We stayed for a week at East Village apartments. (the Sol apartment). The neighbourhood is fun and quirky with some great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We really felt like we had “ a home” in NYC. The apartment has everything you could want for a comfortable stay and was spacious enough for three adults. We would definitely come back for another stay!

Fabulous stay. My brother n law booked the place for a family get together and our family could not have felt more at home! Love the area and the local feel. Apartment was warm and cozy even during a cold NYC night.

We were on a girls trip and oh my god what can I say! What an accomodation! What a place! Highly higly highly recommended ☺️

Wonderful and handsome are my words for this! I was swash-buckled by the amazing plethora of facilities available, stayed at the Garden Duplex Apartment and right from the patio to the kitchen to the rooms and all that was present were seriously flabbergasting! I have never come across something as serene and as subtle as the Garden View Apartment, the facilities were amazing and the place was beautiful, it was a perfect what you call it as a 'Perfect Zen Retreat' for me and my family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and if you want to spend some good quality time with your family away from the hustle bustle of the city, mind you that East Village Apartments are the best for you eyes closed! Very inviting and very appealing, I don't have words to describe the enjoyment and relaxing we had!

The owner didn't get my telephone calls and didn't answer my messages so we couldn't met. He left us in the street at 9 p. M. Without a place to stay. Thank you so much.

Awsome place while travelling to New York & if you are thinking to stay away from the city sounds. East Village Apartments are the best to go with. There are many restaurants close to these apartments along with shopping places. Also, they provide the best inhouse services like cleaning, food and flowers delivery etc. Overall, a good experience :)

Very nice apartment. We stayed at Sol with our family, 3 teenage children. Lots of space, nicely decorated, clean, great kitchen with all appliances available. Great staff One negative point… the master bedroom in front of the apartment is noisy. Lots of traffic/truck noise during the night and early morning. Overall a very positive recommendation.

Furnished home with 2bedrooms.

We just got back from staying at one of the apartments here a second time. We LOVE these apartments! The location is perfect: East 3rd Street and Avenue B. Just a hop, skip and jump away you have such great things as Katz's Deli, St. Mark's Place, Tokyo Toys, Pinkberries, 2nd Avenue Burger, 2 Brother's Pizza, Ray's Pizza, Kmart, The N, R and J trains. The list is simply endless! The apartments are also impeccably clean and well-equipped with stuff like a microwave, hair dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, Wi-Fi. Basically everything you need. Whoever decorated these also has an obvious sense of style: they are homey and nice to stay in, and it's nice to return to one of these attractive apartments after a long day of walking all over the city. Also, since we've stayed there two times now, we've gotten to know the owners and the workers associated with the apartments and these are extremely nice, trustworthy people. My honest opinion is that, if you want to be in the East Village, you will have difficulty finding any better apartments to stay at than here. I'm glad I discovered them and I will definitely keep coming back whenever I visit the city.

As per all the other reviews, this is a wonderful place to stay. Our family of 5 stayed in the Penthouse Apartment & found it better than advertised. Well appointed (the Apple laptop is a nice touch! ), well maintained, spotless & a great location. A proper kitchen if you need to cook, two good bathrooms, plenty of closet space & a gorgeous sunny terrace to breakfast on. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 stayed in the Terrace Apartment for two weeks during the Summer 2011. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well managed! We had a wonderful time in NYC. The location of these apartments is perfect. East Village is a thriving, busy place with interesting people, shops, restaurants and parks. The apartments are near subways which helped us get around NYC very easily and without any hassle. The staff and owners are really friendly and helpful and were always on hand to assist us and give advice when needed. I would highly recommend these apartment for anyone staying in NYC. Unbeatable for comfort, location and value. We stayed in the Garden apartment for 5 nights in December '10 and would highly recommend these apartments. They are the ideal alternative to cramped, overcrowded and noisy hotels. Excellent location, near Little Italy and Soho, within easy reach of the major attractions via the subway (only 2 minute walk). These apartments are wonderfully managed and spotlessly maintained — spacious yet comfortable and cozy. All the facilities you could need are at hand and the owner and housekeeper are welcoming and very helpful. Before you book a hotel room, or another apartment, you must consider the East-Village apartments; this accommodation helped make out vacation better than we'd hoped.

We stayed in the East Village Apartments while visiting our daughter who is studying at NYU. It's just 5 min. Walk and we enjoyed together this live-full part of Manhattan. The apartment was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The welcome was great and you feel at home from the very first moment. As experienced travelers that stay in apartments rather than hotels, this was a memorable experience not so easy to find in NYC. Eduard.
