We booked this as we were attending a dance nearby. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There were no facilities in the room to make a drink but there was a shared kitchen (no milk). Only 3 TV channels available. Had to pay £20 additional deposit on arrival for the key which I wasn't made aware of until arrival. Roadworks woke us up but that's no fault of the hotel. Shower was good. Nothing at all to do in the immediate area and very run down area.

Very near to Elephant and Castle station and easy to commute to and from. Rooms are small and clean… ideal if you just need somewhere to park your head at night. Bed was comfortable and showing facilities where good. Would stay there again, especially for the price.

Strange bed set up single sofa bed below mezzanine level with double bed likely to bump head in upper level. Stayed 4 nights bed not bed or bedding changed.

Small and cheap hotel in a good location. It would be great if there is a more noticeable sign outside the hotel.

Please be careful before booking with this hotel. When I booked it, I was told that I would not be charged until my arrival and I had a couple of days to cancel for free. However, I was charged the full amount immediately and as I result of this, I decided to cancel my stay. Money has never been returned to me and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone at the hotel.

This was OK by my standards. Many would probably think of my review as a "disliked" review, really. Stayed for one night for an alumni event. Travelodge didn't have any availability for the dates, and rather than tell me this, would just change my check in dates (and price! ) at the payment screen. This place popping up at the last minute was a godsend. My room did not resemble a room on the website. No more than 7ft across, maybe 15ft long. The bed (double) was on a mezzanine level in the room which was pretty impressive, but probably far too cosy for most people. The mezzanine was big enough for the bed and nothing else. Main level had a single bed with drawers for storage, I used it as a sofa for the desk. No other storage space. The room was not large enough to actually fit the provided chair between the desk and this bed, for an idea of scale. En suite bathroom, cut outside of the main room space. Window had a safety latch that I didn't figure out until the morning, so I had an unbelievably hot night. Good security — front door key and all rooms have electronic key fob locks. All in all — good for one night, you get what you pay for. Probably wouldn't have wanted to stay for much longer.

Good position for going to the centre, but no good rooms, because I have a room with no air, too little windows, that crate an insopportabe hot, that create a no good sleeping.

Nice and cozy hotel. Its a house turned into a hotel, so you only access to your room and a small shared kitchen. The rooms are bit small but modern and clean.

The room was about 7ft by 15ft, with a single and a bunk bed squeezed in. Nothing at all like any of the photos on the sight. Free tea and coffee that's it, don't forget your own milk. Kitchen but no cooking allowed. Free Wi-Fi if you can find the access point to log onto (we didnt). Stay away.

Had an amazing stay at London Full House. The manager Lee is super accommodating and is so smiley. Would stay here again as the I was surprised with such good service for such a reasonably priced room.

Very friendly staff, very comfy beds, ery clean and have 2 levels in the room. What's not to like.
