This hotel is very near to Victoria coach Station and The train and tube. It’s within walking distance to Sainsburys with Argos Pimlico branch. The service is very professional, and the staff are helpful with places to visit for your stay.

With my daughter I have been in this hotel since June 21 for a week. Great experience to recommend. Clean room daily, spacious and comfortable bathroom, comfy beds, private garden very comfortable for smokers. In the room there was iron and iron, hair dryer, electric teapot with all kinds of tea and safe, Wi-Fi. We didn't enjoy breakfast but a good coffee was always offered to us at all hours. Kindness and maximum staff availability. Despite being close to the train tracks we did not suffer.

The hotel is nice and cosy. Room I got was compact but clean. Enough just for myself as intended. Location good just that the room I got given was right on top of a train track so you could feel the vibration of the trains going. I would give a four if the shift manager who attended to me had a better way to speak to his guests. Quite shirty for the kind of work he does.

Very nice room for the price. Location is good being just a short sheltered walk from the train/tube station. The only breakfast that is available is a limited continental breakfast, this is the only reason I gave it four stars. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Room was off a side street through an unmarked door. Room was tiny with barely walking room around the bed and a bit dated. TV was all garbled so couldn't watch the football match. No AC which was mentioned but window had no screens. Very close to a train station so expect to hear trains rolling by every few minutes. Staff was courteous and checking was easy. There appears to be multiple building with the main one looking quite better by a large margin.

The room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. I was expecting a small room, but it was too small for the two beds. No sir conditioning or fans and could hear everything; trains from victoria station, when anyone used the restroom, etc. The room smelled musty and the beds were uncomfortable and quite worn in (dipped in middle where other bodies were). Positives, very close to everything we wanted to see — which was good considering we only had one night in town. Thai place next door that we went to for dinner was amazing. Great recommendation from the check in staff. Check in staff walked us directly to the room… had to though, as it was in a separate building across the road and had no room number. Very expensive for what you get. I'd try another hotel next time…

Neat and tidy hotel equipped with hair dryer and water kettle. The hotel offers a decent breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. The staff is efficient and accomodating. It is very close to Victoria Coach station and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. We got a reasonable price for it. Recommended!

The best thing about this place is the proximity to Victoria Station and the Victoria Palace Theatre. There's nothing else about it that is worth any praise.
Over the course of a three-night stay, we stayed in three different rooms, only one of which was acceptable and met the criteria of the booking request.
I've attempted to contact the management through three different methods and have yet to receive an acknowledgement, let alone a response.
If you enjoy sleeping in a room that smells like Satan's septic tank, or a room with the temperature of a sauna, go ahead and book this place. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

I had a very good time, nice people, nice room and we can speak about isolation, blabla but it was okay, the room was specious and most inportant clean!

Definitely not comfortable! … me and my daughter stayed here for my 40th birthday 3 nights. Beds were hard : (we had a view of a brick wall out of our window and a giant turbine fan, not sure of its function but was very loud… windows didn't drown out the noise from it so had to roll up hand towels from the bathroom and place around the window to help but still didn't help. And to top it off we were given a room directly below the 24hr reception desk so could hear chairs being dragged about all night long… we was shattered after our stay, definitely wouldn't stay here again :/

Great hotel and also in a great location. The team here are really friendly and always available to help. The only downfall was a funky smell out of the bathroom but as we were always out and about it didn't have much of an effect on our stay.

Rooms and cleanliness is good but be prepaid to stay awake whole night due to trains passing by every couple of minute! Far from being a comfortable night… for business people it's not an ideal hotel due to intense & heavy noise level!

I'm on the fourth floor from the third to the fourth there is no elevator just a tiny staircase, the window just above the station vibrates all the train entrance, the room is tiny although the price is not,

The Location of the hotel was great and it was excellent value. Extremely friendly staff. Reasonable quiet except we had some rude neighbors who kept slamming their door throughout the night! The breakfast was fine.

This hotel is very well located, the rooms are comfortable but small. Clean, tidy, reception people arranged and cordial. 'd be back.

So far so good, just checked in, which took all of 30 seconds with a prepaid reservation. Confirmed name and signed. Room is across the street from reception and right by the elevator, which could be bad or loud. Staying for 6 nights so I’ll update after my stay. Room is really nice otherwise, 2 full beds, reasonable sized bathroom.

For the price and location, I think this is one of the best combinations you could find. The hotel was clean and practical, as you would expect from a Comfort Inn. Above and beyond that I would imagine you're looking at triple the price in London.

The room was roomy and well organized but for some odd reason the shower gave me some difficulty with the door placement and all.

Location Location Location — this is the main reason that this hotel does so well (it always seems to be booked up) perfect for central London, bus and train connections and short stays. Rooms are warm cost and petit with just enough space to swing your cat but not much else.

Very nice accommodation for the price that I paid. The strategic position close to Victoria station makes the hotel super easy to reach no matter where you come from. Management and frontdesk is super kind and will do whatever they can to give you a hand. Overall it is a nice choice for business missions with a tight budget or a personal not too romantic visit to London.

The room was a little small and backed onto a railroad but the noise didn't travel too much into the room to keep us awake. The location is perfect for using the hop on hop off buses as well as the Victoria lines.

Had a double room for a 1 night stay. Hotel staff were really helpful, cheerful and a joy to speak to. The room was clean and well done up. The only issue I had was the room which we were given, the train would go past it all night and that was moist enough to cause a slight disturbance.

We stayed twice during our holiday it is a very good spot to be next to the Victoria station and you can walk to most attractions. We paid 6 pounds for a continental breakfast and it is very good. They are very helpful had problems with our next accommodation and they helped us out amazing they moved our luggage to another room as had to move as booked and gave us a very good price to extend our stay. The service their is great and they do their best to help you out very friendly and very comfortable as well.

We stayed for one night on 22nd October 2017. Greeted with free coffee. We were taken to our room, my suitcase taken by porter. Everything was immaculate, so clean it all looked brand new and worked well. We slept very well too. The breakfast was full of variety and was the best continental one I'd had for a long time. Drawback was that we had a family room though twin booked. The double bed was against the wall so we used the twin beds. Lower ground floor would have been a definite no no if we had booked for more than one night. Location for us was perfect as we were getting our coach next door.

Cool, central city hotel in a great location.

Just returned home from a one night stay in London at the Comfort Inn hotel and was very impressed with the helpfulness and courtesy from the staff. Although I booked a twin room we were given a family room which was on the small side but spotlessly clean & well presented. The location was excellent & close to train, tube & coach station & within walking distance to many amenities & all the tourist attractions. All in all a very pleasant stay, would recommend it & we will definitely stay here again.

The room was very small and the bathroom was very small. Good breakfast but you can do better.

Great budget hotel for a short stay in London.
Breakfast only enough and room not spacious, what makes it interesting the hotel is definitely the location, just a short walk from Victoria station where Gatewick Express, trains and Metro buses.

Nice and comfortable Hotel at par that very well located to visit the center of London If you like to walk or close to the Metro to move to farther points as well as to transfer to the airport by bus. How it is typical in London is all carpeted but very clean.

Avoid the room 614 very noisy, without window and below the level of the road…

We paid £574 room only, for 4 nights in a family room. 15th — 18th August 2016. The room was average and the carpet seemed a bit grubby. When unpacking I found a pubic hair on the bedside table and a while later my wife found bloody fingerprints on the spare toilet roll. I took photographs of the blood to reception got an apology and a free breakfast voucher. I asked the receptionist to ensure that the room got a good clean while we were out for the day. So the next day, 16th August, we returned to the room tired after a busy day at about 22.30 hours. The room looked like it had been well cleaned but to our horror there was a wet patch the size of a dinner plate in the middle of the quilt on the double bed which had soaked through to the mattress. I complained to reception and we found ourselves having to move rooms with our 11 year old daughter at 2300 hours. We were very unhappy. The room we were given overlooked a busy train line with trains thundering by day and night and the tannoy announcer at the train station audible in the room. When I checked out at the end of our stay I mentioned the inconvenience of the wet patch on the bed and having to move rooms and the receptionist was not in the least bit bothered. We are still waiting for some sort of explanation and apology. We have stayed in hotels around the world, nothing like this. We will not be back and would not recommend it!

The hotel is just a few minutes ' walk from Victoria Place, the shopping centre adjacent to Victoria Station. Given this proximity to the station, you can hear the noises of the trains even all night long. I was given a room (twin-bedded) on the fourth floor, which is accessible only through the stairs from the third floor. The room is not very big but it has everything you need: two beds, two bedside tables, fixed telephone, desk with chair, air conditioning, TV, safe and tea kettle. The bathroom inside is small but functional. The location The Wi-Fi is free and fully functional. Breakfast was not included. The staff is very friendly.

Location very close to Victoria station so convenient to get to but for this you also hear a light train noise, which however I would say not very annoying. I happened in a room on the fourth floor and to get there they used the elevator up to the third and then stairs. The room is small but cozy, there is everything including the Wi-Fi. I recommend it.

We recently stayed 4 nights here and were very pleased with our experience. The room was modern and immaculately kept and the staff were very kind and helpful. There was a problem with payment through our agent, and they let us the room anyway while we sorted out the issue. The location was perfect: 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station with Tube and National Rail service, and about a minute away from the Coach Station. Victoria Place was about a 3 minute walk, with access to a grocery, drug store, and plenty of food options. As others have said, the room is quite small. It was tight for two people, and would be nearly impossible for more. But, I found it comparable to rooms in other large cities. The breakfast was also a bit overpriced, but a short walk to Victoria Place solved that problem. Overall, I was very happy with the room and our experience with the property. I would absolutely consider staying again when we return.

For me personally, this hotel no longer comes into question. My room was quite ok, but noisy (trains all night), also the TV has only 8 channels — all English and poor reception quality. The bathroom was puny small. Cleanliness and staff friendliness were good. Conclusion: all ok, but next time better elsewhere.

Hospitable staff, clean room. Site is near coach station, bus station and train station.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are niquel.
However, it is a bit expensive, € 130 a night for a small room with single bed.
It is 2 steps from victoria station but are slightly trains overnight.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who is looking for visit London. We stay in a room in front of the trains line and the noise was not a problem.

The room was originally very small for three people one of which was a wheelchair user. We asked for something with more space after some initial conversations with reception who tried to charge us extra to upgrade. It was agreed there would be no charge for the upgrade. The location was perfect and alot better than initially expected due to the low rating. The staff were very accommodating after the initial fix this or give us out money back conversation.

Great hotel relation price-quality.

Very pleasantly surprised. The situation is perfect, five minutes from Victoria station. The building has the charm of a building typical of the London of the beginning of the TWENTIETH century, but the rooms are recently renovated, and with much pleasure. We were the whole family (my wife, myself and my children of 7 and 5 years) and not miss less space in the room, which included a double and a single bed. Cleaning exquisite, especially in the bathroom, which is modern and renovated. The best, the attention of the front desk staff, helpful, friendly and very generous. I recommend this as a place with excellent value and service versus price.

It located at a convenience location where can easily access to Victoria station. And its good to have cafes nearby and good is great as well. The staffs are friendly and provided a great services.

Had a great time here. Stayed for 3-4 nights on way to the continent, then 1-2 nights three weeks later on way back. Good brekkie, clean rooms and good prices.

A very comfortable hotel at a great price, with the season is victory on the side. Also the rooms are very well organized and are very well. The only negative is the breakfast, which closes at 9:30 (English time). By the others this very well.

Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the room.
The room is very small but cozy at the same time! Choice of colors, furniture and linen excellent. In addition the bathroom is small but willing efficiently. Is new and very nice.
Also convenient to drink tea and coffee in the room, with coffee provided by the hotel.
One flaw: our room looked out onto a rail transit! At all times they felt pass and at times also wobbled a bit on the bed. Annoying especially in the morning, if you want to sleep a bit more.

It has got a fantastic ubication.

We were put in the basement, without air conditioning. Everything trembled whenever he passed a train. Breakfast very justito and waiting for that site it is free, it is very small. The only good thing is the location.

Slept three nights with family very well. The room facing the street are not very quiet. The beds are all the better for it. The room size is for a short break in order. We found the service excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast for six pounds is typically English. Is ideal with the Gatwick Express at Victoria station.

No AC, tiny room, very uncomfortable mattress, tiny bathroom. The continental breakfast listed by a previous reviewer is not included, there is a separate charge for it. On the upside it is very close to the metro and other sites, restaurants. The staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Walking distance to coach station and Victoria station. Im very happy n satisfying their services.

I'm not paying those prices to have _hotel staff_ look down their noses at me again.
