Absolutely filthy. The bed linen had not been changed and there was blood on a pillow case. Not even basic hygiene. Utterly disgusting, do not stay here.

Great venue with paid parking opposite the venue.

The staff are wonderful and the service was excellent, but the room was smaller than expected and scruffy with a damaged window frame, chipped furniture and dirty marks.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was cooked to order and arrived in good time. Of course the unlimited prosecco flowed freely and was very nice. Thank you very much to the staff for making the experience memorable, would definitely consider a return visit.

Me and my mum had a lovely long weekend here. Beautiful hotel, very attentive staff. The room was comfy and lovely breakfast was to a high standard.

Has a really marvellous afternoon tea at the Montcalm Hotel Marble Arch. What an amazing hotel, I had never been here before but would like to stay some time when I visit London again. Staff were so friendly and professional. It was a great experience thank you.

Came today for afternoon tea with my mum for her birthday. The restaurant was lovely modern feel and was very Covid compliant too. Food was lovely and fresh and couldn’t fault the service!

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a lovely spa. We had a gorgeous meal in the Hankies restaurant last night and great breakfast this morning. It's a Great Central location for sightseeing we had a wonderful time x.

I booked this hotel for its location and amenities.
My wife and I wasn’t disappointed when we arrived — lovely foyer, comfortable atmosphere and a lovely glass of Prosecco on arrival. But what made this trip extra special was the customer experience executive Vera.
She went over and above all expectations to make our rare Valentines trip extra special.
Vera took the extra time and trouble to make sure our stay was memorable — which it was! Vera is a credit to The Montcalm Hotel, and because of her, we will be returning in the summer. Thank you Vera, we’re more than grateful x.

Great services and very clean!

It was our Wedding Anniversary today (19th Dec) so we decided to have a meal here. It was lovely restaurant, friendly staff & delicious steak. The meal went down well with the prosecco.

Went there 2 celebrate my husband's birthday! Had brilliant service, staff were lovely n very friendly n never felt rushed during our afternoon tea… Which was scrummy n we will definitely have 2 return soon… Thanks again n Happy Christmas 2 all‼️X.

The experience was great couldn’t ask for more the waiter and waitress are really so so good.

I only spent a day there for a Fashion Show.
The Conceirge was friendly and helpful as were all the staff I encountered.
The cloakrooms were all pristine.
Drinking water was available and accessible with no charge.
We did not dine as we were busy with the function.
A very beautiful luxury hotel just off Park Lane and within walking distance of Marble Arch underground station.

We were gifted a lunch voucher from our daughter, it was wonderful, attentive but not intrusive staff, food was amazing. Definitely returning.

Loved the whole experience and afternoon tea is a must. They were flexible and kind enough to allow children into the dining area and children's meals are charged at half price, so extra point for helping out mummies out here x.

Without doubt the Montcalm Marble Arch London is committed to the comfort of its guests. Izabela Eremia, the Guest Experience Executive contacted me about my booking. She wanted to ensure that my stay was one to remember!
I have to say that it surpassed expectations.
The attention to detail, the helpful and considerate staff, the elegant surroundings and the considerate inclusions all came together to ensure my stay was everything I could wish for.
A word of advice. When ordering from the Room Service Menu do yourself a favour and order the lamb cutlets. I am Australian and have eaten lamb all my life and nothing prepared me for these! Delicious does not do them justice. Superb!
Actually, superb is a good way to describe everything about this hotel.

Asked for veggie breakfast without egg, this is what I got (have taken a bite out of sausage which was cold). Everything was cold. It also took 30 minutes to bring our suitcase to our room despite the fact we were told they would bring it straight away. Nice interior but would not visit again.

I were pleasant staying there, small hotel but comfy, clean rooms, kind staff and great location.

Very nice hotel… the shockingly their sockets are custom made, so you can't plug in your telephone charger beside your bed… but at the desk only… there are 2 sockets available. Rooms otherwise good sizes and airconditioned.

Hats off to all staff here! Second stay… Love it.

Went for afternoon tea. Was delicious and plenty of food and drink. Very attentive but not intrusive staff. Would definitely recommend the afternoon tea.

We stayed for just one night but we had the best time. We were upgraded to a junior suite, we were given a bottle of Prosecco and fancy mini cakes, we had complimentary access to the business suite which has a fantastic selection of drinks and snacks, we were looked after superbly. The staff are first rate, the hotel is beautiful and we will recommend it to everyone.
5 star and so much more. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Very friendly staff, as it was my birthday on my stay here they upgraded my room to the Park Lane Suite, was very thoughtful of them. The room was beautiful, great room service and their concierge team were very helpful. The prices in the hotel for food and drink were a bit steep, and the jacuzzi wasnt working in the spa. However, I can't complain as I got an upgraded room at no extra cost and was overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!.

Had afternoon tea here, sandwiches were excellent but the scones were heavy and overcooked, a selection of fresh fruit would have been a nice added extra. Prescco was lovely and you receive a fairly large glass, lovely hotel but could be better for 5

Lovely hotel. The spa was is out of this world. Massage was amazing. The heated pool was so warm and good for the bones. Lol. Afternoon tea was very nice and relaxing. Rooms are very up to date and new. Small but what do you expect in central London.

We had organised a surprise here for my Mum who was turning 70 and we thought afernoon tea would be perfect.
Well it's wasn't perfect…
The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff we excellent, it was the food that let us and it down.
The sandwiches were very dry and clearly had been made well before we arrived at 16.30 pm and the scones we like bricks…
We were very disappointed with the food and it felt like we had let our Mum down too, so really I wouldn't recommend the afternoon tea here.
We did complain and we received fresh scones but we left disappointed…

Myself and my daughter came for a few days away absolutley lovely hotel with great service we both loved it.

We stayed at the prestigious hotel in Monterey, London, and enjoyed it, and really wanted to stay a little longer. We were assigned to the "WOW" suite, which is truly true. This hotel is perfect for us. The staff were always very attentive, but not too disturbed, all the places are very clean, the decoration is also very beautiful. Breakfast was very good, the variety is also many. The location of the hotel is ideal for shopping, and the hotel is at the end of Oxford Street, where you can go to theatres and restaurants, all close and within walking distance. We super recommend this hotel.

The hotel had good food its at the city centre where you can do your shopping during your holiday room service magnificent good hotel I would go there any day.

A very comfortable place to stay in. The service was impeccable and all the hotel staff were very polite and patient.

Beautiful hotel rooms were very nice however we had a couple of issues with the room, some facilities didn't work and I don't expect that when staying in a 5 star hotel.

5* hotel with 7* service! Yes, the hallways are quirky but the outstanding service from the wonderful people who work there and quality of rooms makes this a lovely place to stay. I will be taking my partner back to stay in the WoW suite as the four poster bed makes you feel like you are in a country manor whilst being conveniently in the heart of London.

High Tea here was excellent. All the bells and whistles for food, but service, decor and ambience were the highlights.

Stayed at the Hotel last week, had a fantastic experience, staff very friendly and accommodating. Stayed in the Mayfair Suit which was very Luxurious. Will stay again. Thank You.

Loved our stay at the Montcalm. The staff was exceptional. The room was spotless. Great location. Close to Marble Arch station and the Central Line. I'd definitely stay here again.

Above all, I would like to thank the rooms division manager of the The Montcalm hotel for helping me find my luggage and transport it from the airport to the hotel. He was very polite and helpful as were all the employees I met in Montcalm. Also, I can’t not praise the food – delicious! I really enjoyed my stay. In (name) everyone treats you with respect.

Great location near Oxford st, underground and bus stations all 5 mins walking distance. Staff extremely friendly. Modern rooms w Villeroy and Boch bath ware. Rooms r not too small we were 2 it was fine. Apple Dock and thick bath robe :) all the amazing things are here.
