Stuck here as it was booked for us by my employer: Lack of air conditioning — unbearably hot in the summer. It is supposed to be a serviced apartment but you have to constantly call, remind, and beg for basics like detergent, toilet paper, cleaning etc. (all of which we ended up buying ourselves. Staff never willing to “promise/guarantee anything”.
I stayed as a guest of a friend there, apartments were spacious and had good facilities. The only issue I faced was the noise level of the street outside which meant ear plugs were a must.

Stayed for a whole week with my husband in the two bedroom unit (also has two bathrooms and a balcony). It's spacious and has a modern clean aesthetic. Toileries are not replenished everyday, it's only provided once. Some light bulbs were not working and I informed them, they came to fix it almost immediately. Late checkout isn't allowed. Centrally located, close to Liverpool Street Station. Kitchen is full equipped. Housekeeping is provided once a week.
