It was a nice hotel nice size rooms and good service only problem was the breakfast on the morning wasn't a full English it was half an English.

Superb location just a stones throw away from Paddington train and tube station. I stayed here on a business trip and the hotel was superb value, very cheap for its location. The hotel itself however is extremely dated. The room I stayed in had single glazing and the sash window rattled all night. The sound of the heavy traffic was persistent which resulted in me getting next to no sleep. There is good breakfast options here which was included in the price for me. Wasn’t to happy with how safe the luggage was as there didn’t seem to be a luggage store and was therefore left at reception.

Good week passes within London, nice hotel despite the noise of the street, room has three single beds number 9 really well with a large bathroom, with bathtub.

Nice breakfirst. Clean room perfect for 3-4 night in londom.

Was an ideal place for us to stay. No good for disabled they do not have a lift. Pleasant polite helpful staff. Tea coffee kettle provided if you ask. Good basic cooked breakfast. No being redecorated. Our room was good looking out the front with a wardrobe and 2 sets of big bedside drawers.

We all know that advertising web pages of hotels is usually misleading. And if you've ever been to London you know what their accommodation is usually expensive and of not very good quality. As this hotel I think it takes the palm in how bad quality and misleading publicity. It is a dirty, poorly attended, sloppy, messy place, and is not even in an optimal location.

Very good value for money. The place where it is is very nice, but 10 blocks from oxford street.

Leave all hope or you who enter the "dive"-the only thing you save is the location, not very far from the center and especially convenient for the Metro (which connects more or less throughout the city).
Cramped, small, dirty rooms (in the sink there were things very similar to larvae) and very very noisy. The size of the shower and bathroom I think are illegal!
Poor breakfast, little choice but with the ability to fill up enough until the "nice ladies" at breakfast don't tell you to go get things at the shop nearby. Rudeness to say the least! I will never come back!

Good location in the center of London. Good prices for the rooms and pretty clean. Don't need to have big expectations thought.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. The shower is impossible to manage it's just a flow of water from the ceiling, very uncomfortable to wash as a small cubicle. Breakfast is disgusting and every morning one and the same.

Very small room and Expensive. But a great location to explore London. Paddington Station just a few minutes walk away, buses as Well. Several pubs around the corner, as well as fish ' n chips, koreans, Indians and even fast food.

Great customer service, great location and near train station. Rooms are small but thats expected due to great price.

Small room and tiny bathroom, but hey, it's a low budget. On the other hand, personal side especially at the breakfast is the memorable: rude, displaced behavior, able to show you the door 5 min before 9 am (end service) to finally bring you a plate bathing in the oil (actually! ) by inviting you to the Share. That it is not good, no worries, we do not come for, but what a dirty and aggressive spoon! to flee.

Sussex garden is a street with lot of hotel options. But ya Pacific hotel is one of the top in list here.

Three floors without lift, shower and tiny, not insulated window so constant noise at night (prostitutes out) and just nice staff not to mention the springs of the bed!

Excessively expensive for a quality of service more than mediocre. Non-existent housekeeping, tiny rooms, particularly uncomfortable spring beds. No elevator, windows that do not ferment and prostitutes who fight every night under the windows. Friendly breakfast staff like prison doors.

My folks stayed in this place for some days. The location is good (close to Paddington station). Apparently one of the rooms had a proper big bathroom but the other one had a extremely small one.

Very expensive for an average comfort. On the other hand, the hotel is very well placed.

Room, facilities are so-so. Wi-Fi is limited only in reception room.

The location was near paddington station, the check in was easy and quick. Including continental Breakfast was good. The beds were uncomfortable but not the worst. The size of the room as ample. The bathroom functioned well. No complaints and the price was good.

In the rough guide it is written "the Paddington area hotels are obsolete".
I understand the "run down" which defines very well this hotel not bad, little bright room, bathroom of dwarf, you can wash your teeth as do its very practical needs! The walls are dirty, ceilings with black spots. And the shower and another time…
No shower gel or other products available, towels are not changed even when asked to clean up. We had seen that there was a hairdryer available in the rooms and not in ours.
Access Wi — Fi available at the feet of the BOX IE in front of the reception desk, in the rooms do not count.
A positive one overlooked a small lane instead of the street, so less than noise.
I will admit that the hotels are "obsolete" but or the price one pays, uh No.
If the neighborhood is nice.

Really, it was the worse hotel.

I Don't know How Can this be a hotel In fact, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in all my life. The most miscreant staff I ever seen. The style of the reception was very bad, and the breakfast is bad, and the room was very cold That because means of heating of the room it was not working, The soap is used before. Also, Supposed to be in this room (as my reservation) these stuff like Hairdryer, Ironing Facilities But they were not in the room! Also there was a disturbing sounds throughout the day. In fact I did not believe I am in London. Believe me or not, they took one of my plastic bags to use it for garbage. I swear it was the worst.

I have been to this hotel recently and its quite reasonable to it rates and room was quite good size. I like the stay at this hotel and would recommend to go again. The staff is very friendly.

Broken bed not sound proof from street noice. Not suitable For family, small rooms.

Me and my 2 granddaughters spendt 6 nights at the Pacific Hotel (7. — 13. April) in room 24. The staff wash verry kind, and the room was small, but ok. But we came home with bedflees (Cimex lectularius) and that was not so nice. I hope, the hotel will do somthing about that.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and friendly. I enjoyed an excellent eevening meal here. Very good value — — highly recommended.
