies. My only disappointment was the size of the room but there's not much they can do about that. I would stay again.

We arrived early to drop our bags prior to going to the theatre. The staff were extremely welcoming and asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. When we returned later we found that they had arranged for us to have a beautiful room, specially decorated to celebrate our anniversary with complimentary cakes — such a lovely surprise! The hotel and staff are first rate and the food in Hankies restaurant is excellent. The location is brilliant too! We will definitely return and will recommend this hotel to friends.

Super nice staff, nice rooms and bathrooms, great roomservice and super close to china town, lots of shopping and piccadilly circus it self! The thing that made me upset was the spa part… The bubblebath was not properly cleaned and when I sat in it I could literally see body fluids and skin particles. The water was cloudy and didn't smell right. The steam sauna smelled a lot of mold. I personally think you could get the breakfast included as well in your visit since you really do pay a lot of money per night to stay there. Otherwise it was a lovely stay and a lovely hotel. Loved the place!

Paid more than 200 pounds per day for a very very tiny room. The smallest hotel room I've ever tried (only one step between the door and the bed). I can hear any noise from the corridor in the bed. The breakfast doesn't worth the money. There are very limited choices of food. The location is great and service is ok.

Great hotel, great location, first class staff. The room was small but really well fitted out, love the complimentary smart phone so you can cut roaming charges if you are a foreign visitor. Also the honesty mini bar in the room, at last a trusting business, I know someone will be a let down but most people are honest and will tell reception what they used. All in all highly recommended.

Really nice hotel great experience there staff are more than helpful in every way. You can also relax in a great sauna or steam room and of course there's a jacuzzi. Very convenient for all the shows.

The Piccadilly’s a famous boutique hotel in the Soho section of London right on Piccadilly Circus. The fact that these hotels are so old and stately, never shabby or left to deteriorate like we would in Anerica, is a testament to the care Europeans give to the look of their city. A brand new hotel in its place would look ridiculous. Keeping a 4-5 star rating as well is amazing to me. The same wonderful restaurant, fabulous service and high tea in the lobby make this place outstanding. Great location!

Superb hotel, that has the perfect balance of luxury and style with a personal feel. Fabulous location for our theatre trip and base to explore London. Delishous food for breakfast with many beautiful fresh options. Served in a stylish yet relaxed restaurant by the lovesit of waiters, chef in site cooking up a delight. Our room was truly wonderful and luxurious with lovely bespoke touches from the luxury toiletries to treats. As a surprise the staff decorated the room for mys…elf and my 7 year old and we had a lovely 4 poster bed. The staff were all amazing and I really felt in all the places I have ever stayed these were the best staff I have met.
I was ill and my 7 year old daughter stuck in unable to do all the things planned. Staff were amazing teddy bears, nail varnishes to our room ideas and options.
The Spa is divine. We will definitely return what a great hotel, highly recommend a stay. Champagne.

Visited the spa was small but nice. Staff were nice. Very clean. No pool.

The hustle and bustle of town is definitely present. Worth a quick walk through. The iconic screens are now just standard billboards.

I booked the piccadilly london hotel for a surprise birthday treat for my hubby to be for his early 40th birthday celebration and a year since I proposed to him last time we were in London.
I asked for something special for when we arrived, first we were offered a glass of bubbly on arrival and the staff were so friendly.
Luggage was taken to our room, went to our room and there was bubbly on ice and fruit and cake all on a table for his surprise, my hubby to be was so surprised and they decorated the bed with happy birthday with petals and with balloons.
We bothed loved staying here and we will be staying here again.
Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and thoughtful.

We just stayed for 1 night this weekend for a birthday treat to see Motown the musical. Absolutely fantastic place, we were offered prosecco on arrival and they upgraded our room which had a small birthday cake, chocolates, balloons and petals on the bed spelling Happy Birthday! Awesome. 5* would definately recommend.

Small rooms but fantastic location near Piccadilly. Very handy if you're going to a West End show.

Great location, 5 min walk to oxford street, 1 min to picadilly, very nice staff. The rooms are a bit small but very well equipped. Good value for money. Will definitely return to this hotel!
