Apartments Inn is located in the perfect location in Paddington which is only a short walk to shops, restaurants and train/tub station. The downfalls of staying at Apartments Inn was the smell of the building as it smelled of mildew and stale air. There were signs of water damage on the ceiling of the room I stayed in. The rooms are small but are good for a short stay. The clothes washer was nice but there wasn’t any soap provided so I had to shop around Westminster to find some. The bed was possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

Very good place, clean and comfortable. Good location.

We stayed here for 4 nights.
The apartments are very well and have a good size.
The furnishings of the apartment are ok. You have the most necessary because in the kitchen the furniture is also quite ok, already relatively sat through or put through.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness is not very good.

Pathetic places. Rats running all around. Dirty surroundings.

Clean and spacious apartment — didn't realise t was a self contained apartment and not a hotel but personally I prefer self contained apartments. Can easily reach locations all around London on the tube (although many attractions require a change of lines or two — if this doesn't bother you it's great). Appreciated the quietness of this neighbourhood, local restuarants and proximity to Hyde Park. Would recommend.

Excellent neighborhood​, near to tube, but the hotel does not have a lift.

Dirty with full of smoky even it is called non-smoking room. No change of bed sheet that there were many hairs on the bed sheet and many insects in the towels. No function of the reception calls with reply that he can handle the situation after 1 hour or tomorrow morning. Even half price I would not book again.

Having read the mediocre reviews, I was a bit nervous booking this place for my wife and I. But honestly it was a really pleasant experience. For the same price as a single cramped room at a business hotel in this area, we got a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchenette. That's excellent value in my books. The bedroom had a make-up table and two closets with lots of storage space. The bathroom had a clean, glass shower stall. Living room came with a sofa bed, small dining table, coffee table, and TV. The kitchenette included a stove, fridge, plates/cutlery, and in-suite washer/dryer. Staying eight nights, we found the kitchen to be particularly useful as we could buy groceries from the nearby supermarket, or reheat food if we didn't feel like going out for a meal. Sure, this place won't win any interior design awards but everything is clean and in good condition. Cleaners come every day to make your bed and replace towels. There are some cracks and spots on the ceiling and walls but nothing outrageous or gross. I do need to take a star away for the Wi-Fi. Yes it's free but the connection is very spotty. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. If you're like me and like to researching attractions or travel plans online then this can be very inconvenient. So again, it was a really pleasant experience. You could definitely do a lot worse for a lot more money in London. As long as you don't mind taking the stairs, I would happily recommend staying at this apartment.

I booked this apartment for the Easter weekend, and I had planned a nice evening in London and thought it will be lovely to stay close by. We were given a code system to get in to the apartment, I have not used this system before but I assumed it was safe. As we opened the apartment door we was shocked to find that the place was completely trashed! I was so confused! I then walked in to the bedroom to see three suitcases, a DSLR camera, someones handbag. It was evident that the apartment was occupied. LUCKILY, no one was in as I am sure they would be shocked that we had such easy access to their room, especially with all their valuable possessions lying around. I took a few pictures. We tried calling through to apartments inn, they have 3 numbers on their email address and a telephone number above the buzzer, we tried all numbers and we could not get through to anyone, I left several voicemails and still no one got back to us. We decided to call lastminute who told us that they will get back to us in an hour. My partner and I waited on the stairs with our luggage, we was not contacted back, so I called again and they said they have contacted the apartments inn and will get back to us, after 3hrs of going back and forth we decided to book a hotel near by which cost us more by this point it was too late to go to dinner so our night was ruined! We were not contacted until the following morning!

Writing a review for others to read is difficult because it really depends on your expectations and needs. If you are looking for an apartment that is clean and in a nice area, this is a good place to stay. If you are looking for fancy with lots of extras, you will find many faults with the apartments. I was happy to see a washer /dryer. The main bed was comfortable. The location is excellent and the neighbourhood is clean. Up until my check in date, the admin was helpful. The kitchen has the raw basics, but was missing kitchen towels. Many of the plates were chipped but still usable. The sofa bed is really only suitable for young children. It is really uncomfortable. We had a top floor apartment and it was very hot. We had the windows open the whole time (in March). We were here for 2 days, 2 adults and 2 small kids. It was perfect for us. I would stay here again, but may get a room with more space we stayed in the studio (which does include a separate bedroom) If you get a room at the top, be aware that it is 4 floors of small winding staircases.
