It was way too expensive for the facilities. Clean. I felt relatively safe as the neighbourhood was safe but way overpriced as London has become. And bed was lopsided from being old. Friendly staff though.

Very near to Oxford Street. Easily accessible. Good parks. Very near from sightseeing bus stand. Can time pass for 3 hours easily. Center of city.

I booked in for 21/07/18 under Karichi Mohamed, after hours being told by other hotels they was full up, this hotel was able to provide me with a room within a tight schedule, IMRAN at the reception was a good man. Gave room at fair price as I told him ile be checking out in 5 hours. Had a nice chat with Imran, ile give this guy a job at my company anyday! Top lad. 10/10

Budget place. No air conditioning, make sure you are not at the top floor in the summertime. Rooms are small and dated. No shampoo / liquid soap. No breakfast.

Not great sized rooms. But fair for the price you pay. Front desk were always nice and helpful.

Centrally located, close to Marble Arch underground station. New inventory, friendly staff, clean. Room very small. Double bed tiny, for people over 1.70 totally unsuitable, and actually only for 1 person, unfortunately completely uncomfortable…

Twin room is cheaper than most other single rooms in London. Good enough for a night or two.

Really good place! It was clean, bright and well lit. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The rooms are a little on the small side, so make sure whoever you're staying with is someone you want to be close to! Hahaha, in all seriousness, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely consider coming back! Check out their deals from those travel deal websites, especially Agoda for the best prices!

Nice n clean. Bit dated but perfectly place for Oxford st and doing the tourist bit. Great price we had a family room 6 beds… beats premier inn. Will be returning … came from Preston in Lancashire.

Excellent for the price. We had a shower and toilet shared with other rooms but our little double room was cosy and clean.

I've just arrived at the hotel and it's brilliant Wi-Fi has an amazing signal so does the television its clean and good space when every says it's this and that your paying for a 2-3 star hotel for what you pay you couldn't ask for more and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Room was small but clean and cozy, with tea and coffee provided on daily basis. Shower and toilet in the corridor vere in perfect condition. I cannot compare the price but for given location near Marble arch and Baker street it seems reasonable. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent location in a nice area. Nearby oxford street, park lane, Hyde park. Small and basic, but not expensive at all to London standards.

Small room, bathrooms and shower shared by many rooms, but good price and friendly service. Did the trick for a 1 week stay.

Our room is clean and tidy. The location is awesome. All in all, worth the wicked climb up 3 flights of stairs!

We tell with my family a family room, with two double beds and 2 singles
The room beautiful, with hairdryer, fan, radiator, coat racks, a small table and up a shelf with coffee mugs, electric kettle and milk etc.
The location is beautiful, is located in the Muslim quarter, then you can see luxury cars and the restaurants around them are full of Muslims
It is 2 blocks from the center
And I recommend you do not buy products in the supermarket that is in front of the hotel, go to the one who is turning around and make a block more and what is quite difference in prices.

The room was very small and clean Great location.

My stay was pleasant and the staff friendly. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and had adequate space. The process of leaving the room key at reception when leaving we found to be odd.

Stayed for two nights, the room was situated in the top floor first the good impressions: — friendly staff — wonderfully located — I was able to leave some baggage after checking out to be able to pick it up later during the day then the things that annoyed me: — despite being well expensive, the tiny bathroom had too short curtains, thus flooding the bathroom after having showers + no arrangement to hang the towels or anything — both doors just about managed to be shut by using some force, as they were not installed optimally — a lot tinier than shown in the picture, just about enough space to walk around the beds — the floor was significantly tilted towards the inside of the building — TV didn't work (although only noticed this in the last evening) — wireless was near to useless, probably because top floor. Was told that its strength will be boosted in a few weeks summary: a good place to stay for a night or two to enjoy its central location, as long as not much time is spent in the room.

Very well located, 7 minutes walking distance to Tube Station. Small but Comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. Very near to Oxford Street.

We have just spent 4 days at your inn in your 6 bed room. The room was very comfortable and warm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Not far to walk to Marble arch and oxford street very central to everything. The bathroom was a bit small for 6 people, but on the whole a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again if we came to London.

This is a 2 star hotel, and for what it is and where it's located is priced very affordably. It's in the chic Portland Square area close to great restaurants/pubs and just off the very eclectic and diverse Edgeware Rd with all it's' ethnic stores/cafés etc — Iraqi, Moroccan, Indian, Lebanese.
The rooms and bathrooms really small (smaller than a cruise cabin! ) and the hotel needs some updating BUT that said, it was super clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. If you want to spend your time in London in your hotel room — go to the InterContinental and pay 10 times more. Or save and use this place as a clean & safe place to sleep.
My husband smashed his finger in the door when we arrived and the Manager could not have been more concerned and helpful even racing down the street to get ice for us. And calling the local hospital in case we needed medical attention. Thank you!

The room was minature. Had to interrupt the receptionists Skype chat so he could come fix the light in the room. Was informed on check-in that our bathroom was two floors above our room (which was a shock) and the corridor near our room smelt like a bathroom. Disappointing considering my previous stay there had been excellent. Won't be staying again.

Bed was good, but very small rooms and bathroom very used.
