Good hotel that offers service, clean rooms, amazing view and a restaurant/bar on the 38th top floor. Although 3 stars because: * Elevator waiting time is incredible high. It takes about 10 minutes to wait at least. Every time. * The cleaning is average. We had a foot print in our room which they did not remove AND we stayed there for over 12 days…

Room was amazing! The stay that we were hoping for. Great views of Canary Whard and City of London. Fab service from the staff and good location (5-10 min walk from Canary Wharf station over the bridge). Bathroom has a cheeky glass shower which can be viewed from the bedroom (good for couples). But fear not, if you want to hide then at a click of a button you can make the glass frosted and opaque! Me and my boyfriend were amazed. Complimentary water, coffee, teas and biscuits in the room and free access to the gym (24hrs) and swimming pool (6am — 10pm). Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for making our trip special in London. Great views from the bar at top of hotel go there have cocktail when the sun goes down its inspiring. Thanks also to the manager who recommended lots of things to do in London. We love London and will now choose east side to stay its very good for public transport connections to go west but heck of a lot cheaper than hotels in the west where we usually stayed in past visits. Thank you.

Amazing hotel, breakfast is so tasty, beds are comfy, shower and bath, nespresso coffee is always a plus. So much to do, definitely suggest a visit to the rooftop bar for amazing cocktails and whiskeys. Love this hotel, been for our anniversary and my birthday and when we next come to London we will almost certainly stay here again! Can't say enough positives about it.

Very good location in Canary Wharf. It's a 10 minute walk to the tube. The decoration of the hotel is quite trendy and unique. The rooms are modern and well cleaned. The breakfast is good, not a huge veriaty but the food is fresh and tasty and there is enough of a choice to suite everyone's taste. Would definitely recommend for an overnight stay or a business trip.

Being an open bar to everyone who wants to enjoy the view of London we went for a glass of wine. The service was terrible. They rush us to leave after finishing our drinks. The waiter came straight away after I sipped my last drop of wine and asks as to pay the bill and leave. They also sent a security guy to watch us all the time like we were criminals. Hospitality staff are made by low skilled immigrants and are coming with their own country mentality like if you are not rich you are not welcomed there. If they want to leave in UK they should adapt to UK values and learn that everyone is welcomed into an open bar being rich or not.

I was only visiting the bar at the top with family and friends, but it's views are amazing. We had lovely live music, though it was a bit too loud, but luckily we found a quieter corner. We ordered a few cocktails, the waitresses were really helpful, explaining us what they are like. They ended up recommending really delicious ones, perfect for what we had in mind. After that we popped in to a friend's room which also had a nice view of London, you can see the Shard, the London Bridge and even the London Eye from there. To my understanding the place is pricey though.

From check in, to check out, this place is amazing! My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary on the 24th floor with an absolutely beautiful view. The room was really modern and felt like a good amount of space the way it was laid out. The heating was really nice and the room was always really comfortably warm, even the moment we stepped in! The pool area was quite busy, understandably so for a Saturday night. The bar upstairs had a few snooty staff that seemed to think representing "high end" meant you couldn't smile while mixing a drink and were I bit brash. Overall, I was worried about location if there would be enough to do, but turns out there actually is a pretty good choice of restaurants maybe 10 minutes walk from the hotel with nice mall areas in between. It's an absolutely solid weekend away and I was happy to have enjoyed a great breakfast to tie it all together.

Novotel Hotel Canary Wharf. Such an amazing hotel. Stayed here for a long weekend. The location is great and easy to navigate to the hotel via underground. We landed at Heathrow, took the underground into central London, changed tube lines once and got to the hotel is quite good timing. Upon arrival the hotel looked stunning from afar and smells so good when you arrive in. Check in is very easy took about 3 minutes. The rooms are stunning! Bedroom is very spacious, modern and very clean. The rooms have stunning views! Our room had double doors into the bathroom. Walk in shower and very stunning spacious room. Service is AMAZING! You can order pizza from downstairs straight to your room! Would definitely recommend this hotel you'll be amazed! We had drinks and cocktails on the rooftop bar and restaurant, it's quite expensive for a drink but worth it for the views.

Nice and modern hotel in Canary Wharf. Easy to reach. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you have the right room, then the view is amazing. Really good. Only recommended.

A good Four star hotel. Breakfast is very plentiful. The service is attentive and friendly. The view from the breakfast room on London is breathtaking.

This hotel is lovely! Easy to walk to the Canary Wharf station for access to central London. Being platinum members, we were treated to some treats in our room and access to the Le Club executive lounge. The canapes were great! The view fro our room was of central London, this was fantastic at different times of the day. I was kept awake one night of the stay by creaking sounds which I assume were caused by the strong winds outside. We dined at the hotel also. That will receive a separate review.

Comfortable, modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool in the basement is a very relaxing place with the adjacent sauna, both open in extended hours from 6am to 10pm. Restaurant on the top floor (38th) with an amazing view on the city.

Really nice hotel with amazing views over the city. Room is a bit small but very well furnished. Very convenient location if working in Canary Wharf. The bar on the 38th floor was also very good with even better views, the one downside is that it was a bit expensive (£14.50 for an Old Fashioned).

Just great. We could choose between high or low floor (choose high floor… The view is priceless), between bathtub and shower… all very helpful! Breakfast which is worth the price, delicious and abundant food with view from the top of the skyscraper… fabulous… definitely come back! Congratulations to the staff!

Great reception staff. Everything is top notch modern and new. The gym and pool is amazing. The rooms are great if you ask for corner rooms elevated floors 14 and above with Thames view. Love this place.

Fabulous Hotel. Great views from the 38th floor, where the restaurant is based and you can look out on to the River Thames whilst enjoying your breakfast. Beds are so comfortable, shower is large and good to stand under, plus the bath itself is comfortable. Very large TV to enjoy, whilst relaxing. Lifts are so quick we reached our floor in seconds! The location of the Hotel is ideal for Canary Wharf, which offers good restaurants and a perfect transport link for the O2, Greenwich and London itself. Another terrific thing is that it's so quiet in the rooms, no outdoor sounds at all, so you have the perfect combination of a comfortable bed and silence to enjoy a peaceful sleepy stopover. Want to return as soon as possible!

Modern, clean hotel in Canary Wharf. Gym, pool, sauna (or collectively — Spa facilities as they called it). Magnificent views across London from the rooftop bar. Seemed a reasonable room rate at time of booking. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel, with some quirks. The cleaning ladies worked in between by messy, sometimes exaggerated nice or bogus staff. Especially in the restaurant the staff were in between. Great view, nice location and class breakfast on the 37 floor. Nevertheless, so far the most beautiful hotel in which I was.

Very nice right new hotel in Canary Wharf. Clean and modern. The Eastern European staff is very anxious but unfortunately in the bar and restaurant somewhat clueless. Still — until the next building is in front of the nose — a dream view of the city.

Nice new place. Cafe downstairs is great for breakfast. Bokan restaurant upstairs has a great view over London and Canary Wharf. It is great for drinks and lively atmosphere. Cocktails are beautiful here. In summer the terrace is opened and it is very very popular place. I went for dinner once, and food was delicious, the chef was definitely good there when I went.

Very square and in my opinion no atmosphere. Not enough room in restaurant for every one at breakfast, although breakfast was great and the view very spectacular. Couldn't get onto roof terrace because you had to book and food in restaurant quite limited and very adult orientated. As for the rooms yes nice and modern and bed was very comfortable. However, No hooks on the wall to hang stuff which was necessary as the wardrobe is just long enough to hang a jacket at one end but as it doubles up as and ironing board cupboard and houses the safety deposit box it is useless… ladies don't take a dress or skirt with you. Bathroom nice but the shower was not strong enough in my view tho I am being picky here also the water goes all over the floor when you open the doors.

Gorgeous hotel, rooms are clean and modern — great views across the city. Was refused access to terrace at first as you have to reserve seating (open to the public and very busy) but we mentioned to the staff that we were guests and they got us a table immediately. Staff are lovely and friendly had a great stay here.

We met up with friends for breakfast, as they were guests at this hotel. The decor was very nice and the views stunning. The only complaints would be that depending on which floor you was on you got different food. For example we had to go downstairs if we wanted pancakes. But the food was very nice. Also, we asked for milk with our hot drinks but no one came back with the milk for quite some time. In the end we took some from the cereal section. Not a big deal but still not great.

Held a cooperate workshop here with 12Colleagues. Service was exemplary, food was homemade to the highest quality. Not your usual canary wharf cooperate venue, the Novotel was very unique / individual in their offering. As a whole, the space is creative and functional. Can be adapted to suit many functions or events from workshops to film nights, private dinning and other social gatherings. Will definitely recommend!

Brand new hotel about 15 minutes walking from Canary Wharf tube. It has a very clean look to it and you feel like they are trying to introduce some inovations on the decor. Has a swimming pool with sauna and a small gym. It stretches over 38 floors with the top 2 accommodating a restaurant and bar with a very attractive roof terrace. It has a great views over London. When I stayed noticed some issues with housekeeping — twice a key from the staff was left on the room and the bathroom floor was not clean even after I asked. Also once at the pool there was no clean towels for the guests. Overall stay with no much to report. Good to stay for work but I wonder if a bit too far for the tourist travellers.

We stop by to have a coffee and a bite to eat! The interior was fresh and exciting space to enjoy our flat white and pizza. I see us going back there again. Maybe next time visit the sky restaurant.

Me and my family came to the hotel late on an evening after a mess up with the apparent that we were supposed to stay in. The staff managed to get us two rooms and were very service minded, helping is in every way that they could. The hotel was brand new (only three months old when we stayed there) so the rooms where of course immaculate. The restaurant and bar are located on floors 37 and 38 with a beautiful view of most of London and you also have a terrace of floor 39. The rooms does not come cheap though, but on the other hand you get to stay in one of London's hot spots.

Staff were extremely rude, called my sister a 'child' for only being 19. I understand the policy of over 21's in the bar area (which we had no prior knowledge of before we got there) but instead of politely telling us that, they said very rudely 'we don't allow children in' my sister ISN'T a child, she's 19 and by law not a child. Won't ever go there again!

My second time here and I really enjoyed it both times. It's perfect for evening dates for 2 and perfect for after work drinks. Staff are so friendly and the views are amazing. I've seen so many pictures for this place but feel it's nothing like how it looks in person. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and have already took 2 friends here and will be taking some more.

Location is great if you are in business trip at Canary Wharf — 10 minutes walk and you are in the very heart of business London. My room — of a lowest category one — was clean and tidy. The only one minor disadvantage is an absence of tub. However, if you want to get warm, you can visit gym with saunarium in it. Breakfasts are very good. There is a tremendous view from 37 and 38 floors where bar and restaurant are located. So, you are able to observe morning London having breakfast and night London while sitting in bar after sunset. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best regards, my friends!
