Staff are brilliant, rooms offer mini apartments for short stays in a good area.

We spent almost a week in an efficiency unit here. It was a bit dated, but the location was awesome for access to London transit. Excellent availability of food whether buying to cook in the apartment or whether eating out. They do have longer term leases available and the value for money is pretty good.

Unfortunately an old building with little possibility to cool down the apartment in summer. Windows are not open very much. Breakfast with a small choice.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to recommend it.

Lovely place to stay. Pool and gym access, onsite restaurant… it was a great spot. Very pricy by Canadian standards however, and there was no AC, but still a great experience. Very close to Pimlico station, so getting around London was easy.

Stayed here on a work trip to London and it was perfect. So much cheaper than hotels and we had our own kitchen which was wonderful. They have a great gym and even a laundry room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Awesome service, affordable, great location, close to shops and restaurants and the Underground! My room was great and had a nice little kitchenette. Would definitely go back and stay there again!

Had a lovely time staying at Dolphin Square. Plush, quiet and relaxing apartment, good cooked breakfast then lots of fun in the pool with the children… Had a lovely time.

Don't stay if it's hot! There's no AC in the rooms. Other than that the stay is quite lively. The staff is polite and helpful and the rooms are as advertised.

An older property, but conveniently located 3-5 min walk from Pimlico Underground station with lots of eateries and groceries stores in the area. We booked through Expedia and the 2 room package included breakfast, which was made to order and was excellent. The staff were very accommodating as we were able to check into our room at 10 am after arriving from a long overnight flight from North America. However, you do need to keep in mind that the suites do not have A/C and may get a bit hot in the summer time although portable fans are available in each bedroom. The area is very safe, populated with lots of primary and middle schools and libraries.

Beautiful and spacious apartments with the added benefit of a restaurant and spa. Facilities are clean and well looked after but it is quite expensive so best to keep in mind. However it's a lovely experience overall.

Nice. Apartments could do with an oven (as opposed to just a microwave) if they’re going to be self catering.

Accommodation was clean, warm and friendly. It had an on site supermarket which was handy. The pimlico station was a 3 minute walk! Be warned though, seems to be football training most days at 6:30 in the morning just outside.

The place sells it as four stars but I doubt that it reaches such a point, foreign tourists do not feel comfortable as only arriving and although there paid the whole in the travel agency only enter you charge 29 euros, the because I still have to know and if not That the agency does for me, on the other hand the people of the hotel are nothing amabes the opposite not a single effort to help the foreign tourist, we will not ask some towels.
The breakfast nefarious coffee served by them and if you want to repeat gives you something for the face they put, crusted without flavor to anything, bread of days ago (chewing gum), sausage Three classes of the worst ham, salami (I didn't taste it bad) and the ham York the only passable, the only good thing is the mutt who cut it in half so that with less amount there for everyone, if you want some more breakfast paying!
The cleanliness of the hotel we will be passable as we leave it every day that almost alone there we make the bed but there are some things that would have to be changed more often.
The heating the better I sleep in balls! and the window opened as you cannot regulate the temperature and the room you die of heat I am right now in the room as of… 12-1-18.

A rather bijoux room, but my colleagues always get palatial suites by comparison for the same price. Not figured out how to game the room allocation yet. Ate my takeaway pizza sitting on the end of my bed in front of the telly. Free Wi-Fi, a bit slow. Great gym and pool. Can I have a table to eat at next time please, would go well with the kitchenette?

Convenient central place to stay in London. Reception receives parcels and post. Gym and pool in complex. Supermarket and other amenities close by.

The apartments are very nice and at a convenient location. However on checking out they were charging us an extra £50 for an extra person. When we explained to the woman at reception she was the one who checked us in and took us to the apartment, she accepted there wasn't another person and said there would be no extra charge. On getting home and checking are VISA bill they still charged us. Phoning them did not resolve the problem, they weren't interested. So we reported them to the credit card company. We also later found out that they charged our friend who also stayed there the £50 for the extra person. Naughty.

Not even 1 star but I have no choice. People BE AWARE of this place! The worst customer service ever. The staffs were very rude. The place is totally different from the pictures they show on their website. I booked a room for 3 adults and there was no 2nd bed, only one king bed. They were expecting us to share a bed?! It was my first trip to London and I didn't even have a cellphone to be able to find something suitable and contact Expedia. Afte a long flight, tired and hungry… I had to argue with the staff and explain repeatedly that I booked a room for 3 adults and we need 2 beds. They suggested a crib… it was so shocking. At the end, we went and bought a prepaid card to be able to call Expedia. I was on the phone for 5 hours and they could not help us and it was a horrible experience from both this place and Expedia. As we did not have any choice we stayed there for the night. Very old, run-down building. The bathroom was dirty and you could see mold on the bathtub and this is not all… at midnight we heard a shooting 3 times and were so scared. The area wasn't safe and everything was wrong with this place. 3rd guest had to sleep on a folded bed which was extremely uncomfortable. We went downstairs in the middle of the night to ask for something better and. Nothing… they don't care about their guests at all. Finally, we left as we had enough and couldn't stay there anymore. They charged us after all these complaints. Travellers be aware and don't spend your money here.

Clean, comfortable apartments, fabulous facilities in the gym and pool. Great cafe/bar.

Service is professional and hotel facilities are proper and clean. Rooms are somewhat spartan. No place for personal toiletry in shower, only one towel hanger, in shower, no door stoppers. No electric sockets near bed.

Nice hotel, only thing I wish the TV provided was better. Close to buses and train stations.

Stayed for a couple of days on a recent trip to London. Apartment were clean and tidy. Great little shopping centre in the block. Didn't get chance to use the pool. Great location. Wifi in our room was poor though.

Very clean place. We loved the rooms. Staff was very pleasant. Front desk staff was always very accommodating with all our requests. Quiet place with good amenities. Great breakfast place and excellent coffee. A gem in London without a doubt! We will return.

Great structure, large room with bathroom lounge, kitchen equipped with all appliances. Swimming pool and spa. Breakfast buffet with excellent products: yummy and fresh muffins, yogurt from Brittany, cold cuts… Kindness of all the staff.

Huge and famous complex that has hotel, suites and apartments. Well located and accessible transportation to get to Big Ben. Recommended.

The apartments are very good, in conditioning and location, this pretty clean, nice staff, Metro stop (Pimlico) and Victoria Station very close by. Elevators and heating work. Comfy beds.

Just checked in for 6 days prepaid for a room. What a disaster! The girl who checked us in had room then didn't have a room We said we would pay to upgrade then gave us a room overlooking the Garbage dumpsters The room we got was it smelled and was old and dungy looking We were told it would 30 pounds to upgrade and the standard rate for the room was 129 to 200 pounds a lot less than what I paid on Expedia Travellers beware the pictures are photoshopped from about 25 years Ago.

The rooms are relatively no frills. Not bad but not great… they get the job done. We haven't used any of the other facilities here to comment on those. Location is excellent.

Loved the location. Right on the Thames provides great access to central London. Good options for food locally. Rooms are fine, I had a small room on the 1st floor (with people walking past the window). Internet was a real problem. Signal was weak in the room and connection was unstable.

They never give back the deposit money. It already has been 3 weeks I had check out but still haven't got the money back. So I called about the issues twice, last week and yesterday but the phone recipient were not kind and looked very tired and actually were not helpful to get the money back. I also sent e-mail but they ignored. I reckon not returning the deposit money from the customer is a new channel of the profit for the dolphin house? I AM REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ISSUE. I'll see couple of days more if I get the money back, if not, I'll do more serious action for this problem.

Awful. Dirty dishes in the kitchen. The bed was rock hard! I was so uncomfortable I woke up with back pain. I asked the front desk for an extra comforter and they couldn't provide this because they said it was too late. Horrible customer service. The place is a bit dingy too rips In the carpet and NO Air conditioning. Not worth the price. I will not return.

23/6/15 — Update. Issue has finally been resolved by the assistant manager, managed to receive some compensation and also a free nights stay. Big thanks to Wayne who assisted with this. Completely disgusted with everything. Complained about the lack of hot water 3 times, the fire exit would not close, Staff were rude and then took for the full amount on my card without agreement. I have tried 10 times to talk to management to come to a resolution without any call back of response. Absolute joke of a company!

Lovely stay. Room very comfortable, good price, staff all really friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for sightseeing etc. Would definately want to stay again.

We can really recommend this place. Near central London, nice apartment with comfy beds. The included english breakfast was fantastic. Resaurant staff had understanding for and knowledge about allergens and served glutenfree bread for breakfast. Internet worked just fine. Only thing on the downside was for us not enough light in the rooms. Please install reading lights, and maybee we will rate you five stars next year.

For a stay in London which is so reasonably priced — I would very much recommend Dolphin House Apartments. A wonderful location in the heart of Pimlico — very close to Westminster, the only noise I heard was Big Ben telling me the time each morning! Apartments are modern and bright, with a comfortable and airy feel. Swimming Pool and leisure facilities also enable you to relax in the heart of this busy city. Combined with helpful and friendly staff, you will have a most welcomed stay here.

Great place to stay. Really close to the centre of London. I've stayed here twice now and couldn't fault the apartments. This time we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment free of charge. All three rooms were en-suite. We had a separate lounge and kitchen. The place was immaculately clean. Breakfast in the bar and grill was really good. We had an evening meal which was ok but nothing special. The only negative was two of the reception staff were rather unfriendly.

Aweful, especially in the needed customer relationship management after I had the problems with my 1-night stay. Not only connection to Internet was not working (and I had chosen it also for that, as I came for business), but most importantly the shower did not work, and as many of you can imagine, this is really aweful, and I would say unacceptible for this type of hotel they publicize to be. When I explained the problems I had with my stay, there was no reaction nor help provided by management, and of course my stay was charged the full rate. Really unacceptable. Especially if for business, to avoid no doubt. But I would suggest looking for other hotels in the area.

I've stayed here four times in the last 30 years and this was the first time I was truly disappointed. We were made to wait two hours after we were told we could check in at two, the internet was not working, and the restaurant was woefully understaffed. In fact, the manager of the restaurant told us to complain to the front desk! We arranged a late chekout at time of booking, but they "forgot" the arrangement and wanted to charge us 30 pounds an hour until we vacated the room. Almost forgot to mention the fire alarm going off at 2200 and waking my young girls. Yes, a false alarm. Sadly, we will not be returning to Dolphin House. It was a better place when it was called Dolphin Square.
