Brilliant place nice n friendly way to many stairs but would definatly stay if went London again.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, breakfast a la carte, very well against waste, staff smiling. A little noisy at the level of the rooms. Spotlessly clean.

For being close to city centre it was quiet! It was clean and comfortable and good breakfast. Good value for money.

Breakfast is to be criticised. There is almost only egg. The service simply forgot our order.
The rest was fine for a 3-star hotel. Suitable for a short stay.

Nice staff, very helpful, super nice location, clean rooms just breakfast something one-sided cornflakes, tost with jam and 1 plate per person is in different variants, the baking barns and mushrooms, since I don't like a sweet breakfast, was for me personally little choice. But otherwise we would be super satisfied.

We are very pleased with our stay. Reasonably priced, decent breakfast, the room and bath are nice and clean. It seems like it has been recently redecorated. Very close to madam Tussauds.

Fantastic location, just down the end of the road there are plenty of places to eat. My dibble room was small, clean and tidy, but as a double, two people would have struggled! The breakfast was a huge massive disappointment and a complete letdown, stretching the definition of English breakfast past breaking point. It says on the advert English breakfast, sorry, eggs and toast is not an English breakfast. Sausage and bacon are not even on the menu. Coffee was poor, the beans had been used twice to make it go further. I paid a reasonable price so no complaints, apart from the breakfast. Can you tell I like my breakfast?

I sent an email two days before the arrival to take care of the suitcases before the time of making room. The answer was quick and positive. Even on the day of departure they kept our suitcases while the room was restored. Free Wifi, iron and hair dryer in the room. Staff nice and smiling. The hotel is close to the metro station "Baker Street". Hotel to recommend even on the rooms are a little small, but everything is relative.

Room to spend the night without more. Style a little old and small room. The breakfast is not very varied, I do not recommend it. Very well placed, near Baker Street. Fun Note: I never took an elevator as slow as the one in this hotel.

Simple and tiny rooms but everything is clean and well maintained, kind staff and delicious breakfast. Also closed to public transport so ideal for tourists that don't need a lot of luxury.

Good, friendly and polite staff. Small rooms. But comfortable Sometimes you hear sound of water behind the walls Sometimes you hear footsteps upstairs. But maybe because we choose the room on the ground floor No complains abut the breakfast. Egg and beans and mushrooms and fruit salad. Good and healthy Anything you need the staff. The reception will be there to help you. I recommend this hotel if you are traveling solo or as a couple.

Clean and well appointed room. Central location and helpful staff. Have stayed there twice and would stay there again.

The location is very central and there are a lot of tourist attractions in walking distance. The stuff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The room is not very spacious but with London standards it was OK.

Situated near Madame Tussauds. Basic room and a cold shower. In need of some TLC.

Clean and minimal decor although small rooms. Great 24 hr front desk. Nice owner /manager guy. Pleasant breakfast staff. No complaints apart from noisy guests next room but I guess you could experience it anywhere. Great location by Baker Street tube. Safe area also.

Great value. Great location. Rooms are super tiny but very clean. Breakfast is every day eggs, beans and toast but it is tasty nevertheless. Despite the mad London traffic and noise this hotel is totally quiet. Window insulation is poor and it gets cold in the rooms at night.

A comfortable stay and very clean. Breakfast was very disappointing… Vegetarian only!

I sent a request for early check in saying that I am arriving early in the morning but I did not get any response from the hotel and when I arrived they told me I can't check in before 12. They have no lobby to stay so I had to leave my luggage and come back again. No food places are open before 9-9:30 and it was a little bit cold and I was sleepy. When I checked in I found that the room is a tiny place which was not enough even to one person. It was like a cell in a prison or smaller you can't move in this room. It was dark and the daylight is not enough through the window and it is hot but they provide a small fan. The bathroom is also no better. You can not use the toilet easily you need to move in a certain position as there is no space at all. You feel it is funny sometime!. The shower area was not perfectly clean and the curtain was dirty. They don't replace the shower gel, not remove the trash every day and the cleaning generally is not good. The breakfast was just another disappointment. I recommend that you don't attempt trying the tea or the coffee they have no quality at all! just pick a box of cereals and add your milk and that's it! Eggs are prepared when you order but I never enjoyed the taste. You will get a daily question: and your toast? would you like white or brown? I remember the first day when a spider pop in from the corner near my table. And the second day when an ante walked on my arm. The room needs cleaning!

Single room was plenty big enough for the price. The hotel is in a fantastic central location very close to all the sights. Service was impeccable and the included breakfast was great.

It was a wonderful experience in a very nice and clean Hotel. No complain at all. We stayed at 2nd floor in twins room, good size rooms both with super king size beds and one single bed in each room, clean baths clean rooms, daily room service, enough towels, extra pillows. I have stayed in five star Hotels and I don't feel there is to big difference in the rooms, like clean or size etc. Few minute walking distance to Madame Tussaud and Baker loo line train station. I have read the reviews before booking peoples complains about breakfast but I think breakfast was OK. You have orange juice, plane water, yogurt, hot chocolate, some cereals, tea coffee facilities and then you can have white/brown toasts and choice of eggs, half fry, scramble or omelette etc I think its enough and every thing is freshly made. Front desk very cooperative specially Mr Rakish. Thanks for being nice and comfortable stay. Recommended for singles and families.

Highly recommended small hotel. Refurbished with nice but quite small rooms. Classical local breakfast included, breakfast serves from 7:30 only. Usually rally good rates!

Yes it was a hot day but the rooms were ridiculously hot. Needs air conditioning! Decent breakfast.

The bedroom although small was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and adequate for one night. The bathroom was tiny. Using the toilet is extremely difficult as the sink is far too close. In fact sitting down on it was virtually impossible. The shower unit was good, hot water and powerful unit. The bathroom was very clean.

Only breakfast can be left at least from a German perspective to liking: it is typical English and the choice of all is quite limited. I. E. Only white or grey bread toast. A variety of tea, black coffee, orange juice or milk as a beverage. A few (3 or 4) varieties on Courth (all of them in small packages of Kellogg's). Butter and three different jams (Strawberry, raspberry, and peach) in small Plastiverpackungen as a spread.

I didn't stay but the staff were friendly and flexible.

Room was small but clean. Shower was poor. Reasonable breakfast.

The bedroom was tiny. The double bed was comfortable enough but the shower room led little to be desired. The sink made access to the toilet difficult and the poor shower curtain meant water ended up all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was tasty, a full English cooked breakfast though portions were small to say the least and didn't seem freshly cooked as the bacon, sausages and eggs were all at room temperature. For the price it was acceptable, however standards could have still been higher.

Refurbished throughout to a high standard, friendly and helpful staff even before we booked (turned up unanounced to view a room). Our top floor room was goodsized with superking and climate control. Breakfast continental with choice of cooked also (no bacon/sausage though) but nice to begin the day with. Very accomodating and professional hotelier — thank you.
