Absolutely beautiful hotel. Stayed here from last Thursday till yesterday (Sunday). For a birthday treat. Came with my sister. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Food and drinks was fantastic. Would recommend it to friends and family. Would come again. Rooms are very clean. Enjoyed my stay. Wish I could of stayed longer, maybe I will next time.

We have stayed here previously and had an amazing time, for this trip I had booked an air B and B and had a really bad experience Within an hour of being at the air B and B I contacted the hotel and booked 3 nights — saved the day. Just as my previous trip everything was perfect All our business trips and pre holiday flight stays will be here from now on! Customers for life ❤️

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary, the staff really looked after us! We had complimentary Prosecco sent to our room which made us both smile. The general vibe of the hotel is amazing, I loved it and will stay again whenever I’m in London:)

We are here from the United States and absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and has gone above and beyond with any requests we've had. It is super clean and in a great neighborhood. The staff is trustworthy and we never had worries about our personal belongings while we were out all day. The bartenders are amazing! The food and drinks are great too. Great location to public transportation or just to grab a taxi at our front door. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it to others. Very nice, clean and elegant, little hotel at Bayswater, next to several metro station. Staff friendly and helpful as well as discrete. Continental and international breakfast of good quality and abundant. Best value in Its range of price.

Great location and wonderful staff. Disliked the thick smell of incense in the lobby. We think we got a smaller room than we booked, but it was still nice.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, Staff are wonderful. Decent breakfast. They do not have a fridge in the room. (A little disappointed. ). Rooms are small but I think that’s just a London thing in general. Would stay here again.

Booked for a weekend in London. Room is very poor for a 4 star hotel. We were given twin beds when we booked a double. We were given a disabled room, which although is larger on floor space also has a lower sink. Not particularly good for my husband whose 6'3. The TV is situated over the vanity table and you can't see from the bed. The room had mock wooden flooring which wasn't attractive and to be quite honest, for a boutique hotel should have been more aesthetically pleasing and less clinical. Breakfast was good as there's a small buffet but you order from a menu if you want cooked options. Staff appear to be busy fools. We were offered coffee and then it didn't come. Note to manager — the juices on display should be marked what they are… I also feel there should be background music as you are down in the basement and again it's too clinical. I gave feedback on the room when we checked out and initially they thought tbey were doing us a favour with a bigger room… They compensated by clearing our £10 drink bill. I won't come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were in London celebrating our 25th anniversary and did they ever make the stay memorable. We came back to the room on our anniversary date and found flowers, a card, cake and champagne. WOW! Totally unexpected. The room was very nice. It had air conditioning which was nice considering how hot it was the week we were there. The included breakfast was excellent. There was a buffet portion and a made to order option which included a traditional English breakfast. The hotel is about a 8 minute walk to 3 different tube station.

Nice hotel in a quiet zone and good restaurants around. My room is of decent size, furnishings pretty good. I particularly like their complimentary toiletries set (Good quality brand), spacious lobby with antiques decoration. Reception staff, some are French trainees, are very enthusiastic， helpful and cheerful.

This was a very good hotel and one I will certainly return to. The staff were all excellent and the choice of breakfast was outstanding.

10mins walk to several subway stations. Room bright with window view, have to ask for toothpaste. Provides the white company shampoo and body wash products. Bed sheets not so clean, found a lilybug on a pillow.

Whenever I go to London I stay here. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice and clean. Super well located between the stations of Bayswater, Queensway, Lancaster and Paddington.

It was very nice and clean. The rooms are maybe a little small but the rest doesn't really matter. It was a very nice place to eat. The hotel has a restaurant inside… it eats great!

Perfect hôtel in London clean room, everyone was soooo nice and the morning buffet is delicious near to Notting hill, Marble arch and Oxford street you can walk there without taking a bus or tube close to the park what more can I say? Just awsome… I'm so happy to go back there in august …

Lovely, if somewhat ordinary, well priced hotel for London. It is hard to find reasonably priced accommodation in London. I found The Caesar Hotel through Expedia and have been pleased with it. Welcoming and modern lobbey. Friendly staff who made check in a breeze. Fabulous location. Breakfast is downstairs, but windows let in natural light from outside in two light wells. Breakfast was nice, but an additional charge that seemed a little on the high side. Worth it for the convenience. My room is clean, modern, and a very decent size by London standards. I am a big man and am okay in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. TV (not that I have time to watch) and free high speed Internet.

I was in London with my daughter for a Uni fair and booked this hotel because of a great deal and excellent reviews. I was not disappointed! From the moment that we walked in we felt more than welcome. We arrived early to ask to store our bags and we were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in. Our room was was a perfect mix of modern and classic, complete with exposed brick (which I love). We had two windows in our room which brought in the most beautiful light in the afternoon and early morning. The rooms were not bigger or smaller than most hotels in London, but the character of the hotel is what sets this one apart from others. I felt comfortable in how clean the hotel room was and the toiletries offered were The White Company. We went down to the gym and enjoyed a workout and found the facilities very good. We had a restful sleep and in the morning went down for the full English breakfast. The continental breakfast set up was attractive, and the staff was very friendly. Apart from a mistake where they gave our order to a neighbouring table, they did apologize and were quick to bring us a new breakfast. The breakfast was so delicious and I was pleased that they offered a vegetarian sausage. Check-out was at 12:00, so it was nice to take our time. We were remembered by name when we checked out and it was that personal touch that makes one feel like a person and not just a room number. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly book here again.

A short walk from Paddington (Heathrow Express and other trains) and three tube lines makes it convenient in that regard. However, the available restaurants, pubs and other attractions in the area are very limited. The very elegant exterior does not match the rooms, which are nothing to complain about, but also nothing particularly special. My room is clean, acceptable, but I can hear every footstep and cough of my neighbors. The view is nothing spectacular, and is typical of the back of London terrace housing. The staff are very polite and I did appreciate being able to check in much earlier than usual; after my horrible transatlantic flight, a bed was very welcome.

The hotel is in a very nice area and very well connected, has several metro and bus stops nearby. Although the room is small it is very clean and very well kept.

Very nice building. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large but the furniture is a bit run down. The cleaning is very poor. Breakfast is more than disappointing. For 18 books, beverages, mini pastries and dried bananas… if you want a real continental breakfast (eggs, bacon…) You'll have to add 18 pounds! Very exaggerated…

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very nice and the location was very good. I was alone one night for business reasons and I was satisfied. The room is a little small but the double bed is large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very good, but it was very nice and the shower was very hot. Weird in a bathroom, but it is. There's a European plug on the wall, the rest are British.

Really awesome Hotel.
First of all I would like to thank the receptionist Maura, who with her professionalism and kindness managed to make not only the pleasant stay, but thanks to the illustration of the map, always delivered by her, we were able to visit things more Important in London in 5 days.
The only flaw? The distance from the certain, but being close to the area of Nothing Hill and Hyde Park The center is reachable by Metro and The many buses that pass continuously.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and upon entry I was met with complimentary toiletries, wine and snacks. The price of the room was also very surprising, far cheaper than alternate options when I was booking. I am looking forward to staying there again.

Everything was perfect except the bathrobes that we put on the first day and they forgot the next 5 days.

Hotel is nice and clean even though it is super small. There is no free breakfast, so I'm not sure if your money would be worth it. Everyone was always nice and welcoming except for the lady who worked at night and had an accent. She gave such a hard time when we booked the rooms. She was not helpful at all.

Just spent three nights. Room and bathroom spotless. Bemol for the price too high breakfast. In 2oom there are 2 cafes that make the Lil Dejs about 7 pounds. No documentation available… too bad. Very good location with bus and Metro at about 500m. Do not speak French.

Very well located Hotel, 5min walking from the Bayswater subway or Paddington, in a quiet but central street. Excellent staff (several Spaniards), the manager of Operations (Raúl) charming and very helpful.
They put a bottle of wine if you book on the Web and welcome bonbons in the room, a detallazo that comes in great after walking all day.
The best: Breakfast. They have "Pa amb tomàquet", potato omelette, ham… and the typical English brekfast, which is not lacking anything.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms are super small unless you pay for the most expensive room, and we are talking about 10 square meters small, 2 people can't fit their luggage, and unpacking into the closet is impossible because it's too small to fit anything. Walls are thin and you can here everyone who is walking in the hallway. Toilet and bath are tiny, while having a shower the water won't go down the drain. Really bad experience, the staff didn't do anything although we complained few times. This hotel should be 2 stars not 4.

Really nice hotel in a good location near to Lancaster Gate tube station which is on the Central line so nice and easy to travel in and out of London. Stayed for one night in a single room, which was actually quite spacious compared to other London single rooms that you can get. Had a really nice shower and amenities in the room. The hotel itself was very clean and nice looking, with an open and airy reception. Check in was fast and polite. The bar area on the ground floor was modern looking with a good range of drinks. Would recommend staying here if in the area, or need something which allows easy access to the center of London.

I stayed 9 days at the Caesar hotel in London, England. I have only good things to say about the Caesar. It was very classy, inside and out. The rooms were absolutely fabulous! A large double bed that was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Large luscious towels for your showers. The housekeepers were amazing and so friendly. Everything was so clean! They would do little extra things for me, to make me feel right at home. I did feel right at home with all of the staff at The Caesar. It was in a very nice, quiet location. I had a large window that I could open for fresh air. The front desk staff were so friendly and well informed about anything you needed to know about London. Anything I needed, they were there for me. They gave me an adapter to use while I was there at no extra charge. If I needed ice, I had it within minutes from the bar. I was amazed at such wonderful service from all the staff at The Caesar. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a beautiful experience while visiting London. It is also just a few blocks from public transportation. I will stay there again when I return to London.

We stayed at The Caesar Hotel for our first trip to London when we celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary. The room was clean and the hotel is beautiful. The location is excellent and convenient to all of the places we wanted to visit. I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful staff! Perfect London experience.

Location is good about less then 10 minutes walk to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Deluxe rooms are really nice. Service room all day long but a bit pricey. Breakfast is served as a buffet and nice. I loved the large choice of tea. I haven't had a chance to try the bar and restaurant. I'll definitely come back.

Stayed two days in September, and absolutely loved this hotel! Attentive staff, cozy rooms, great location! Beware though, all there is is street parking.

Clean room and bathroom, but terribly small beds. NOT as shown on the pictures. Plus I can obviously feel the spirals in the matrass. Nice neighbourhood tho.

The staff were lovely and friendly and we felt welcome. Room was great, comfy bed and a nice bathroom. View over the street, and we didn't find it too noisy. Didn't try the breakfast. Location was also great — nice places to eat on Queensway and a easy walk to hyde park. We used buses and underground and found it well connected.

An affordable hotel in a convenient location. Close to bus stops and the underground. Located in a quiet, more residential neighborhood which is exactly what we wanted while visiting London. We could pretend like we lived there! Our room was smaller and not as shiny new as we were used to in Canada, but perfectly adequate. The continental breakfast was fantastic! The lobby smelled very strongly of incense or candles, which wasn't my preference, but also not a big issue.

Hotel is clean and modern. Lovely staff, and the breakfast was lovely. Great continental breakfast included, but we added eggs Benedict and eggs with smoked salmon for only £3 each! Room was clean and modern. Quite basic but perfect for a night away. Only issues: strong smell of incense in the halls. I'm sure some people love it, but it's not for me! Thankfully the room has amazing adjustable air conditioning, so no smell in the room itself. Also the bed was the noisiest bed I've ever slept on. Goodness! Overall a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel and good value. The executive room we stayed in was very well appointed with a separate sitting area with a large new tv, along with a smaller TV in the bedroom. Beds were comfy, and service was excellent. Would stay again.

What a beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable with polite and friendly staff. And, all set within easy walking distance of Hyde Park. Hope to visit London again soon, and will make The Caesar Hotel my first choice to stay as will the friends I travelled with.

Rooms very comfortable and comfortable, but certainly it best is the treatment affectionate, friendly and helpful of the personal of the hotel, have been delighted.

Nice and tidy hotel and you get a blast of incense sticks when you walk in that gives it a spa type feel. Checking in took a long time with only one person working the desk. The bar staff at night was very surly. Parking outside was free (weekend, after 1330 on the Saturday) 5 mins walk to Paddington station too. Fair enough price for London. Breakfast though is stupidly priced.

Not far from the park & tube station, good location. The staff were very helpful and I made a note on my booking I needed gluten free food which they made arrangements for my breakfast. Lovely and would go back there again.

"Decent" we spent a pleasant stay in a beautiful city, rather friendly and helpful staff.
The cleanliness of our room was OK, however we found the room very small and not very nice to the noise level.

Nice modern hotel, good price and friendly staff. Great location away from the hustle bustle of central London, an enjoyable 10 min walk to the nearest tube station.

As I arrived to the hotel, on the 28th March, the reception staff asked for 50 Pounds, from my card, stating that it would be returned when we would leave. When we left the Hotel, on the 1st Aprl, the reception lady informed that the 50 Pounds wouldn´t be given in cash, but would return back to my account, in Portugal. Today I verified my bank notice and I saw that the Hotel picked up 63, 65 Euros, plus 1, 72 Euros for a commission and 0, 07 Euro for taxes, in short, 65, 44 Euros. On the 5th April the Caeser Hotel deposited in my account 62, 44 Euros. They did the same with my friend. I can´t understand this behaviour and I am very disappointed. Maria Teresa Teixeira.

Went to london for two weeks with my wife. The hotel and staff are very accommodating. Some rooms maybe a little better then others but they keep your room clean. And they all have a nice updated design. Fish and chips to the room, really good. Dessert to the room, really good. Very happy with the service and location of the hotel.

It is a hotel with a architecture great, very well located.

Had a pleasant stay here while in London being a tourist for a few days. The hotel is in a beautiful flat style building and everything is upgraded and clean. The only downside is the very thin walls between rooms and you can hear your neighbors sneeze, cough, or generally move around. Luckily we were on the top floor so we didn't also have neighbors above us to add to the noise level since the floors are laminatebans cause noise to travel even further. Just make sure you bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Paid for an executive room which looked nothing like the one advertised online. Had no bath so requested a room With a bath, when in the room had "no service on phone" hotel Wi-Fi could not even be located. Ordered some food — sandwiches, specifically asked for just chicken and bacon with a side of mayo. Received two pots of brown sauce, sandwich had egg in it which I hate (this was mentioned no where on the menu or I would of asked for it to be removed) Bed was actually two singles put together resulting in me and my boyfriend dipping in the middle, woke up in the middle of the night with cramp, back and neck ache. Worst sleeps ever. (Had booked to stay for 2 nights for boyfriends birthday actually wanted to checkout before I had even stayed the first night) Extremely loud — could hear the kitchen phone ringing. My boyfriend left the room and was actually able to access the basment "garden" and open my hotel window from the OUTSIDE! Asked for towels as I was staying 2 nights… Received 2 HAND TOWELS! Dinner room service awful Burgers were literally still alive! Chips had been salted to within an inch of their life! Onion rings cheap frozen brand. When complained received a phone call to say we will be charged twice from a very abrupt member of staff. Felt literally sick after biting into burger very bad stomach pains. The glass picture smashed and fell off the wall! Overall stay extremely disappointing especially after it cost so much!

It was a nice small modern room. The TV did not work well. Also one of the cleaning personal throw some of my belongings away from the bathroom — I have not put the stuff into the trash can (and still needed my bandages. ) so this annoyed me trememdously.

In April this year we stayed for three weeks, and the care and services were excellent. The room was small but equipped with everything you need, and every problem has been solved. Beautiful breakfast room.

My experience at The Caesar Hotel was excellent. I was there in November of 2013 and is fascinated both with the Hotel itself and its staff. Throughout my stay were very warm and willing to help me in what you need. I do not regret having chosen this Hotel to stay during my visit to London.
