Very well located hotel in the heart of London’s Mayfair and opposite Hyde Park. Luxurious marble bathroom with wonderful amenities, plush and comfortable bedding and a well equipped gym.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Amazing service. We feel extremely comfortable here. The rooms are beautiful with carefully selected Interieur. Very quiet, no street noise can be heard, very good location. 30 seconds to the underground station, we can see Marble Arch from our room. Stunning. Beautiful.

We stayed here at Christmas and enjoyed it very much, but this time it is a very different story, the car service the Head Concierge arranged, never showed up at the airport to pick us up, No apologies except excuses… it took 30 minutes to check in after we waited in line for an available person. We used points and cash upgrade as I am a Platinum member and we were given a room on a low floor which is really loud, the attitude was unacceptable from Phillip who checked us in who simply exuded an superior attitude.
If they can’t move us tomorrow to a quieter room, we will be leaving and finding a Hotel that would like to welcome us nicely and my AMEX Platinum Card!

I had afternoon tea today with friends for £22.50pp very nice selection but the service was very slow. A few of our tables was wobbly and we had no cuterly. There were other staff members around but only one person available to serve us or the whole floor. We only managed to have two small pot of tea rounds offered in the 3 hours duration, when explained to us that we can have as many taste as we liked. Service charged for a service which was not as good. Although the gentlemen was polite.

First class hotel all the way around! One of the classiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was extraordinary and engaged us constantly. The manager Cosmin went out of his way to help us with a check in issue and it set a positive tone for the rest of our stay. We dined seveal times for light bites in Lanes of London and enjoyed it. We will definitely return here and highly recommend it!

This hotel is exceptional in every way. I stayed three nights here and they go out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is great from the welcome drink to checkout. The rooms are very nice. I was upgraded to a room on the West side of the property overlooking Marble Arch which was nice! While I was in London the temperature was at least +30 every day. The air conditioner in the room worked great and cooled the room down quickly to make sleeping very comfortable! The lounge here is very nice. They have a good assortment of drinks and snacks through the day and the staff are very attentive! The location of this hotel can’t get much better. You are right next to Marble Arch tube station and right on Oxford street. If you are visiting London, I would highly recommend this hotel! You won’t be disappointed!

The hotel is very close to a tube station which is very handy for getting around London and Hyde park is literally across the street. The room is very clean, the bed is comfy and I love the pool in the basement the water is so warm it’s like swimming in a bath. I enjoyed the breakfast, drinks and cocktails in the executive lounge. All in all a lovely weekend stay.

I visited with friends for afternoon tea and was suitably impressed. The attention to detail was excellent and not only did the food look good, it tasted good too. There was a wide selection of teas to choose from and the free-flowing sparkling wine was an added bonus. The staff were knowledgeable and very welcoming; they ensured that glasses were kept topped up without us even asking. A perfect afternoon.

This is a very nice hotel. It is centrally located by the Marble Arch and a Central Line tube station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The concierges were incredibly patient and willing to help. The rooms are really clean. My shower door didn’t close all the way and my air conditioner/fan were not working properly, but my travel companion had a separate room with no issues at all. They accommodated our request for connecting rooms.

As a frequent traveler for both work & pleasure, I have to say this was one of my top 5 experiences out of 100 at a hotel. The rooms were delightful, the location convenient, and I can't say enough good things about the staff. They went out of their way to make our holiday stay special & comfortable. Highly recommend!

From the moment we checked in, we were instantly greeted and lead to the reception check-in above the steps. Check-in was seamless, and receptionist (Petti I believe), was very nice and detailed everything about the hotel and what was offered. An a gold status member and had a mild upgrade, not to a suite unfortunately because they were filled. She showed us to the room and our bags were brought up shortly after. Not much of a view unfortunately, as a building was directly across. Very nice deluxe room and bath. Only complaint is with the TV, it kept wanting to connect to a MyConnect device… Not sure if it was a TV glitch or another room doing it on accident. Executive lounge is nice and decent size. May get crowded at certain hours but we didn't run into that issue. Location of the hotel is great and right next to the central line tube station.

Stayed here many times. Great location for visits & shopping. Rooms are v. Comfortable and quiet even though it's on the corner of Hyde Park and Oxford St. Staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Location and service is really premium! Staff is really Friendly and always proactively helpful! Rooms were quite nice furnitured and everything was quite clean! Also the welcome gesture aswell the proactive information about possible busy roads due to London Marathon was great! The only thing I didn't like was that the window of the room was tiny and you weren't able to look outside as it was 'too high'.

We had an afternoon tea booked with free flowing champagne and we were not disappointed, they food was fantastic, the champagne top class and the staff amazing. Highly recommend this place for afternoon tea.

We stayed here in Feb 2018 for 5 days and I can only say good things. This property is exceptional in almost every way, the rooms are not large but you expect that in London, however they are tastefully done. The lounge is well worth paying extra to get the access as it offers afternoon tea and good level of snacks, and if you eat Halal they can offer halal options. The swimming pool is beautifully done and heated and is great for kids as it is rarely busy! The location of the hotel is really second to none on the corner of Marble Arch. However the best thing is the service, which is personalized and professional. I will no doubt be staying here again.

Everything was great apart from one of the reception mimicking how I said yes when he asked me if I was okay. Not sure if it's because I'm black or something? Felt very odd coming from such a place.

I really wanted to like this Marriott hotel, but there were lots of small things that added up which made me wish I had picked a different property to stay at. Our check-in process was smooth and access to the lounge was fine everyday. The food remained identical each day. Understandable since it was free for gold/platinum members. We were "upgraded" to a park viewing room, but really it was just overlooking some building. I think I looked out the window maybe twice the entire trip. Don't expect much looking outside. The shower was was partially disassembled when we arrived and the carpet was brown near the nightstands. Someone prior must have spilled coffee. Both were gross. The absolute worst part of the stay was the bed. The most UNCOMFORTABLE bed I have ever slept in! This is not an exaggeration. I felt ever spring that mattress had inside. You have been warned! Pick a different Marriott hotel if you're staying on holiday.

A really high quality Marriot hotel, I would say close to the JW brand, than standard Marriot. Room was spacious by London standards, and staff couldn’t be more helpful. An excellent stay.

Impeccable service and nicest room! Executive Lounge included fabulous breakfast and tea.

Three couples (including my partner and I) stayed here for a recent trip to London. We walked into the first room to drop off our bags before we trekked around the city for a day. The room smelled like an ashtray. We specifically requested non smoking rooms and they assured us that the floor we were located on did not allow smoking. They then informed us that they had no other rooms, but would attempt to move our room the following day. In one of the other rooms, the iron was broken, and the cleaning service never arrived until after 6pm. When we contacted concierge regarding this they informed us that there was cleaning in the morning, then turn down service at 6pm. Rather than pushing the matter we gave them the benefit of the doubt saying that it was turn down service (although they were vacuuming our room and replacing our towels). The next day we arrived back at 6pm to someone once again cleaning our room. They finished and as we are laying in bed to relax 30 minutes later another person comes in to provide us with the turn down service. We again contacted concierge to inform them of this and they continued to tell us that there was no way that was happening. During the second day they again did not move the other couple, and instead after paying $400 per night per room they left the couple sleeping in a smoke filled room.

Love! Love! Love! Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and a great location. What more could you want?

My wife and I stayed at this hotel last Saturday night. The welcome was superb with the doorman, the concierge and the lady at the check in all engaging us in a very polite and friendly manner. This carried on throughout our stay. The concierge was fantastic. He seemed to go that extra mile in just about everything. My wife happened to mention that it was my birthday and the Marriott staff just seemed to revel in the opportunity to display their wonderful attention to fantastic customer service, which I must say was some of the best I have ever experienced.
Our room was upgraded, which is a perk of the Gold Elite membership that I have. It was still quite small but that’s to be expected in London. The quality of the room however was excellent. Very comfy bed; Nespresso machine; TV with decent sound, which is a first for me in a hotel room, and a marble bathroom with a very fancy toilet (which puts a smile on your face).
The gym and pool are very nice as was the executive lounge, (another perk of Gold Elite membership) which had a very good spread of food, all prepared to a high standard.
We had evening dinner in the Lanes Restaurant on the Saturday night. The service there was as wonderful as we had experienced throughout our stay.
I do not really have anything negative to say which makes this in some ways an unbalanced review. Maybe we were just blinded by the superb service we received.

I was meeting a friend who was coming into London from Gatwick for a 1-night stay, so I looked on their website for offers. They had a deluxe twin with a bottle of Prosecco and breakfast the next morning for £224, we both deserved a treat so booked it! The hotel entrance and lobby were lovely and our room was very large, clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night. We didn't use the restaurant but the hot & cold buffet breakfast was superb and set us up for the day. The Prosecco and our short stay was thoroughly enjoyed and we felt special in this lovely hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Service is outstanding. Great stay as always. Had a minor issue, resolved immediately. The next day received an apology and was offered a free drink in the bar.

About as central as you can get in West London, highly recommend was just there for drinks but look forward to staying in very near future.

Beautiful and Inviting Hotel The Park Lane is a beautiful and luxurious hotel. At the time of this writing it had been remodeled a relatively short time ago. Even more recently than that the gym and pool were remodeled. Beautifully appointed the hotel still maintains an inviting and welcoming feel (even with some rather odd modern art pieces). I rented a room with 2 beds and was pleased with the space and the ease to maneuver through it. The bathroom was gorgeous. The bathroom only had a shower, which honestly was fine. The toilet included a bidet and a heated seat! The lounge, which is accessible for higher level reward members, was charming and spacious. The chairs were a bit on the small size if your rear-end is even slightly above the average size. They had a lovely selection of snacks and good dinners served nightly. If those don't satiate you, then the in hotel restaurant (Lanes of London) certainly will have something to satisfy your palate. Their food was delicious and reasonably priced for London. The location was great if you are looking for a place to stay while exploring London. It is situated on the same corner as the Marble Arch Station servicing the Central Line of the Underground. This allowed for easy access to the heart of London with minimal transfers. I think the longest trip back to the hotel from "the river" was about 30 minutes.

I did not stay at the hotel but attended a 2-day course here. The facilities available were great as was the level of service offered by the staff, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The meeting room space used was of a fantastic standard and there was also free Wi-Fi in the public areas.

The hotel and room decor is fantastic and the Lanes restaurant food was excellent. Staff could be more attentive at times but we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff and hotel is a joke. I am a Platinum Premier Elite but due to an emergency my wife arrived one day before I am able to. They treated her like a criminal on Wi-Fi and Concierge lounge access when she asked. Customer Care at Marriott was no help. 1750 life time stays and this is how you get treated. They won the battle but lost the war.

We stayed for a short time, but enjoyed very professional service. A honeymoon treat from the staff made it special, but we mainly enjoyed the wonderfully comfortable bed after a long flight and wedding weekend madness.

Feel in love with London on my first trip. Our hotel view of the park was really beautiful. I thought it might be noisy, but in comparison to NYC streets — it was pretty tame. I extended my business trip by taking a holiday and it was really worth it. The staff got to know me pretty well by the end of the week and knew what I liked and didn't like. That kind of customer service is "priceless. " The tube is right across the street from the hotel, and there are lots of bus options available as well. The hotel is on one of the main strips of the city. Turn the corner and you'll find yourself with lots of store/shopping ahead. Not to mention Marks and Spencer. The hotel's main entrance is a little confusing, as it is to the side. The "grand entrance" across the park is actually locked and just for show. The front desk/receptionist desk staff are very nice and helpful with my visit. I'm sure I drove them nuts will all my questions and direction needs. Nevertheless, like a Brit, they were polite and patience as I got my bearing. There is a J. W. In London, which is undoubtedly fancier than this hotel, but for location and price the Marriott Park Lane is the best. You are steps away from the Marble arch Tube station, and there are tons of buses running down Oxford Street to take you to all the shopping spots. Not that you need it because you can walk pretty much anywhere from this hotel. I would highly recommend the hotel and would visit again.

I checked in this afternoon. The only room they had for me was a terrible view of a building under renovation, The receptionist Szilvia refused to upgrade me though I am should be eligible under my Gold status. Instead she was dismissal of my loyalty status and said that I could check out if I wished but she would do nothing to get me a better room. I have never had a situation like this in the United States and I seriously considering other chains in future esp. For international travel. I will speak to the GM tomorrow but I already wish I had stayed at the Hilton in Paddington where I have a Gold membership too If you are a loyal Marriott customer in the US, I would suggest you stay at a Marriott property that respects your business and will focus on customer satisfaction and have senior customer focused reps at the front desk instead. We are miles ahead in the US in this regard!. At this point I will pay more to change the property tomorrow but my advise to fellow Marriott loyal customers would be that don't expect too much from this property as you do in the US but look for the best deal out there.

Note, didn't stay in the hotel, but ate in the restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere. Good choice on menu, food came quickly, and service was very good. Ideal place to eat before or after the theatre. Would strongly recommend this restaurant 10 out of 10.
