• A security deposit of £ 300.00 is required on arrival via credit card. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
  
  This property does not accept cash for payment.
  
  The building has no reception desk. Please contact the property with your arrival time at the apartment so a representative can meet and welcome you personally upon arrival. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The property requires a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to prepare the meet and greet.
  
  The credit card holder will be asked to be present with photo ID upon arrival.
  
  Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation, guests will be charged a penalty. Our apartments are 100% non-smoking and a fines are applied. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
  
  Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  
  This property has a strict no party, no gathering policy. If there is evidence of a party or gathering, security and/or the police will be called and the apartment will need to be vacated. An automatic minimum charge of £ 2000.00 will be charged.
  
  Late arrivals: Check-ins after midnight have a surplus charge of £ 100.00.
  
  Please note the property has a standard waiting time of up to 2 hours after the announced arrival time. Please contact the property if you cannot arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled time. Guests who are more than 2 hours late without announcing the property will be charged an extra fee of £ 100, regardless of the time of day.

  All children are welcome.
  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
  
  All children under 2 years are charged £ 35 per night for children's cots/cribs.
  All children under 12 years are charged £ 35 per night for extra beds.
  All further older children or adults are charged £ 35 per night for extra beds.
  The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
  Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
