I stayed here in another room. I gave a solid 4 our of 5. This room is a bit tired, needs a touch up. During winter it was excellent value for money. But in summer I feel it would be better at an Ibis or budget chain.

Adequate, just. Our apartment was clean but needed a bit of a refurb. Dining table set was missing the fourth chair. No teaspoons. No tea towel. Sofa bed was comfy. Would use again as well located and affordable.

Nothing like pictures. Appears to have renovated some units, while others still old and dirty. Mold in showers, no deep cleaning done in some time. Suspicious stains on furniture. Walls thin with screaming children and old people fighting. Don't say you weren't warned. Screws sticking out of walls.

Property photos look nothing like actual rooms. Promised 4 star, contemporary hotel at booking. Arrived to find dilapidated, dirty, loud, moldy unit at check-in. 2 days of little children stomping on ceiling. No housekeeping, dining, pool, bell hop etc. On premises. Asked for explanation and just told booking was non-refundable because owner "has bills to pay. " Left and found cheaper, newer actual hotel near Picadilly. Recommend you don't take risk, stay somewhere reputable.

Clean comfy and mostly quiet. Check in should have gone better. I gave them notice of a slightly earlier arrival I got an email stating thiscwasnt an issue. When I did arrive in the pouring rain I sat in the wet waiting until exactly 2pm.

Great location, small but perfectly appointed. Very clean.

In typical London houses shared in many small entities. It's small, clean but does not match with the presentation photos of the site.
Close to shops and public transport.

Quite loud outside because of some giant ventilator that only shuts down late night. The bathroom has some condesation issues and as a result has drops on the floor all the time. Otherwise great for the price. watch out for rebate possibilities when you order.

Good apartments in London… well priced and modern, how bad there was a lot of noise when I was there. Cercado de Nothig Hill… Average price.

So we have just had our night at the imperial court suites. Firstly the room or studio was not at all as advertised non of the photos matched the reality of the room. The receptionist was extremely unwelcoming made me and my partner feel like we were forcing him to do his job blunt answers to my questions. The room itself was very poor badly painted with mould round majority of the lights. The toilet was not cleaned neither was the mattress meaning we had to spend the night on the floor.

Apartment good, size ok for London, location good only 2 mins walk from Subway.

Conveniently located apartment, just a short walk from Bayswater's District line and Circle line and Queensway of the Central line, with kitchen and crockery. Very nice and helpful staff Only flaws for the apartment from 4 people is given by the bathroom a little small. In any case it is a structure to be recommended absolutely!

Has everything you need. Cozy and personal.

I came to the conclusion that this is a hotel run by liars. We helped my sister in law with her reservation, this was for her honeymoon. Upon arrival she and her husband were appalled by the pungent smell of drugs (weed) in their room. They asked to be moved to a different room but were denied. I tried to solve this immediately with hotels dot com, WE WERE PROMISED THAT THEY WOULD BE CHANGED. But the next day the hotel representatives avoided my relatives and they DIDN’T HONOR THEIR PROMISE. My sister in law tried to talk to the manager but he simply vanished and was nowhere to be found. They had to leave the hotel (which was of course pre-paid) because they simply couldn’t stay. I complained to hotels dot com, but NOTHING HAPPENED, could not recover my money and the hotel just happily said they weren’t obligated to do anything. I’ve used this website for so long and had never before been treated like this. This hotel is a SCAM!

Nice clean room, not the largest but but good for the price and location. Check in was open 24h which was really helpful too.

Great accommodation very reasonably priced. We visit London often and would make this place one of the first we try. The apartment was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Ideal family accomodation. Five stars well deserved.

We liked the decor of the hotel. Rooms spacious and well decorated with modern style. Bathrooms small but very well resolved. Something scarce in the kitchen as there are no spoons, or dishes for 4 for example, or cloths… much room for Improvement in that aspect. For the rest, close to Hyde Park and area restaurants of all types: Persian, Italian, Turkish, Greek, chinese, Indian… anything you want… Even Mcdonald's and Burger King or Pizza Hut. With children has been good. Metro stations to hand and, in general, very well connected. Cleaning once a week under the express request one day in advance. Recommended!

Good price, but bad Internet connection, bad service, no amenities, no room cleaning unless specifically requested. Would not consider it a 4 star hotel. It's at best 2 stars.
