Reviews of Duke Of Leinster Hotel 3*

Joel Weatherly

Mediocre closet of a room, broken lights, and apathetic staff. This hotel’s only positives are its low price and excellent location.

Wilko Koning

5 stars because of the price-quality. 50 pounds for a great room (small, but great) just next to Hyde Park and the central line.

Suresh Arora

Itvis good hotel with small rooms but nice hospitality and location.

Sam Taylor

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and incredibly comfortable rooms. We have been staying here a number of times over the years and will return. Breakfast is continental but filing. Nice location, handy for the Leinster Arms pub.

Riccardo Panzera

Hotel with good location near Hyde Park, good prices, good rooms, good breakfast service

Blaz Kranjcev

Stayed in the hotel for a short city break. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. First of all we had a problem with leaking water from the ceiling but the reception staff dealt with the matter immediately and provided us with a new (more spacious) room. The staff was very helpful and always ready to help. Breakfast was very good for 3-star hotel, all kinds of eggs, fresh bread, etc. Absolutely nothing to complain, it's not a five-star service but very decent for three. The rooms are not very spacious, as you would expect for an old Victorian house but they're very cosy and clean. Overall, I did not experience anything written by bad reviewers. The hotel is a good choice overall.

Martino Cappelli

Very helpful and friendly staff, rooms are pretty small but cozy, free Wi-Fi. Great breakfast Obviously this is not a luxury hotel, but the value for money is absolutely fine.

Nicola Pommella

It was a very nice place to be in the area. Room size (307) Good, 2 adults and 1 girl, breakfast acceptable, discreet cleaning with carpet unfortunately not really flawless. Only serious flaws the total lack of staff at the front desk who spoke Italian.

Giovanni Vannucci

Small room with insufficient furniture Small and inadequate bathroom. Breakfast room and insufficient tables, customers in the hallway to wait for the turn. Breakfast Limited.

On arrival the lobby is quite comfortable although a little small, our accommodation in a quadruple room on the sixth floor, small and creaky lift (disturbing) the tiny room, windows with lock for opening without air conditioning, With a filthy moquete on the ground, the bathroom decent but no bidets! I could write more! Experience not to repeat!

Pretty good room, nice staff (with only ok English), close to the subway and Hyde park. Pretty good value. The breakfast was nothing special but definitely good enough. Beds and bathroom was good. All in all, affordable, central enough and a good hotel.

The hotel is small, but located in a very nice area next to Park there. 300 metres from a metro station.
Too good to be three-star breakfast. The quadruple room very clean and acceptable. The staff very friendly.
When you return to London I will pass to stay there.

I left an item in Brussels, Belgium prior to my stay in London. Upon calling the hotel in Brussels they shipped the item to me without questions. The package arrived the day I left and this hotel told me they would ship to me — — no problem. That did not happen! The manager refused to ship to the USA so I arranged for them to ship to a friend in Liverpool. They refused to do that! I was told it had to be picked up. The moral of the story — — — don't leave anything at this hotel and definitely don't let them know it's an iPad. I think they thought if they made it difficult enough they would keep my iPad. Thankfully, I did manage to get it picked up needless to say, I will not be back to this hotel nor would I recommend anyone stay there

Great area. Stylish, and quiet, at a very low price (promotion). Staff. Rooms clean. Recommended!

Joe Nazmdeh

Frieny staff and worth the money

René Bruinsma

Nice area, clean hotel, friendly staff, claustrophobic elevator. The room was clean and complete

Ozgur Falcioglu

It is a nice three Star Hotel in a good location. The Stuff at the reception are really friendly.

Chris Gossett

Good location, good value for London, with basic rooms that desperately need carpet and to be painted. After one scary ride in the lift we decided to always take the stairs to our 6th floor room. Breakfast was included and typical for cheap hotels in Europe.

Stacy Finnerty

You definitely pay for location with this hotel. Prices were high, high, high, but everything in the hotel was small, small, small. The rooms, the lobby and the breakfast room in the basement. Of course, it's just a few blocks walk away from Kensington Gardens and very close to all the attractions of London. However, I couldn't help envy the large lobby, restaurant and beautiful patio of the Blakemore Hotel just across the road. I would try to go there on my next visit.

Turki Alshammry

Nice place and also the workers very nice. thank u a lot.

Stayed for 2 nights in double room. Pros: clean, quiet location with good connections, excellent reception, breakfast in room, reasonable price. Cons: small room. We will probably come back for short stays.

Room in basement cramped and noisy from outside and inside (aircon very frustratingly noisy). Banging doors by staff at 630am not pleasent. Very hospitable and helpful reception made our weeks stay bearable. Good cooked breakfast in modern surroundings.

AVOID by any means possible my girlfriend and I visited the hotel just before christmas. We booked a double room with king size bed, when we arrived we got a single room with a camper bed and not only that but there was stains and both bed. We took pictures and made a complain but the manager wasn't in and when we finally got a hold of him he told us he's not refunding our money although we've got evidence of why we didnt stay in the hotel.

This is the first hotel in our list of worsr hotels.
So dirty, do you know what is cleaning? We are so disappointed, if we had't paid this hotel, we wouldn't have went out to another hotel.
This is the first hotel on our list of worst hotels.
Extremely dirty. Here don't know what is cleansing? We are very disappointed, if it is not paid we would leave right now.

I have not come to know the Hotel, because of the volcanic cloud, they cancelled my flight, but my comment is completely negative in terms of the way the hotel, since without having stepped on London and having canceled a day before the reservation, I have charged to my card all the amount of the stay. I hope that customers see this writing and refrain from going, best to find another Hotel with more education.
