Ummmm… £50 a night in Brixton area… what do expect,
Bed was comfy, dated rooms that clearly need a dust and some serious work, and I would completely avoid the local food unless you have a strong gut, TBF I’ve paid more for worse, Staff where friendly enough and it suited our need.

My husband stayed in this hotel last week. He was bitten by a bed bug which he has taken a photograph of. The bite has been examined by a pharmacist and a doctor, as it is infected and my husband is now on antibiotics. This matter has been reported to the hotel twice by my husband and he has not received any response from them at all. He has complained to the local Environmental Health and Citizen's Advice, who have passed it to Trading Standards. If we report it via TripAdviser would my husband then get a response? How could the hotel improve? Sort out your infestation and respond to customer complaints.

Made best to decision to stay at Pasha Hotel where I was looked after well. Location, quality of rooms and rates are the worth the facilities provided. Would love to stay next time as well.

Good. Friendly staff… Location wise also it is good. Near to bus stop to Brixton or to parliament square.

The hotel room is very small, the toilet was terrible: the toilet cover was broken and removed, the shower door was broken, the flush was very slow to recharge, and the water draining out from the sink was springing (full of dirty stuff) out from the shower drain. I told the owner and some of the problems were solved. The maitress was quite comfy. Overall experience : not repeatable… The staff was friendly and available anyway.

Great value for money. Comfortable bed, a lot of space to move around in, lovely bathroom. The whole hotel smells great actually due to it also being a spa. Knocking off a star as our room could have been cleaned a bit better but overall I would recommend this hotel.

I booked this before I read some of the reviews and feared the worst. Check in was fine and the man on the reception was extremely polite and friendly. The room and bathroom was fairly modern and clean and relatively spacious. Whoever it was that put the shower screens in though, put them upside down, so no chance of having a shower without flooding the bathroom! The area is not the best but on the plus side there is a wide variety of places to eat and at reasonable prices. Booked for 2 nights and extended for 3. I would have no problems staying here again as the hotels is fine. Didn't eat in the restaurant but was Lauer out very nice.

Despite bed bugs, I had a decent time at this hotel. Their customer service was stellar and we were reroomed immediately to one much better.

You get what you pay for. Cheap hotel but clean and tidy.

Only good for a quick 1night stay, rooms are small and not sound proof. Most of my stay here all I could here is nose from outside all day all night. Wouldn't recommend.

A cozy hotel with Russian-speaking staff. I liked it.

The hotel was an absolute disaster! Rooms were only partially papered and painted and very very dirty. Bed bugs were everywhere in the room, so the rash was pre-programmed the next day. In the hallway, a very intrusive and loud music runs at night, so sleeping in this hotel is almost impossible. The shower, the toilet lid, the room lock and the mattress were defective. Moreover, the hotel has a very creepy/dangerous location in a social focal point of London. The nearest subway station was several kilometres away.
In summary, the hotel made sure that the very nice day in London ended with a catastrophic night and a nightmare that had become a reality!

I will never stay here again bad customer service rooms horrible I have mold in the bathroom and two holes in the sheets the room smelt like smoke and it was freezing cold didn't like my stay and we had a old mattress outside of room door does look like the photos you don't get tea or coffee or fridge in your room I booked a Deluxe room and the guy on the dest said yes you have and I said it looks standard room I don't like the room then he asked me to make the payment before I check out.

I have been to this hotel about a year ago, a little poor as the quality of the property, old although quite clean and comfortable, the location is not too far from the center, you get there with 10/15 min. Bus stop in front of the entrance, the neighborhood is not the best of the beauty being peripheral, but we did not have any problem, I put 3 stars for the kindness of the staff, all in all, even for the price, recommended David Nails.

Hotel off the Metro circuit. But with the bus stop in front (which is + cheap + touristy and takes you near where you want to go). The hotel nn is particularly clean, but the rooms are large as well as the bathrooms. Deficient in the blankets. The amount of towels is one per head, but housekeeping are newspapers and are changed daily. The staff of the Secretariat and present and reliable.

Absolutely disgusting. Room was mouldy and damp. Tiles were black. Window was broken. The room wasn't properly cleaned before I stayed. There was an old condom wrapper under the bed and a dildo outside the room. Was absolutely terrible. Would not recommend.

Overall the quality of the food is not bad. But the service is quite slow, and no window in the restaurant. Location is not very convenient either. Good for those who want to try a bit exotic food and seating experience.

Ok for the money. The good: the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bad: floor was dirty, no towels, light were broken and a bit if an odd smell. Location is a bit out if the way but it's certainly in a vibrant area with lots of places to eat and shops, you just need to be aware of your surroundings at night.

Clean, tidy, staff are helpful and friendly, could do with some care and attention but good for the price. I'd stay again.

Room at the top of two steep flights of stairs! People above moving around made a lot of noise! Creaky floorboards? Room quite run down needs painted! Shower hose broken! Reported it and it was fixed on our last day but sadly the hot water was off! Very disappointed. Staff were friendly!

The room smells really bad. The bathroom too. The cleaning guy/girl left the door open to our room. I don't recommend this hotel. Friendly guys thou from reception…

We stayed for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Room was small, bed was comfortable. The A/C did not work, but the room was a reasonable temperature most of the time so we did not complain. Only complaint was the room smelled a bit musty, as if there had been moisture build up. Overall good value though if travelling on a budget but want your own room.

Good relaxed venue for social events. Some parking available.

My favourite place to stay all the staffs are easy to talk to, you can book over the phone easily, it's close to a bus stops plus you got shops around the corner, good place for your money.

Don't stay here and waste your money. The internet never works properly. They don't have an elevator. The beds are too small. The staff don't care about you.

Usually well it's not a spectacular room, but it's practical and it's not ugly at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended stay.

It's in a good location if you plan on traveling around. The internet was an issue. However the lady at the front desk was very helpful when we asked about transportation.

Located very close to the bus stop, although in a not really beautiful area of London… it is always convenient to move. The hotel is a bit dated but generally clean, the staff is always very friendly and helpful in providing directions and help.

From the outside the hotel looks horrible but the rooms are perfectly comfortable. Not great for a holiday destination but a cheap overnight stay.

One of the best foods ever.

Now how it looked online. Room was quite run down, smelt of damp, and had mould around the sink. Freezer made a loud noise from time to time waking me up countless times during the night, and fuse for the room blew when tried to use the kettle. Surrounding area also wasn't very pleasant at night. Cheaper than most hotels in the area, otherwise would have given 1 star.

Great value for money! The staff were very helpful, the food in the restaurant was lovely too. Our room was clean and spacious with tea, coffee, crisps and biscuits provided with a small fridge. We stayed for 4 nights and would go back again, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided each day and the shower was great! My only concern being no lift and we were on the top floor.

Called for some information regarding a booking and the reception was rude, cut me off mid sentence and then put me on hold for no particular reason. Will not be using this hotel ever! — 1, 000, 000 stars.

Nice clean hotel, and good value for money compared to simular hotels in area. Lovely Ethiopian restaurant (zeret) around the corner as well.
