Staff were friendly, amazing and helpful… the facilities were very clean and sanitisers at regular points and social distance measures in place. Food was OK, would have like a little more variety and maybe a little more variety in the entertainment, apart from that, a great stay and Llandudno will always be a part of me.

Nice hotel and friendly staff but trying to find somewhere to park is a nightmare. rooms are outdated can't remember last time I had a key to a room.
Windows are a nighmare to open. We had 6 beds in our room. Had to ask for a clean kettle. Lots of tea/ coffee in room which is a plus night time was nice lovely staff all social distance etc enjoyed a game of bingo breakfast honestly worst breakfast I've had in years in a hotel.
was give 1 Weetbix. No vegetarian cooked breakfast, was given cold scrambled eggs.
kids and hubby left their cooked breakfast was cheap products. But the tea was lovely. The lady serving me had a mask on but was under her nose. this hotel is great if you don't drive and don't want a breakfast option.

If u like walls that r masking taped together, sauna like rooms, dirty laundry thrown on the steps, no lift, no aircon, no bar as advertised, BUT great location and cheap rates that make it possible to stay in London on budget then this place is for you. Wi-Fi and flat screen TV are bonus.

In Italy such a structure would not have had the approval of ASL even if you had to open a kennel. You this hotel and worse than a kennel something indescribable from the filthy dirty rooms where in the bed you find the bugs horrible. They should make it close because it can't accommodate being human and not even animals this place.

No privacy, because the door has a gap. The Bathroom is just disgusting, because the bathtub is open on the bottom and the toilet is dirty. There is no soap, no hair dryer, no Wi-Fi. The window is almost broken. And the rooms smells not welcoming. It is really old and I‘m anything other then happy to go back to the hotel after a day in london.

There was a lot that went wrong, so forgive me if I jump around: Room was creaky and old with extensive water damage. There was a strange door in the bathroom (which was actually just a plywood board with a handle) which led out to a bizarre outdoor area covered in trash and smelling of tar. While brushing my teeth I could see beetles crawling in through the huge gap under the door and straight into our shower (which smelled of mold and was too small for one to position oneself in such a way that one could be IN the shower and not get a face full of scalding water). Upon check in, the room smelled strongly of rotting fruit. We hunted around for the source and found a cheap Air Freshening plug in oozing out the smell of fake pineapple. We thought the smell would fade away, but in the morning, it was worse. Just before leaving for the day, my cousin then discovered the source: moldy box of old dumplings in her bedside. The staff are generally unhelpful and disrespectful. I understand that dealing with customers is annoying, but when someone tells you that there are bugs and moldy food in their room, you should be apologetic (and embarrassed) and not accuse them of lying. Please don’t stay here.

If I could give negative stars I would. There was rotting food left in one of the drawers in our room because they don’t actually clean anything here. Then, when we asked to be moved and told them why, they told us to go away and blamed the problem on us. They finally begrudgingly gave us a different room later on when we asked a second time which still wasn’t much better. Lesson learned. Next time I’ll do more homework BEFORE traveling.

Crumbling structure, dirty room and indecent bathroom.

It is true that the hotel should close some time to make renovations more than necessary… but for us it was clean, the minimum was there, I do not understand how this hotel to 3 stars. The floor decligo from 4 to 5 cm, damage because ideally located, staff little seen but correct, on 7 night we had the last 2 s spoiled by poorly educated hoes… or not at all. (screams, thundering laughter, slammed all this after midnight. ). Without forgetting the noise of street attenuated thanks to the earplugs…

The area is perfect BUT the "Hotel" is trash.
Dirty, loud (its better to get a room at the calm backside and dont care about the view! ), the bed is the sleeping killer no. 1, bathroom pipes stinks as hell, unfriendly and really bad english besides one person who is super kind.
We had our worst experiences about a stay over there.
They should pay people to stay at there house not vice versa.
and btw. Fotos seem realy nice BUT aint what you get.

The floor of the room, on the third floor (no elevator) was tilted. Last flight of narrow stairs and getting on with a big suitcase is really a feat! Window glass broke, you could hear all the noises coming from the street. Dirty, sheets with hairs and insects. Bathroom tablet broken, no hot water was coming out of the shower. Mattress too soft with the springs sticking out! On the ceiling a stain of infiltrations of 1 meter by 2. It could be a nice structure if only it was at least cleaner! The location is great, only good thing!

I would give it zero, but the location is nice and it was cheap. No essential equipment inside the rooms like i. E. Soap or kettle so you can make yourself tea or coffee. No breakfast either and it is stated in the Google Maps description. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Better to add few £ and stay somewhere decent.

La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente il punto forte: situato a pochi passi da baker street, permette un comodo accesso ai mezzi di trasporto e al centro. Nelle vicinanze anche un market e diversi punti ristoro. La hall e le stanze sono abbastanza curate, stile ottocentesco. Il problema risiede nei servizi: nella mia stanza (una doppia al primo piano) mancavano saponi e bagnoschiuma, vi erano solo due asciugamani (che tra l'altro non avevano proprio un buon odore), bagno piccolo e poco confortevole. Nel complesso è accettabile, specialmente per una breve permanenza, prezzi moderati. The position of the hotel is its strenght for sure: it is close to Baker Street, the tube is near and it is in central position. Nearby there is also a market and some great places to eat. The hall and the rooms are quite pretty, nineteenth-century style. The services were the problem: there were no soap and gel douche, only two towels (that had not a great smell), the bathroom was very small and not very comfortable. Overall it was passable, specially for short stay, moderate prices.

You're lucky because I can not give you a zero! Is the most disgusting and awful hotel I've ever seen in my life! It's almost everything broken, very dirty, the floor is the worst thing, is uneven and it's rotten! Don't stay there. This "hotel" should be close for lack of security insinde the build. I would not even let my dogs to stay there…

Very well located but lacks a bit of cleaning.

Absolutely disgusting. Front door didn’t lock as it had been smashed in. Waited in reception for almost an hour over 2 occasions for anyone to speak to us. The room was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen! We called the manager and he quickly and offered us a refund and was extremely embarrassed! I wish I could share the photos.

Near the center of London and cheap! That's great! Close to Baker Street station! But… There is mold on the ceiling and a slit over the shower that lets the insulation appear. A lot of noise when people go back to their room it's a pity… No breakfast in the morning: (from the plywood on the windows: (Fortunately the water is hot in the showers the sheets are clean and the heating heats! By cons The duvet cover is holed and lets appear a duvet… improbable:/However the staff is pleasant. In summary nice for a weekend for not very rich but not much more…

Feb 2018 — Worst hotel ever — we arrived within office hours, 2 adults and 2 kids. It took 30 minutes before someone attended the reception. Our room was missing a window. The room was smelly and full of mould. The toilet was not attached to the floor and the bath was extreemly un-healthy. We tried to get in contact with someone from hotel but no one at reception. Be aware this hotel it is a rip off! The pictures online are wrong. We had to find another hotel.

Excellent location, and very cheap. Staff (single) was friendly and helpful. The decor and furnishings are very basic and not in a great state, and the rooms are very basic as well. Bathrooms are small, but clean. But for the price, it's worth it if you're on a budget.

One word to describe this hell hole… DISGUSTING! There was no one on reception, the decor had holes in the walls, wires hanging out and wallpaper torn off. The windows had no lock on them so anyone could climb through, no only that but the front door to the building had no lock on, I didn’t feel safe being there! The bed sheets clearly hadn’t been washed and our shower didn’t even work, it was covered in thick black mould. What was most worry Was that the fire alarms were hanging off the ceilings/ walls obviously broken. I wouldn’t let me worst enemy stay here!

A horror! This hotel is not worthy of a 3 star, the rooms are dilapidated, the floor leans, the view on trash cans is the most disgusting, the windows were broken, they held only if they were open across! I would do without comments on the bathroom… The staff is really not friendly! The one and only positive point of this "hotel" is its geographical location otherwise it is not at all but then not at all to recommend whether it is for a holiday or for a business trip!

Old House converted into hostel for rooms, the house is old, the rooms are large and high ceilings, the best of the establishment its location, with Metro to 2min and bus stop in front of the door, both line and to go to the airport, is Located next to the park of Rosas de la Reina, a very nice park, place just to go to sleep.

£166 for a night with my kids (for that area the best price) but arrived and quickly realized it was the most disgusting place to stay in london! We arrived, there was still luggage in the room. Checkt the beds (puked almost) bathroom was a moldy stinky s***hole! I've never seen such a filthy shower. They probably have no staff to clean the rooms! The worst thing was the security, not because the doors weren't locked at all more because the windows were broke and one window just felt! on my bed! So lucky it didn't hit my child which sat on there otherwise I would have sued them in the worst way! This place needs to be shut! I have bites all over my body I really don't want to know what was in the beds! It was cold as I couldn't shut the windows after opened it. The shower magically turned itself on and never stopped at night… I'm so upset! I couldn't even tell anyone as there was no one to Speak to. Worst day/night I've ever spend in London!

The location is really good. All the ratings are for the location. Besides that nothing is great The restaurant is closed for renovation. The rooms were not very clean. The bathrooms were not clean as well. There was no fridge or telephone in the room. If only they could renovate this place. It has so much potential. But at the moment not a great place to stay unless ur short of cash and need to stay in this location.

You get what you pay for… under 40 quid per night in Marylebone is a steal, but the beds are old, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms something almost unheard of in 2017!

Location is very good however the room I had wasn't really what I asked for. However, the customer service is good.

It is the most PATHETIC hotel I have ever been to. The picture shown was totally different from the room they provided. The condition of bed was terrible. I could feel the springs getting pressed into my body. No room service. Horrible experience. Would NOT recommend at all. Not even the last choice on earth.

Room was good and spacious. Not very good bathroom.

Terrible hotel for the price. Boxed up products in the lobby (duvets, cots), run down entrance (peeling paint), extremely slow reception. The room was just as bad, door didn't even look like it fitted the frame, damp on the ceilings, the bath tub was barely 5ft in length and was covered on 1 side, flimsy door for the bathroom with a handle struggling to stay screwed in. Wall light was a bulb, no covering.

Hotel was perfect for what I wanted. However, the toilet didn't flush and the shower was cold.

After all those rather bad comments, we didn't expect to much but we were actualy quite suprised! The rooms were clean and the size was allright. The bathrooms might be a bit old but still not bad. The bed was made and we got fresh towels everday. The staff was really nice and helpful in every matter. I would stay here again and would recommend it!

Having read other reviews I was braced for the worst, however the hotel was fine. It was clean and the bathroom had been recently refurbished in the room. Don't expect luxury, but for the price it was ok.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No reception staff, rooms not cleaned properly and decor not good. Will not be returning or recommending it to friends and family as I have done with other hotels over the years.

Ok it was cheap. And the location was great. But the mattress was ruined, the bathroom smelled damp, the carpet was very suspect also. The location was good though…

Wrost hotel I been to in my life. The staff are never their. One of the plugs was coming off and their was only one plug to use. When I booked it for 5 people and they said something different and we showed them the email/booking and then we still had to pay extra. They said free Wi-Fi n breakfast and on the website and the poster in the hotel said the do they shouldn't be saying things what they don't do.

Rooms were as expected for the price you pay, but all in all its a nice little place.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world and trying to get incontact with them to make a complaint is hard than trying to contact the queen.

Okay I've only just previously came back from this hotel and now have time to write my review, the staff were okay and polite and the place seemed okay at first that was for my first star and my second star was for the bed it was so bloody comfortable. But would I pay £100 to stay there. No chance the bed was nice but the floor was so creaky whatever you did it just felt like the floor was going to just fall through, also when we were going to sleep all we could hear was people and tv's from other peoples bedroom so it was a pretty noisy stay. And the MAIN reason I diddnt give it any more stars was the bathroom was absolutely descusting there was "stains" In the toilet and bathtub diddnt Even have a plug in all the photos on the website diddnt match the bedrooms. I'm sorry but as much as I wanted to recommend this place I wouldn't recommend at all it was a noisy stay and a very unhygienic bathroom.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! BED BUGS ARE THERE! I stayed there for the week end and my experience was just HORRIBLE! fake pictures and i'm wondering how people can give to this rubbish hotel a good feedback! First of all when I arrived to the hotel they put me and my friend a room looked lile a cellar. Around 2am I felt like something was scratching, I turned on the light and I saw bed bugs in my pillow! I don 't know what I will do but I won't stay quiet these conditions and behaviour are not normal! IF YOU DON 'T WANNA WAIST YOUR HOLLIDAYS NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL.

The whole experience was shoddy by the standards of a hostel, and the general atmosphere was absolutely what you would expect from a hostel. A lot of noise from other guests, it sounded like they were right outside my room, but when I went out they were inside their own rooms. The carpet was stained and had a burn in the shape of an iron, the towels were stained, the window wouldn't stay open, the curtain wouldn't fully cover the window, the toilet looked dirty, the Wi-Fi cost extra and gave barely 30 minutes of service before it gave up and refused to work again. A lot of this I could put up with, but for £120 a night, this is ludicrous. It's not worth half that, even in London. Now, thanks to my lack of Internet access or a watchable TV, I've been reduced to leaving a bad review as my last bastion of entertainment. Now that's exhausted, I will resume sitting quietly in my poorly lit room contemplating the life choices I made to bring me to this point.

I liked staying at this tiny hotel. While I wished I asked for a fan, the place was in an excellent location. It gave you enough to feel like you're a local, but you had quick access to very touristy areas.

Not sure what the other reviews are talking about because my expectations when I arrived there were blown off the roof! Excellent customer service, beautifully decorated rooms and the most refreshing showers I've ever indulged in. The view, however, was the best part! I couldn't recommend them highly enough, 10/10.

Poor. Very bad standard for a family room. Carpet is filthy. Walls are badly painted and badly plastered. Windows have no curtains, there is an outside door in the bathroom that is blocked by a badly fitting piece of plywood, not secure in my opinion. Two adjoining rooms separated by another piece of plywood, drafty windows, broken plug sockets that looked unsafe. I felt bad about leaving my family here for 10 minutes whilst I went down the road to book into another hotel. This is not the worst hotel room I have been in, it is the worst room, full stop. There are many hotels nearby for the same price that are a much better standard. I did not stay.

This hotel shold be closed down, the "staff" should seak other employment ideally not dealing with the public and a shoe should be thrown at the owner's face.
