Great location. Close to Victoria Coach Station, 15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. The staff was friendly and caring. The breakfast is not great amd the accomodation is not top notch but it is cheap and if you are looking for a cheap place to stay while you are visiting London, I would not recommend anywhere else.

Just sharing this hell hole, because We had to deal with disrespectful staff that lied & tried to blame us for their bed bug issue. We spoke with other people staying in the hotel & one couple had been moved twice due to bed bug issues. I will be letting everyone know how disgusting use are & inconsiderate of your guests! But to lie to your guests is beyond me. We immediately left this hotel & booked another one down the road, the people here actually have treated us very well so far plus it’s cheaper and we have a fridge and a fan! JUBILEE HOTEL IS A HUGE SHIT STAIN! You need some Gordon Ramsay up in that shit!

Great accommodation. High quality breakfast in the products and in the variety. Very helpful staff I would highly recommend it.

Inexpensive place to stay at in London. You get what you pay for. We had no air conditioning through out our stay, wasn't too bad during the cool days but when it got warm it became stifling. The room was tight but it had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but it hit the spot. Staff was friendly and efficient. We chose this place for its location and we were very happy for that.

You all know in London the accommodation is small and expensive. This is a pure fact, with all the waves of tourists visiting. This bed and breakfast could make a small effort to make the basic accommodation a bit more professional. Pros. The location. Few steps away from Victoria coach station and a bit longer for the train station. Walking distance to the main attractions if 5km one way is acceptable for you. Cons. Very basic room. Small bathroom with a small and uncomfortable sink to wash your face. Breakfast is served in a room which seems to be multifuncional. Breakfast room, storage room and baggage deposit.

The location of this hotel is excellent for Victoria Station, the theatres in Victoria and also government offices in Westminster. The price is low, and you do get what you pay for. It's a good option for consultants working in the area.

Heating was not working. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast ist OK minus.

Work in Westminster during the week and recently stayed here for a night. Had to stay up to 2am working on a workshop I was running 10am onwards. Woken up by staff just after 7am due to serious plumbing issue with serval room — yellow waste water and used tissue overflowing from shower basin and into room (several rooms affected). The issue here was the response. Totally stone walled by staff. No explanation, no apologies, no privacy (as staff entered my room unannounced whilst I was half naked changing), no compensation offer. Unfortunately it does mean a formal complaint and request for my money back else action. Couldnt wash and had to rush exit. Refer to the pictures. The one with the empty shower basin is at approx 09.40 am. Bathroom still unusable but zero guidance from hotel staff despite asking or offer to use another shower to wash.

On the top floor and no hot water When I say no hot water I don't mean cold I mean none comming through ugh.

Small yet comfortable hotel situated a mere 10 minute walk from both Victoria coach and rail stations and a walk to tube ride away from most of the best tourist and theatre spots in all of London! While the bed we had wasn't the most comfortable, the hotel was nicely located, had friendly staff and for a single night stay it suited us perfectly, rating might be lower if we had stayed more than one night during this quick visit due to the uncomfortable bed, but would definitely go back to this hotel again!

Convenient location but hotel needs a lot of work.

I was visiting London from Texas for one day visiting my daughter on her birthday. I just needed a hotel room for one night. I pre-purchased a room through the website where I bought my airline tickets. Once I arrived at the Jubilee Hotel I was a couple hours early for check in. They would not let me check in yet. Then they quoted me a time to check in which was a couple hours after what I was told originally. There was no way I could make it because I had to meet my daughter when she got out of school on the other side of London. Fast forward to later in the day when I was returning to my room. Once I arrived, the gentleman at the check in gave me my key and gave me a vague description where my room was. I proceeded to my room and went in. I found it odd that there was no shower or restroom in the room. It was out in the hallway. I guess this is common in the UK. No problem. My room very drafty as there window to the outside in it. Which made it for a very cold night. Not to mention the sidewalk outside the window was fairly busy and you could hear every noise and every person who walked by and the bed was almost unbearably uncomfortable. But since I was only there one night and it didn’t cost me much, I just bared with it. But I most likely will not return to this hotel.

Tiny room for the two of us. Pillow was thin as a sheet so had to fold in half to get to sleep. Bed itself was fine. Our rooms shower (top floor) was like a dribbling tap, practically useless. Breakfast was menial, toast and yoghurt.

It has a unique merit the position, from here you go everywhere spending little of means, which for London is already very.
Dirty, very. Staff, apart from the concierge who is very kind, very rude, poor breakfast and served with extreme rudeny.

Clean hotel that does not pay mine. Good breakfast Ideal for sleeping without ruin. Much better than the new England in front.

As far as great location, very close to Victoria Station and it's great for buses, trains and Metro.
As for the room we were lucky and we were allocated one for 3 when we were only 2 and it was quite spacious, the bed is comfortable and the important clean sheets as well as the towels too.
As for the bathroom in our shared case, I have to say that they are quite small and narrow, where you can hardly move inside, in terms of cleanliness well, but… not if it is generally or had very bad luck but at night when we wanted to shower not There was hot water so in this aspect we went very upset, because we could not shower in conditions any of the 4 days.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It's a pension just to go to sleep, without any luxury and for a few days.
Breakfast is made up of a glass of bottled orange juice, a coffee or tea, a yogurt and 3 slices of bread with butter or jam, you also have cereals and milk if you wish, so well, value yourselves.

Excellent location (literally just down the road from Victoria coach station). Comfortable room, friendly staff. Small bathroom (but you don't live in the bathroom), always hot water. Beds were comfy. Kettle in room with tea/coffee and milk. It's about a 10 minute walk from the front of Buckingham palace. Breakfast was okay, wasn't a full English or nothing but plenty of food. Please remember its a 2 star hotel, if you want a 5 star or 5 star quality then you need to book into a 5 star hotel.

I stayed there as somewhere to rest my head for the night, and it was fine for that but not much else. pros — Staff were freindly enough, 24hr reception, reasonable price (I got a single room for £55 for one night). Having stayed in this type of accomodation elsewhere once or twice before, the Wi-Fi here was actually really good (I was on the 4th floor which has its own router). Close to Southbank, Westminster and Victoria station so getting to it and anywhere else is really easy. cons — communal bathroom needing updated (pretty disgusting shower curtians). Breakfast wasn't quite what I had been lead to believe it would be via the descriptions so I ended up going elsewhere and checking out much earlier than intended. Very noisey at night in and around the hotel and as there are no fans in the rooms you'd melt without the window open. As I said, good for a 1 night pit stop, but nothing more than that.

Heater broken so wouldn't switch off and was so hot. Bathroom clean but horrible smell in it. Basic breakfast. Nice and helpful evening staff.

3 min walk from Victoria coach station, comfortable beds, no big but just fine rooms. Nice breakfast, coffee or tea, musli, tosts, butter etc. Worth its money.

We stayed here for 2 days last week, the room was clean and comfortable bed nice freindly staff, the only bad thing was a shared bathroom which was tiny.

Good location. But noisy at night, outside noise still broke through ear-plugs! Breakfast was very very basic through. Toast (also lack of anything to put on it) and Cornflakes and Tea&Coffee, and that was it. No eggs or anything. I give this place 3 stars for bed, and 1 star for breakfast.

I stayed at Jubilee Hotel for 2 nights. Pro: Nice service, the location is very good just 5 minutes away to Victoria Station. Con: Common Toilet — — — — — really disgusting and very expensice.

Near by Victoria coach station, 5 mins walk, location is good. The room is no good, especially the toilet and bathroom is very small to just fit your body. You will hate to use it. There's no phone signal in basement if you got a room there. No elevator if you stay in higher floors. This couldn't be a hotel, it's just a normal house to modify it into multi-room for rent. I will not stay here again.

The location is excellent and the hotel is well managed. All problems are solved immediately and the staff are always there to help. The receptionist who does the Saturday and Sunday shift is an amazing guy. He helped me with everyhing.

We had a room on the lower level and it was serviceable. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was pretty cramped. I could lay on the bed and stretch my arms out, touch one wall and almost touch the other. I've never seen such a small bathroom before. The shower was disgusting. The staff answered all our questions, but they didn't seem happy about it. It was ok for us as we only spent 2 nights there and were only in the room to sleep. It's really close to Victoria Station and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and other sights. We won't be staying there again.

Service was fine. Rooms were fine. Shower was poor. Good price. Excellent location.

Crap. I Booked it yesterday for 31-DEC-2012 and today they cancelled my Booking. Dont waste your time with this Hotel.
