I don't usually write reviews but wanted to warn other unsuspecting people not to stay here, you would be better in a hostel. After arranging to leave our bags at the apartment prior to check in time, we were greeted by a very aggressive and intimidating gentleman who was assisting the housekeeper. We felt insecure leaving our belongings and felt very intimidated by him. We didn't stay at the apartment for more than an hour to get changed and go out. When we returned at 2.30am, there is no air in the rooms and you cannot open the windows other than the bathroom. The taps in the bathroom are dangerously hot to touch. The back of the sink looks terrible and probably has something to do with that. The tap doesn't turn off. The beds are disgustingly dirty, the cushions have dribble marks on them, the pillows are of terrible quality, the bed dips and the noise in the room is like sleeping outside. The flooring is of very poor quality throughout. The bannister is insecure and dangerous in the main hallway and the carpets manky. Linen is left on the landing which poses a fire hazard. The door doesn't lock from the inside, not good! DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!
Satisfying accommodations when taking into consideration that the price is so low. Though the price is of little interest when shoes worth a hundred pounds are pilfered.
