Room anyway very small, barely room for suitcase. They definitely have problems with the air conditioning. They call and say 'you have to close the windows and put the card', but nothing, it doesn't work. It's very hot in the room. Let's open the windows. In the middle of the night — with the windows open — the air conditioning leaves on its own. In the morning you want to turn it off because the air comes inyour back while packing, take off the board but the air continues undaunted to work. The technician who comes to see admits that the system has a problem and does not know if the thermostat works. At the reception I say 'you should try to solve the problem of air conditioning, for the comfort of future customers'. They deny and say that the air conditioning works very well in automatic depending on the temperature. Just say 'sorry, we'll try to fix it'. Instead they stumble to prove that the customer is a jerk. Know that this is the character of those who would welcome you.
To be able to listen to the customer and solve problems are attitudes that nottingham place hotel has yet to learn.
Very very cheerful staff, nice clean rooms and great location nr Baker St. More reasonably priced than similar standard hotels.

Incredibley rude manager Victor. Can't believe how rude someone who charges lots of money can be so rude. Also threatened my family and myself that he will cancel our reservation, kick us out of the hotel and still take payment if we complain about the treatment we received at check in. Do not stay here.
