Worst service every, these people charged my card for 2 days of stay, paid them GBP200 for not staying even a min. I was not able to reach there due to some personal health issues and later they said it is our company policy. So I would suggest not to pre book or authorized your card with them ever. If you do then do it on your personal risk. Horrible experience.

Great little hotel. Very small for an Ibis but this ensured the staff had more attention for each guest. Didnt have to checkout till 12 noon, which made the usual morning rush panic disappear. Would certainly stay again.

Stayed for one night and this was my second time visiting an IBIS in London. Helpful Staff. Bar nicely stocked. Nice all you can eat breakfast served pretty much all morning. Room was clean and well proportioned.

For the price, a great no-frills place, but everything you need is there. Just remember you're not paying Ritz prices, reason why I give it 4 stars. Also, great location to discover lesser known parts of London, yet still just 30min tube ride (via Jubilee line, Canary wharf) from central London.

Located in Canary Wharf, London's growing business district, the hotel is served by the DLR and several bus routes.
The place is clean, the service impeccable with staff available and smiling. Room spacious, practical and clean, only downside: the cabin bathroom. Hearty and good buffet breakfast.
To recommend.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very close to Blackwater station and Canary Wharf. The staff were friendly and friendly. Breakfast with good choice of salty, slightly less varied the choice of sweet foods. It's definitely worth the price it costs.

Very nice place friendly Spanish staff, clean rooms I stayed about a 10 minute walk from canary wharf, and the tube was very easy to access.

We use Ibis a lot when in London. This time was for my 50th so wanted it to be memorable & it was for all the right reasons! This hotel was friendly with easy check in & a key drop off for a painfree check out. Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was outstanding both days with a wide choice of food available with a comfortable area for eating. (Could do with trays to carry food to tables) Room was clean as was bedding, towels etc & although near busy roads we were unable to hear it with the windows closed. It has good transport links to the city & all only a short walk away. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel just a 10min walk from Canary Wharf. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonably sized rooms for the price and location.

Extremely good service, situated well with respect to public transportation. The bus stop literally outside the main entrance, the tube is in the backyard. Very big roads rigt next to it though, and the rooms are hmmm, speciale.

Nice hotel and the staff were friendly. Rooms were clean but small. It's a bit of a trek to the tube station (about 20 mins walk)

This was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis, clean room basic amenities. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing stay at the Ibis. Went to London for the Brit Awards and this was the cheapest accommodation we could find. It is worth so much more than 3 stars. Hotel is lovely, fresh, clean and staff are very friendly. The Manager Brian was so helpful throughout the stay! The only downfall was the Spag Bol we had, it wasn't very nice, but it was 2 in the morning when we ordered it so this was probably why is didnt taste great. We will definitely be coming back to stay next time were in London! Thanks Brian and Team for such a great stay.

Centrally located near the Edexcel Exhibition center. Neat and clean rooms. Professional staff. Cozy and well maintained rooms. Affordable prices.

If you want a cheap hotel, this is a good choice. Rooms are quiet comfortable and super clean. However, location is not so good and it is a bit challenging to get around in public transportation. Also if you have early check out before your flight, there is no place to put you luggage, so beware of that. For me, it was a huge hassle. I had to drag them to one of my friend"s hotel to be able to see the city on the last day. And even if you keep your luggage in the hotel, it is not practical to go to the center of london and then come back to hotel before your flight, as the hotel is on the other side of the city. Take that into consideration when booking your way back.

Great budget hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy bed, good shower. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Parking was £12. Very good breakfast — fab poached eggs! Good location for the O2.

Very good. They adapted perfectly to my needs.
For dinner they tried not to have gluten in my salad although they have no dish for celiac in the letter.

Having stayed in a number of ibis hotels around London over the past few months, I believe this to be 1 of the better — room wise, big rooms, all seems nice and new, no complaints at all. Service was good enough, staff were friendly. The food was awful, yes it was 15 mins before the kitchen closed, but having ordered a pasta dish and having it placed down in front of me in less than 5 minutes wasn't the best. And it tasted slimy and had hot and cold spots. Basically a microwave meal of low quality that wasn't heated properly but still priced at £12. I will definitely stay there again, but will make sure I eat out. Every chance this is a 1 off but it's enough to keep me clear of the food.

Arrived Sunday night and surprised and disappointed that there was no salad (healthy options) on the menu — just the stodgy options (pasta, chips…). Offsetting this, the morning breakfast had poached eggs, which was the first time I have seen this in ibis and a great addition — healthy. The breakfast, overall, was above usual ibis standards. My room was excellent (one of the newly styled ibis rooms). Check-in took some (irritating after a flight from the Middle East) as the single person working was serving in the bar area and clearly overwhelmed. Excellent staff but improved management — please also ensure you pay them more than the minimum wage. They make the Hotel!

I stayed at the Ibis Docklands on a business trip in London. I found the staff to be very attentive, friendly and willing to help. I found the check-in experience to be strange, it was a little weird having someone hold a smartphone in front of me to check me in; but not a big issue. The main problem I had was with the washroom in Room 114. First I had problems flushing the toilet. I alerted the staff to this after a day at a conference and they sent someone right away to my room. Sure enough he was able to flush the toilet without any problems. I thought the problem was solved but it seems that the toilet in that room can only be flushed properly every few hours. Maybe there is a blockage preventing the water from filling. The worst part though was when the toilet did flush a brownish dirty liquid came out of the wall onto the floor. It was disgusting. I was very happy to leave the hotel and would not recommend the ibis docklands to anyone in the future.

We were welcomed by Anna, who quickly checked us in and made sure we had every information we need. Very customer friendly staff in general. We missed a refrigerator at the room for our water, milk etc. Nice bed and nice morning buffet. Overall a very nice stay.

Very small rooms but overall very nice.

What sets this hotel apart from any other hotel I have ever stayed in is the staff. They could not be any more helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The manager even went out of his way to help us when we were trying to get to our destination the O2. All staff went around with a smile on their face which made for a lovely atmosphere. They all seem very motivated.

The hotel is fine, used it for years. The checking in procedure on a phone app is just a silly attempt to be hip & you stand around while the poor staff have to hunt around for the card pay machine & then the room key issuing and then huddle round the back of the old desk to put your registration number in for the car park. Its a rubbish system so please go back to using reception desk. Its more professional & the staff have everything in one place.

Easily reached from the DLR stop Blackwall, informal and sympathetic checkin, took possession of the room. Near Canary Warf and the O2 arena. And even better close to the organization where I ran my work (10 minutes walk).

I was given a friendly welcome and given my card to get into the room, it didn't appear to work for me so had to get someone up to let me in. The first thing that hit me was the coolness of the room and the colour scheme — no warm colours, I liked the chair so I could write at the desk. The television worked without a problem, the bed was comfortable once I got warm enough to sleep. It seemed noisy in my room with the air conditioning. The toilet flushing system didn't always work properly. The shower worked and found the hairdryer if I needed it — would have liked a shower cap to be provided. The room was adequate for my needs — stopover for one night. The breakfast bar I had to search for what I wanted as there were several places where food was provided. It was fine. Would I come back well at least I will know what to expect.

Just a note on the room, under the shower door, you should redo the paint, certainly from the moisture of the shower.

I found it really good both for the location of the hotel, both for the rooms and the kindness of the staff.

I can highly recommend the Ibis at Canary Wharf for anyone wanting to stay there, it's also 5 minutes walk to Canary Wharf, 2 minutes walk for DLR train station, you will have a very good and very comfortable stay. Literally from walking into the Hotel, you are greeted with a warming smile, and most helpful staff. Even of there busy they will endeavour to ask for you to take a seat and they will assist you.

Really satisfied. Very nice Hotel Well positioned to get around by public transport.

To start a conference day, the breakfast was perfect. And in the evening at the return, the staff very pleasant, professional, always available to prepare us a meal. We had a nice stay. We will return and propose this hotel.

We are regular customers of IBIS Canary Wharf. Our experience has always been positive. The condition of the facilities is correct. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast offer is plentiful. Our daughter lives in London, specifically in Isle of Dogs. For its location and features Ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf is ideal for our requirements.

Excellent pub and restaurant, convenient location for 02 Arena, courteous staff, clean rooms.

The employees were dedicated to making my stay enjoyable by explaining how public transport works. One of them even came with me to a transport security clerk so I wouldn't get ripped off. Everything was done to make it easier for me to travel to the O2 Arena in London. Really an out of the ordinary team.

Service was second to none. I was pleasantly surprised about the consistent design and decor through out the hotel, front the reception up to the rooms. It was fresh, modern and quirky. All good things in my personal opinion.

Clean rooms clean hotel. Some staff pleasant one dark haired receptionist girl moody and unhelpful. Close to O2 arena short ride away would stay again don't ask for early check in they say yes at booking no when you arrive.
