One of the WORST hotel experiences of my life! After our previous hotel booked our room out from under us, we immediately contacted Expedia to help us find a different hotel for the night. After 2 hours of Expedia searching for a room available for my family that night, they finally came across the Harmony Living Serviced Apartments. We wrote down the address, telephone number, and a confirmation code and set off to find the apartment. When we arrived in the area, our taxi driver didn't know where the apartment was, the man at a gatehouse for the street didn't know where the apartment was, and people who lived and worked on the street had NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THE PLACE. I phoned the contact number several times as my family searched the nearby streets in the wind and rain (carrying around all of our luggage from our flight into England that morning) for our apartment or someone to help us locate it. Nobody ever answered the telephone, and we never found the address. I got back on the phone with Expedia, and after several HOURS of being put on hold while they tried to contact the apartment owner, I finally had to just cancel the booking at approximately 10pm. Expedia continued to give me the same address and phone numbers each time my call was transferred to another person. We ultimately had to resort to staying with a friend who lives a while outside of London, who had to put all 5 of us up unexpectedly.

Cancellation policy still says they will charge you — read this carefully — you cannot call the apartments either to talk to them to disucc a cancellation — I've tried for two months now.
