We had a very comfortable stay friendly helpful staff and a lovely plentiful English Breakfast served to our table. Everything you could need a big thank you to the staff.

Came here as a birthday treat from my girlfriend and the staff were tremendous and couldn’t do enough for us. I highly recommend this hotel for location and amenities.

It is 2am and I can't sleep because the bed is so horrible. I can't believe this is considered a 4 star hotel. It is like sleeping in a hole. And I know the hotel is aware because they added a mattress topper but that is no help when the mattress is ruined. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor but the carpet is filthy. The location is wonderful but without sleep, your trip will be miserable.

Radisson Blu Edwardian Berkshire is located in the heart of the city and what I liked is that it is at a very approachable distance for shoppers like me. Staff is lovely and cheerful. It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. One has to take hardly 4 steps to reach the bedt places out in Oxford Street. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

It was a nice experience & I must say the location was its best assets. I got a room with a view on Oxford Street’s (a very busy street) yet I couldn’t hear a thing! Yeey! The only flaw has to do with the housekeeper, she had somewhat of a problem with the cups as by the date of checkout I had 8 cups accumulated on my table (?! ) I remained silent about it though hoping she gonna take them on the next day but no, she decided to overlook them instead.

Reception Staff stoney faced and rude. Rooms smelly and dirty. Bathroom even dirtier. Mix up in the room we booked, the receptionists response was, "Are you sure? ". And even proceeded to say, " I hope you have not touched anything in the room then! " No apology or anything, if this is the attitude and state of the hotel, complaints must be stacking up!

The location is absolutely fantastic, being situated in a lively part of London with throngs of pedestrians and the mood in the air is energetic and relaxing. Hotel is comfortably located a few streets away from a pharmacy and shopping centre as well as a convenience store for daily needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the free $20 drink off card the hotel offered us every night. Overall a recommended place to stay in London.

The room is very small, the bed is tiny, the setting is old-fashioned, the air conditioning and ventilation in the room is not there, so the room is very stuffy. This hotel is not worth the money. For this price there are hotels nearby much better. I don't recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing and the front desk staff are great. All very helpful. The room was small but very clean. 2 pieces of advice though: check if breakfast is included in your room rate as it is expensive if not and check your bill for the 12.5% discretionary tip and ask if this can be removed if you are not happy with it. I had a great stay. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay the only negative was that it wasn't longer. Next time it will be at least a week!
The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was the best we'd had in any hotel the 7 weeks away. Buffet small in comparison to others but so much better in freshness and quality and presentation and the management and staff could not have been more helpful, it was exceptional!
The guys on front desk were also friendly helpful and efficient… I'm going to recommend this hotel highly to all my friends travelling to London.

Fantastic location in Oxford St next to the Debenhams stores. Not very large Hotel, rooms with all needs, buffet breakfast very good and varied, clean and modern.

Breakfast choice severely limited for vegans (those wanting to avoid contributing to animal abuse first thing in the morning). I found the pillows huge and uncomfortable. — Travelodge provides two, one firm and one soft. For the price, why can't Radisson? Overpriced for what you get but they are in London.

Excellent location next tube station and Oxford street shopping. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful.

Average hotel. We got a business room and it was very spacious and clean. Not many amenities and a bit old. Location is great!

The Hotel location is great, right in the middle of center, the tube station is very close. There are a lot of shopping malls on that street. The room was not so big, but was clean and comfortable. Everything you need ыоу can find in the room. The breakfast is good and tasty, and the only bad thing is that every day they serve the same things. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The location for tourists is perfect. Close to the shopping, hyde park and next door to the subway station. The hotel look clean and modern. Our room wasnt big, but the use of space is done quite nicely. Shower head and the hand wash in the bathroom was poorly thought out. Showerhead is fixed in one place. I prefer to be able to move it up and down more. And the faucet is so low its hardly possible to was ones hands under it. Signs of water leak from the air conditioning in the room, with sloppy patch work on the roof and damaged carpet is very notisable. I think they should do it right if they are going to fix something. Staff is friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is perfect. All in all a great hotel to stay at.

Small hotel, small room. Suitable for business trips only. Very good location.

Multiple plumbing problems, unacceptable (variations of water temperature, faucet blocked by the basin, odors) not at the level that one is entitled to expect.

Staff were superb. Immaculately clean. Fab location … couldn't fault and will definitely book here again.

Stayed in one of the suites, room 800, beautiful room! Massive! Bed was really comfy. Only issue was the shower but that may have been a one off.

Nice hotel with perfect central. London location. Room was a good size & clean! Decent bathroom, however not a fan of the shower over bath with the shape of the bathroom as near killed myself getting in & out — however this is simply a personal preference. No real interaction with staff so cant comment. Breakfast was FABULOUS! Was here on business so cannot comment on price but very comfortable stay & would recommend!

Pros — clean hotel, and good breakfast options. Cons — key card access needed for lift usage but this was very temprental. I would expect a hotel in this location, and of a reputable/well known company might consider double glazing. Very difficult to get any sleep when your one one of the busiest roads in central London! Temp control was not working, had this on the guest setting but still blew cold air, great for the summer, not so great for the winter.

The hotel is well located close to the Tube station and shopping/restaurants. Service at the front desk was excellent with room being ready ahead of schedule and good explanations. Only complaints are the super slow elevators and lack of gym.

I was staying at the hotel for my husband's birthday and a day in our marriage between 2 November 2017 and 5 November 2017. On 2 November I purchased a pair of shoes from the foot locker store for two new couples for me and one for my one-year-old baby who came back from a night out and wanted to order the suitcases. I was lucky to have one pair of shoes in my possession and the other pair of shoes (the baby's) was in the box. The room's cleaner simply threw them into the trash without checking at all if the box was full I went to the hotel at 1 am I was told they would contact me in the morning. And again in the morning you go to the hotel after all, it is a shoe worth 50 pounds and they claim interest in the investigation and if I have an invoice I explained to them that the invoice inside the box I remembered that I can access the shop from which I purchased and restore a receipt and so it was. I went back to the hotel in the reception hall of the two pairs of shoes and went back to the reception manager who claimed that they had contacted us and could not do anything I had asked for by mail or through.

It is fine. Checkin was great — super nice greeting and the process was nice. Very small lifts, sizeable bedroom and well-equipped bathroom. I would return. The best part: the room service. Had one of the best steak dinners in my life!

I communicated to the customer services email on your website but no body reply to me! My name is Ali. One of your guests at London Berkshire district. My reservation was from 21st to 29th of July, 2017 at room Here, I would like to complain against the hotel manager as he declared himself to me, Mr. Maciej. His behaviour was very rude when I did my check out which was 3 hours away from my flight. What happened is the following: At the night of my check out I informed the reception employee to reserve a taxi for me at 4:30 a. M. And he said it is not guaranteed to have a taxi at this time but he will try his best. Therefore, I was afraid not to have a taxi and I did not narrow my options. Anyway, at 4:30 the same employee called me and he said the taxi is waiting you. I said to him, I need more time to be ready about 30 minute. He said if he will wait you he will charge you for his waiting. So. I said no, don't let him to wait and he said OK. The manager was at the reception and he said you have to pay 25 pound for the cancellation. I said why? No body inform me there is a cancellation impact. He said no you have been informed through the call you received and I can recall the calls for the past three months. I said please recall it now because I know what I said. He told me no I can't recall it now. You have to pay or I will call the police! He was threatening me to call the police three hours from my flight. I said OK I will pay and I did, 25 pound.

Excellent location across from Bond Street Station. Great place for English Afternoon Tea with attentive staff.

I organised a room for my mothers 70 birthday. Excellent location so she could shop and go for afternoon tea at claridges. The staff made a big fuss of my mother — a potted plant along with strawberries and chocolates compliments of the hotel. The suite was beautiful and spacious. There was some noise from buskers that can be heard but the noise stopped at 11 so my parents got a great nights sleep. Thanks to the team for their help in making it a special treat.

Great location, great staff and great amenities. Rooms were small but that's to be expected in this area. There is some construction going on outside but they didn't start too early or work too late so it didn't bother me.

The quality is not at the height of a four star; The rooms are very nice.

Hard to find. Friendly receptionist and staff. Small, a bit cramped but very clean, effucient and very well maintained.

Nice amenities but I was told that they don't have a physical room for me to stay but I have a reservation. WTF!? After waiting for like 30-40 mins, they found something for me but still!

Absolutely disappointed! and that is putting it lightly, I had a Very bad experience with the restaurant. As we visited London for a day out we decided to visit the Radisson for lunch. I ordered the lobster special with unlimited fries and salad. As I was eating my food I Noticed there was something in my salad it was a FLY! Disgusting! as the restaurant is an enclosed environment no windows, the entrance door was on the Other side of the room, there was no flies flying around in the Radisson restaurant area. How could this be? the Head Chef was no where to be seeen!?!?! I will never return there again. Everyone Be Warned if you eat at the Radisson, check your Food.

One of the best locations you can have for a medium level hotel in Central London, literally being able to 'smell' Oxford Street and be part of its chaos. Ideal if you have business to do or for a shopping spree in the area, just be patient with the 'usual' small rooms of most hotels in this city. About 3' walk from the Bond Street tube station, 10' from Marble Arch and 15' from Baker Street.

Had afternoon tea here with my daughter and I think it's a matter of managing your expactations. The Ritz this isn't, and they really didn't have enough staff on to cope with the numbers taking tea, but our waitress was lovely and when I mentioned it was my daughter's birthday the kitchen sent over a lovely plate of fresh fruit and chocolate. Like another guest, I was only offered coffee or tea and had to ask if they had Rooiboos, but every one of my requests was met patiently and with a smile. The tea itself was very traditional, sandwiches of ham, egg mayonaise, cream cheese and cucumber and slamon, followed by scones with cream and jam and a selection of cakes. They also refilled our pots with hot water when asked. All in all, a lovely spot to take tea and had a nice buzz about it.
