Great value for money. Great apartment. You are independent in the middle of the most touristic areas of london.

These apartment hotels offered a lot of amenities for the price. The location was relatively close to downtown London, but the price was still comparable to locations out of town. The full kitchen was nice, and similar to what you would find at an upscale hotel.

Good for large groups. Wifi for each apartment. Though speed is average. Unable to open the window fully. Cooking will stink up the living room.

Nice apartments with okay night time views. This is one of the better apartments.

It is a modern and quite new place, and with a wonderful view to the north of London, the beds are comodisimas but you notice the lack of maintenance.
1. The TV just worked will pixel the image all the time.
2. Shower head lost in all places…
3. The curtain rail was locked and could not be closed at all so the light would wake up very early.
4. Some of the corners of the plinth were broken…

A very good, spacious and well kept apartment within easy 10 minutes walk to Monument and the centre of London.

Very affordable. Very convenient. Clean. And close to just about every tourist spot you'd want to hit.

It has good proximity to tube station, rooms are very clean and spacious. Overall it's a good price.

It is a very quiet place, with a lot of charm, and it is advisable for late.

Was an okay apartment. View was nice but was noisy and hard to sleep at night. The sofa bed was terrible and very uncomfortable, it also took a day for the receptionists to organise extra bedding after being reminded multiple times. The double beds were also uncomfortable as they were made up of two single beds leaving them with a big gap in the middle. Worst thing was the Wi-Fi, which was just appalling, barely usable, just so incredibly slow. The only genuinely good thing about the apartments were their convenience in regards to location.

We arrive, we find the room not very clean, we are 5. We find 2 double awful. Dust on the bed sheets… two towels for 5 people for 5 days… we communicate multiple times at the fake reception… still nothing… Let's not forget the East … I do not comment

Appartement was spacious, large living area and kitchen, bedroom also decent size. Service at the reception was good. Recommend for a group to stay here, not far from aldgate east station.

The apartment was quite large with good comfort, and the view was nice. 1 star removed because of mediocre cleanliness, and another star because they stopped the water heater so we had to get cold showers the first day…

Decent apartments close to Aldgate tube. My apartment was two bedroom with a balcony however some of the fixtures and fittings were damaged.

Brilliant location and clean/modern apartment. Beds were cosy and was just a nice place to be. Lacked air con which in the summer is an issue especially as the windows don’t open and there is no balcony plus we could’ve done with a music system of some sort even if just a little iDock.

Nice and cosy apartments. Very quiet environment. Nice if you want to spend quality time with a spouse or partner.

Fully serviced apartments so a bit simpler but more options than a hotel. Light and roomy and fairly pleasant. Double bed is made up of two single mattresses however, so not ideal with just one person sleeping across the middle!

Good value for money and a nice East end location to explore London, amenities were decent enough for a non bothering stay, should consider nearby hospital for many ambulance vehicles may seem disturbing.

Staff is courteous, checking was quick, location is nothing special you can see that from Google — maybe it's good for you as it's near to places you are interested in, some of the good food joints are here serving Indian cuisine. Did not find parks for kids nearby. There is a fire station near by and we kept on hearing loud fire engine noises each night during my stay as my room was facing the road but maybe the rooms on inner side were fine. Apartment size is good but lacks some basic cooking essentials like small knife, non stick cookware and glass dishes for microwave and Owen.

Check in is easy and the staff are kind and helpful. Apartments are huge and most have an amazing view of London with floor to ceiling windows. Kitchen is clean and modern. Some of the furniture could do with updating and the hot water sometimes doesn't last very long. Each apartment has its own boiler so I'm sure someone can come and fix it asked. Great location with a shop right next door and only 5 mins walk from Aldgate east tube station.

Stayed for two days in order to tour London. The place was a two bedroom and 2.5 bath apartment. Had good amenities, and was reasonably priced. Not much directly around the area but the metro was close. Service was helpful and friendly.

Absolutely excellent service, great room and great location.

Lived here a month. Reception is helpful, but when my payment didn't completed — they didn't response about that. So when I arrived, my room wasn't paid. So I need to pay 1 more day, 130£ in cash, and on next day the payment was completed and I should receive my money back, but. I got it only a two week after that. Because they make refunds only on card. And Wi-Fi. Yes it's free. But the speed is awful. I've test it on a speed test app and it shows me that 86% people in Great Britain has better Wifi that me.
