Sorry to the lovely ladies who look after the hotel, but I could not stay here again. Hardly any sleep due to trains and dogs non stop barking through night.

Good hotel and good location too.

Nice hotel but states is a 0.7 miles away from the o2 arena. However you have to go under the Thames, so more like a 25 minute drive which is like £20 in a taxi. That needs to change because it’s false information. Would recommend the hotel, cheap and clean, shared bathroom. Just need to change the distance away from the o2

Staff fantastic and friendly, location great for the start of the marathon but the bed was small, creaky, towels were small and poor quality and the shower intermittent.

A bit grubby, very basic, but so cheap. Seems to be converted office park buildings. No reception, the managers meet you at the hotel. Car park available. Good location, just a short walk to DLR Crossharbour station. A slightly longer walk to Canary Wharf with all the facilities there. A couple of pubs within walking distance, too.

Staff very polite and helpful. Accomidation basic; it suited our requirerments. Very satisfactory.

Everything you'd expect, very friendly staff but me and my friend had a bad experience. We woke up to domestic violence happening between the couple next door. I had to call the police. However this wasn't in any way the hotels fault hence the three stars.

Very smart and spacious room with no need for key or checkout service. Everything controlled by key codes.

Like, don't expect upper class, but for that price in London what do you expect ;-) And what is the closet doing in the middle of the room :-)

Although the room was clean, the carpets were dirty. Also, had to ration the toilet paper as very little provided. Worst, however, was the door code changing and the 24/7 phone line was going straight to voice mail resulting in me spending time in the corridors as I couldn't get in. EDIT came to a satisfactory conclusion with regards compensation for the issues.

Changed room combo number without notification. Came back to find no access to room and no staff. Also, no response from 24 hour support number.

The staff was really nice! The room was exactly what I was looking for, comfortable and quiet.

It was really nice and cute. We received a nice warm welcome and it was very close to the tube. I'd stay here again.

Great place with very nice staff. I look forward to come back.

Cheap and cheerful, location is great, I can't believe how close it is to Canary Wharf, will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located in Docklands. Room features includes nice — comfy bed, tea and kettle in the room, storage, nice TV. Unfortunately, there is no cooling facility and lot of outside noise in the room. You can even hear sounds from other rooms. :)

Great little hotel close to the o2

Appalling customer service. The door lock didn't work for us and the emergency number is invalid. Then we are told we didn't dial the correct number. Now trying to get the money back (with lawyer's help) after having had to stay in expensive nearby hotel and spent on the phone and on emails to solve the issue.
