Stay​ away. Your chance of getting the actual flat you booked is minimal. They'll move you to something half the size and lie about it.

Zen Apartments vacated from an apartment I own in September 2016. I have been informed by my letting agent that Zen Apartments have not fully paid rent and other costs under the lease agreement.

It's was okay, the rooms were lovely! But it was hard trying to find the place & having to go to one place to pick the keys up & then another place to find the hotel! & you have to pay for parking which was hard to find luckily someone saw I was struggling & helped as the manager didn't know what I was on about!

This is not an apartment hotel — they rent or apartments across Canary Wharf in different residential buildings. The apartment quality can vary. In my case the apartment had a problem but couldn't change to another apartment despite the smell in the flat. Maybe I was just unlucky so I can't draw any wider conclusions from my experience.

Do not book here. Annoying staff and they won't return your deposit back. Avoid this place!

WARNING NIGHTMARE APARTMENT!, although the views this company offers are breath taking, the service is horrible, had one of the staff be very rude to me over the phone, if it was up to me I wouldn't give any stars at all, very thing was broken in this apartment, smelt funny & they charge you £50 for not taking out the bins and doing the dishes although they have cleaners who they need to pay to do that, worst experience of my entire life could not even enjoy my stay & on top of everything else the staff are really rude, would not stay here again regardless of the view even if you paid me, SAVE YOUR MONEY and EXPERINCE there are better deals out there.

Very bad mail/phone answering. Total irresponsible staff and most of all they DID NOT RETURN OUR MONEY DEPOSIT REFUND. Don't trust them if they tell you that they will send your money back, because they'll never do it. Such a dreadful situation.

It's Amazing place very nice Architecture.

Loved it! Jackie and Debbie excel to satisfy the people moving here. From the moment I emailed I was given a range of building options and all the details about the entertainment places. They walk you through every single question or concern you may have and truly make you feel welcomed. The complex is delightful and the amenities are excellent. The maintenance crew here is spectacular! They are ready to address any issue that may arise at a moments notice. They always make sure any problems are addressed quickly and professionally.

A great way to find those rare extra bright apartments in Canary Wharf. I found mine in no time at all, and they were more than helpful. Internet was great. Recommended.

I was looking for a long term rental in Canary Wharf for an extended stay… I was concerned about my relative, but it was exceptional. Really satisfied. The company offered me very nice furnished apartments with selections on location, different prices based on duration and location, etc. Their staff was very hospitable and courteous, gave me a very personable experience when checking in and addressing any issues I encountered. Would definitely recommend them in the future!

I was recently travelling on business and used Clarendon as a 3 months rental in Canary Wharf. It was by far one of the best experiences I've had. Their service was professional, the room was clean and beautifully furnished and the location was amazing for the price. I will definitely use them again next time I am in town. Their internet is simply amazing.

Nice place to live. Its looks different from the rest of the city. Modern skyline. They have everything so you dont even need to go out during weekends!
