Rooms are quite sizeable for London, and our room was clean, comfortable and quite quiet. However, the corridor on the ground floor where we stayed smelt of drains, although you didn't smell it inside the rooms. Being a ground floor room, we couldn't open our window at all, which we wouldn't have minded if the air con had worked. When we spoke to reception about it, they apologised and said it was an issue they've been trying to fix for months. If you discover this problem in your room, you apparently have to phone reception who will reset the system and it will work again. Pleasant stay, close to where we were visiting, and with reasonable car parking costs.

Doesn't look much from the out side, but inside is new fresh and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff and it's perfectly situated, as Putney is a lovely beautiful and lively place, my wife and I felt very safe walking about late in the evening and night. Food is excellent and it's very close the the tube. A great hotel and half the price of city centre hotels. Only a ten minute tube ride to SW1 and £2.90. We will definitely be back again…

I had No luck with the room. In the basement very noisy and cold. They turn On the heating at the whim of the reception. This was my view. There Are Many more rooms say better qur'aan. Very far from the center but with the train to one step you arrive in 20 or 30 minutes. I Wouldn't come back. I Understand ideal for a night before departure airport. The reception was nice.

Great room service, was cleaned every morning And breakfast was really good. Recommend this hotel, only thing they need to improve on to get a 5 star is to make the dinner quicker. Was a long wait for dinner to be made. Overall good hotel.

Right by the river, close to both trendy and ordinary shops and restaurants, within easy reach of central London. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Peaceful even when busy. There for Boat Race Day. Could not be closer to the start. Great!

You can just barely call this a central location. The Tube is a short walk, so it will work as a base for your explorations of London. The staff is accommodating, and the rooms, while clean and comfy, are what you'd expect from a chain. The price is reasonable for what you get, the basics. Breakfast is quite good.

Spent 3 nights last week. Good location near the Tube and for bus. Pleasant staff. Easy check in and check out. Room very basic. No change of bedding the whole stay and no hot water the last day to shower or bath… disappointing on the last two points.

Hotel with very good communication to reach any point of the centre, two min to the subway stop (green line) and buses. Very good insonorizacion. The breakfast has it all (worth paying for it with the price of the room) yogurts, fruits, cereals, bread, neapolitan, fried eggs, beacon, etc coffee, tea, juices, etc. The very spacious room and towels changed every day. It penalizes the cleaning that in four days no one changed the sheets. And the bed only the stretching not the doing.

Clean and large rooms for families, staff is very nice, professional and helpful. Close to too many interesting locations. Bus service available nearby.

I found it by chance and excellent treatment very friendly and polite and spacious and clean rooms, I will repeat this year.

Older Premier Inn. Rooms up to standard. Corridors are narrow. Very convenient for a client in Putney and round the corner from Putney Bridge Station. Reception service was good on arrival at 23:00 and not needed when I left.

Staff very professional, room large & quiet & breakfast efficient, plentiful & tasty. Location is good with buses & underground within minutes. Walking to The Albert Bridge takes about 80 minutes, along the tow path. There is more parking than imagined even when hotel was full. Only downside is the overall appearance. A refurbishment would not go amiss.

Excellent value for money considering that it is located in London Zone 2, very well served by public transport. Good breakfast The room was very small.

Stayed for one night, room was really big. Only downside was they wanted to hang net curtains after I'd gone into the room and while I was working. Nice place though and food was nice in the restaurant downstairs.

Quiet Hotel with good rooms, comfortable bed and typical British breakfast buffet. It's got the Putney Bridge subway at 100 meters. Perfect for a quiet stay in London.

Hotel staff where very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is a bit tired looking and could do with an update. The double glazing didn't keep out the traffic noise and as we were on the lower ground level we could hear people walking outside our window.

Very clean with exceptionally friendly staff. Restaurant and bar for easy dining. No tourist attractions nearby, but only a minute walk from the underground which can get you anywhere in London.

The rooms are a good size and comfortable and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The nearest tube station is only a minute's walk away.

This must be the grottiest looking hotel in London from the outside BUT the rooms are standard and comfortable. The thing that makes this hotel is the location on Putney Bridge. Brilliant for bus and tube routes into central London and great for riverside pubs and restaurants.

The beds are like heaven. Guaranteed to get a good night sleep. Breakfast is delicious! The view is amazing the lovely bridge. All clean and tidy would stay here any day any time! Staff are kind and helpful. Bus stop is very near and so is the underground station. This hotel is very, very luxurious and cosy and comfortable.

Room was of good quality and both check in and check out were extremely easy. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants too.

Simple automated check in and out. Good comfy bed Free Wi-Fi is horribly slow and I couldn't get mobile data signal in my room.

The needs were very comfortable and the location was perfect.

Is a very new premier Inn and could be fantastic, but they have major staffing issue which means you can wait for at least 30 minutes for your breakfast after ordering. Their major marketing is aimed at business clients and this is not good enough. Plus it is not a well situated hotel for the city centre.

Decent nights kip at this hotel. Overnight parking was very reasonable at £4 on a secure car park. Train station was about 10 mins walk away with trains t Twickenham and London Waterloo frequent.

Location is ok. Rooms are great. Service for food is slow. Told to wait half an hour for a table even though the restaurant was practically empty.

Check in was simple and helpful receptionist. Room was spotless and all modern and nothing bad to say, view wasn't best but all it is is a hotel room for sleeping. 5

Got a disability room for 157 pounds complained then got another room, which when I opened the door already had a guest in it asleep wouldn't recommend.

Brand new Premier Inn next to Wandsworth's fast growing shopping centre. 10 mins walk from Wandsworth Town Station and trains take 14 mins to Waterloo Station. Plenty of restaurants and cafe's nearby, Waitrose and Sainsburys supermarkets.
