Highly recommended to visit. It is a huge park and surrounded by greenery. The best multicultural environment you have of people from all countries, races and religions living in harmony.

The point where if it is is very comfortable, you are a walk from the metro. The apartment is lovely, it sins a bit for cleanliness.

Ugly, old, no elevator, wrong address, speak no language other than English while it was written that he also spoke other languages. No information given even if you ask politely.

Not a bad place to stay, room is stuffy needs a fan, very small bathroom but adequate, some items need attention, eg window, toilet leaking Staff friendly and have been helpful, the bed is comfortable but only a double bed size, location is very good with lots of shopping, food and useful shops in the next street, also 2 Underground stations nearby.
We would consider staying again but would also explore others in the area as other options.

Apartments are located in a large elderly building over 6 — 7 floors with no lift so to carry a heavy suitcase up to the top is hard work. The apartments are quite tired but clean, reasonably equipped and functional.

Great location stairs were tough to the appartment but the facilities were acceptable.

Room furnished with a bed with a small kitchen and a bathroom that is quite narrow. A little limit to the comfort level but to spend a few nights, it can go!
Attention: no elevator.
On the other hand, very well located: close to Hyde Park and 2 metro stations nearby! Ideal for visiting the city.
I would recommend this place if you think we're here just to sleep without taking the lead!

Close to 2 metro stations, on the parallel street there are shops, pubs, supermarkets. Living area also in the evening.
Good value for money, clean and new rooms with. Change of linen every 2 days.
Negative notes: 6 floors without lift;
The small superior studio touched us was a kitchen with bed (in the same room) and a coffee table that was also a bit in the middle of the feet.
Overall still great solution for a weekend.

Located in a quiet area and very well connected as it has a couple of minutes two Metro stations that connect with the whole city, we arrived and at reception they told us that we were presented with the stay in an apartment which was a pleasant surprise. Although the hotel is old has charm, the "mini apartment" is pretty good, it has kitchen with oven, fridge and basic utensils, the living room is spacious and has a room with double bed and wardrobe, the only downside is that the bathroom is very small and has no c take Orriente to connect the hair dryer.
Overall I liked it very much, I'll repeat!

Not very quiet, but it sleeps well, for the time I spent there anyway will be perfect for the late risers, who can make their breakfast quietly before spending the day in town.
Located north of Hyde Park I find it well located to visit the city. Metro stations not far, not too far from the station either (15 ' walk I think I remember) I spent three nights and I am satisfied.

The room was not the best, but to say in true for someone like me who comes into the hotel just to sleep is fine! The location is nothing short of perfect, two minutes from Hyde Park and just as close to the Metro stop… I would stay here again and would recommend it!

Decent accommodation, great location and secure parking around the cnr at queensway q park. But one of our rooms had rotted wooded window frames that didn't close — heaters on all night. Also, bathroom musty and not cleaned well. Fine for short stay and other room was quite fine for longer stay.

Self catering apartments close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Clean but small. Good Wi-Fi connection but paper thin walls can make this a noisy place to stay.

They put Me on the 5th floor with pretty steep stairs. Wi-Fi is not here.

The location is perfect if you want to start discovering London Passing by the Hyde Park. Tube stations are around the corner, so you can gain easy access to the public transport network of the city. The rooms are simple, they offer all the amenities indicated, but nothing more. If you are off for a quick bite, try The Swan, a close-by pub.

These apartments are actually in Bayswater. Had suite 30 was upgraded apparently, had a mezemine bed overlooking the lounge, nice and quirky but very tiny, my husband is almost 6 foot and his head was almost touching the ceiling. There is a hairdryer in the room, found it on a shelf under the tv, but ladies there are NO mirrors! (a must for me) Only the one on the bathroom cabinet!. Nice little clean kitchen wouldn't actually like to cook in it though, cups, plates, kettle etc but no wine glasses (another must). Plenty of nice clean towels and 3 soaps and 3 hair and body washes are provided but the very helpful man on reception said to ask for more if we needed. Staff very friendly here and we did enjoy our stay.

Our party of 4 stayed this last weekend. We had apartment that slept 6. The main bedroom had a super kingsized bed. The other two rooms were twin. Extremely comfortable. Immaculately clean. Could not fault it. Would definitely stay again. I read the reviews after I had booked and a lot were awful, I was worried I had booked the wrong place to stay. Maria and her colleague on reception couldn't have more helpful and friendly. The surrounding area was very nice, quiet and safe to walk at night. Storage is available if you need to leave your luggage. Recommend.

Great location, but the shower didn't work half of the time we were there and the TV kept disconnecting.

3 nights here… room with a large bed at the ground floor, heater works well as the weather is cold, it needs enough kitchen if you want to cook. Many halal restaurant around here. Near the bayswater and queenstown train station in 2 minutes walks. behind malaysia hall if malaysian to eat malaysian food. 5 minutes walk. highly recommended.

Five stars for location, three for ambience and facilities. No elevators, very steep stairs! Better be younger than 60 when booking a room above 2. Floor.

DO NOT GO THERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
We had The worst experience there, at first I want to point that the staff is rude and doesn't try to accomodate you at the best.
Then the rooms are not what we were expecting, it looked good on photos but it is not in reality, the quality of the beds is extremely poor, tiny room especially the bathroom where you literally sit next to the sink! Bathroom that totally leaked when we first use it, splashing water everywhere! But I must say they fixed it pretty quickly. The top of the main door was falling apart with massive dust coming out of it, the isolation is not good at all and you can hear absolutely everything outside or what is happening in the hotel, you will be waking up by people walking on the room at the top of yours.
To top it of there is no lift or no one to help you take your bags at the 4th floor!
Anyway do not waste your money and time to go to this place, you can find better quality, price and location somewhere else in London!

Bad service and bad communication, totally not recommendable.

We were sent to a different accommodation to what we booked when we arrived
There was no lift and the narrowest of staircases up 4 flights which was a task with bags
The worst point was that our room had a very bad stench from smoking. And when we spoke to reception about it (which was off site) they said they could do nothing and showed no interest. It took some time to clear with air conditioning on full and windows open wide.
Very basic accommodation. The only good point was the location. Which is why we booked it in order to check out London before leaving for home.

Stayed there for 4 nights. It was ok-ish. Because the building was old, it's kind of noisy if the next door walks around. Also the drain was bad so the experience in shower was pretty bad. However the staffs were helpful.

I stayed recently at one of the hyde park apartments. The room itself was great — once we reached it. I had particularly asked for a ground floor room as one of our party has limited mobility. We were initially offered a third floor room and there was no lift. As the only alternative offered, we were given a semi-basement room, which involved going down a very steep flight of basement steps. We accepted this as it was only for one night, but it could have been dangerous for us in particular. Also, I had booked the room as a three single bed room, specified in the adverts. The room we were given had a double bed and a bed settee. All in all NOT what I had booked. If we had been staying longer I would have kicked up more of a fuss. I will not be booking with this hotel again. Beware of what you book!

This apartment I wouldn't even rate my dog staying here it was that disgusting. The description of the room was, had been refurbished king bed new sofa new kitchenette plus upgraded bathroom. There was none of this. The bathroom had mould and stank, the floor boards were all uneven so much so that the fridge wouldn't open. I don't know where the sofa was, I forgot to look on the ceiling in case it was there, no room to move, no blockout curtains with street frontage, sign at front door high theft area, the guy behind the desk was rude no air conditioner which we were supposed to have, no fan, as for the so called king bed it was about twelve inches off the floor, bed base something out of the twenties with four inch mattress. My wife tripped on corner of bed and bruised her knees as there was no room to move, TV on wall about ten inches in diameter. We spent a whole afternoon finding other accommodation which we found at the Hilton which had everything at only 20 pounds more a night. We have told everyone about our really bad experience. This place is a real DIVE. Their interpretation of refurbished is completely at odds with mine. Star rating you would be better of sleeping under the stars as there is more rating out there.

Nice location and super cheap price but the place could been a lot cleaner.

We booked this place for 9 days. Big mistake as it was nothing like the photos that are on their website. The location is great — close to 2 underground stations and local shops. After 5 days I asked if we were getting a change of towels and was told tomorrow. The room was not cleaned for the 9 days we were there nor were the sheets changed. The shower tray accumulated water at a great rate and we were lucky it did not overflow. Maybe for young people it is ok but not for older ones. The bed is 15 inches off the ground! We will definitely not book here again.

I was there for a week and nothing to say apart a small offence without a flight that not my not more but otherwise very well. Well located, near the front desk, shopping street and subway next! I would highly recommend.

The only good thing about this apartmental renting agency is that its located in a very good area. They try but dont do a good job of maintaining the place. Offering short term accomodation in various apartments in the area what they fail to mention is that you could end up in an apartment anywhere along the street or even on a parallel street without any concierge services. They would do well to hire a prpfessional property manager to ensure quality of apartments they let. Problem is, they have such demand that minor things like customer satisfaction with accomodatiob are very low on the priority.

We were 4-nights in a study from 15 to 19 March 2014. The area very quiet, well connected, red line central line, the metro station near Queensway, is on a parallel street less 5 minutes, shops to buy food nearby, down the street from the metro station. For a few days, it is a good option, House Victorian, clean, towels changed every 2 days. By putting something negative, the study where we were was in the attic, on the 4 floor, without elevator (is a), stairs. But everything very well.
Recommended 100%.

I stayed here for just two nights, but I really loved the room and the location of the hotel. The room was well equipped, kitchen, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and even ironing boards. Single bed and a half but comfortable enough. Room with hardwood floors. Only minus the bathroom too small. I highly recommend it!

Very small space in the suite. Difficult to get in and out of bed due to small space. Sheets not fitted so came undone easily exposing mattress. How many other bodies lay on that bare mattress? Strong smell of mildew from the bathroom.

Stayed here, 55 inverness is the reception desk location. What you actually get is a whole apartment at a building some where along inverness. I hear they have more places in other streets too. For my £50 it was pretty good considering the high prices of hotels in london these days. If you were sharing its worth it. But having said that this review dont get excellent because the hot water wasnt working so cold shower and cold at the taps. But then they sent out maintenance within and hour and 2hours later hot water was back. Also the odd few things like doors not quite closing properly, shower taps not easy to work out, the odd thing a screw missing and the tiny little things. Otherwise who cares its a place to stay thats comfortable and you dont take it home with you do you? no. Good for the price really will stay again.
