Door defective reported it on the first day and on departure we had to poldern so loudly that the Room Neighbour opened the Door to us from the outside. The door has not been repaired.
Breakfast lousy.

Very nice time there. Very clean, well communicated, very nice staff.

The hotel has no elevator but yes four floors.

For those coming to London and looking for a simple but clean hotel. Close to Gloucester Metro. Moderately priced to be downtown. Immediately reach the main tube stations. Maria at the reception is very nice. Recommended for people who are content with semiconductor things and enjoy the holiday.

Average hostel, to visit London is great if you are looking for a Bed & breakfast room that is clean, in a quiet and central neighborhood that is also very well located. If you are traveling with the intention of being all day outside "kicking" the city would recommend 100%.

Very. Bad boy! Lack of hygiene! When we came back to the room from noon the beds. They were badly made, the pillows. Just like we left them! Few hygiene accessories, the ugly place! And not sure, to return to the night! I don't recommend it! Nothing to do with what they sell x internet! I. Wanted. Die! Very basic. And Caro X is what it is! Breakfast, Horrible! No safe, no control. Works! Etc!

For the price, and the location you cannot ask for more, I have stayed in other budget hotels in London and this is the Ritz compared to them. I haven't rated the place five stars because the double bed in room 6 is severely sunken in places, and I do think that a good nights rest is important, the walls were paper thin so if you need peace ask for a quiet room, the shared bathrooms were modern clean and available, I always found loo paper, however you will need to bring your bath gel, towels are provided, there is no TV or tea making facilities in the rooms, but the free wi fi works well. You can go to the breakfast room during the day and make your self a cuppa. I found the staff to be educated and friendly at all times and the hotel is very clean.

Very basic, shared bathrooms on different levels, no toilet rolls left in any of them the second night/morning I stayed, bathroom tile smashed through on bathroom floor, lots of steep stairs if that's a problem for you. My twin room was tiny, walls marked/cracked but clean and has a sink. Location is good and close to Gloucester Road tube and overlooks a lovely square with a church in it. Lady behind desk very nice and they're happy to hold onto your bags for you on last day while you explore. I wouldn't rule out staying there again — cheap but basic.

Very bad my stay at this hotel. I Don't recommend it. There Are bedbugs on the mattresses, in the showers there is not enough water pressure and above it goes cold, we asked for Room 2 with bathroom and we got a 4 with bathroom spoiled… The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you don't want to live bad experiences better choose another hotel. Of the worst experience in my life.

This place was amazing. I never went but it seems like a great hotel.

Compared to other places in London I guess it's OK for the money but compared to most of the rest of the world the value for money is awful. This isn't a problem with Curzon House particularly. It's a problem with London generally.

Well located, near of many principal places of interest in London, Green Park station is at 4 minutes walk. Clean comfortable apartments and a very nice and helpful manager.

Actually quite okay, bathtoom very clean, location good, good service.

It no have got merits for be a hotel. It is a b&b very old with steep stairs. Simple rooms, some with bath and shower shared. The hotel is very clean and the hispanics employees are very friendly and nice. The showers in upper floors have not enough pressure and the water is cold. The breakfast is bread, butter and jam. Really, should be demolished and built it again. Positive things, is near the museums, good district and near the city center by tube.

Staff are really friendly, & rooms are clean. It is however, not spacious at all, which is expected for a budget stay.

Lovely and quiet location. No lift though and there are quite a bit floors. Free breakfast was simple but good. Rooms are very basic, beds not too comfortable. Friendly staff.

Not a bad price, basic room but everything worked. Don't be fooled by the 'continental breakfast', it's toast and cereal. Free Wi-Fi and the cheapest bottled water for miles.

Perfect location to be able to visit London. Breakfast is basic. The rooms have carpeting, warning for allergic to dust! Although they were relatively clean.
The last night we had a mishap with other guests of the hotel as they were a group of young people who were all party night, and did not let sleep. The next morning we discussed it with the hotel receptionist, and did nothing about it.

The location is ideal for visiting London. The attention is good and clean daily changing towels, beds, etc. The downside is that for the shared bathroom you have to go down a couple of floors and not very comfortable stairs. The bathrooms are cared for if not for guests who take over the bathroom without considering that behind will enter another person. We had problems last night with a group of young people (for speaking well) who from before the 5 until 9 am with music, screaming, down stairs, beat us the door … etc. And another glue … I hate carpets! Typical of many European countries of colder climate, but it gives some allergy (although they clean it).

On arriving no pillow, also other people things all over my bed. On telling receptions they didn't seem interested.

Nice hotel, just to sleep, nothing else. Located in a quiet street, near an underground station.

Well where can I start. The one star rating is really because I have too, to right this review. But the room we stayed in wasn't very good, we had a leak near the sink and the floor was wet, meaning our belongings also got wet. We didn't notice this till the last night! Another thing that wasn't rated was the many signs around the hotel that stated "please don't slam the doors. Guest sleeping" or "please be quite". For the full 3 nights we stayed, we were kept awake by the staff at the reception area. Talking loud, laughing very loudly and also shouting. The doors where even slammed and this was from 9pm till they left around 11pm. (Not very good if you have work in the morning). We didn't even go in for breakfast as the door was always shut and wasn't very welcoming as it was more the staff sat in the room, rather than guest. I would say this hotel is more like a hostel and a pretty bad one at that. I have stayed in nicer hostels and paid less then this. (Yes it's London I get this)! But you'd try and make the place feel like home from home, specially if people are staying longer then the 4 nights. Also it got pretty boring at night, as the rooms didn't have a tv. Yes there is a lounge but again the door was always closed and wasn't very welcoming as I feel it was a personal hangout for staff and "friends". I personally wouldn't stay here again and I'm glad I am no longer staying there.

I like this hotel staff is friendly & good. But too much stairs to get my laguage in my room. There is someone need help to get my suitcase or lift in hotel. Bathroom need to improve.

Good hotel. There are no lifts, so if you are carrying heavy luggage, be prepared for a struggle. It has individual rooms, but the toilets and shower are in a separate room and shared with the other rooms on that floor. OK for an overnight stay but not recommended for long stays.

Hotel close to metro and 4 stations from the Center. It is cheaper than other hotels in the area. Rooms very small, almost no cables once open the suitcase, that have nothing to do with the photographs of a conocidisima page of booking. Bathroom shared. Very old hotel that smells of tobacco, no TV in the rooms. Bimbo bread toast breakfast, cereals, juice and milk, this last day fresh. Moisture in the walls of the room. While it is true that the employees are very nice. Fdz.

If travel to London and you are looking for a hotel cheap near the Center this is ideal.

The staffs r really helpful. We were locked out cuz our door lock was broken and they totally help us and we got to stayed in another room for that night. Eventhough it is small, the price is reasonable for the room that we got. Not too expensive not too cheapm nut if u carry heavy luggages, it might be bad. No lifts.
