I am agree with other people who are saying is the worst medical centre. I have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and when you are there everything will be ok with paracetamol. Stupid doctors and stupid reception.

Staff AR horrible and unhelpful. Doctors are even worse and have no time to even listen.

This surgery is the worst surgery ever certainly wouldn't recommend. The receptionists which are a bunch of girls are extremely rude, uncooperative and refuse to give appointments each time and lie that they are fully booked. The doctors and the practice manager dont cooperate either. Awful surgery. And their awful service still continues despite millions of complaints tried to get an emergency appointment yesterday and today but a receptionist named Muneeba straight up refused. I then tried to book a routine appointment and she still refuses telling me to call again on Monday because the doctors diaries haven't been done. The awful rude receptionists lie and tell patients that the surgery is too busy why is the surgery taking up so many patients then if they know they can't handle it and can't care for existing patients. Nhs is also taking no notice of this ridiculous surgery. Going to resort to changing surgeries now. It's a shame the heartless manager takes no notice either despite several complaints by me and others. They tell ill patients to come physically to the surgery and stand outside in the cold if they want an appointment and the fact is we still don't get an appointment despite standing outside in the cold for several hours. The nhs really needs to take notice and close this unbelievable surgery down. It's unhelpful and isn't doing anything for patients at all.

They are at it again. Giving the run around to an 86 year old man in the last stages of his life. Asking him to attend surgery in the cold then fobbing him off without just cause. Do not take complaints very well when patients are trying to ask for help. And now, I cannot get through to them on the phone trying for the past 4 hours. What the hell is going on with this practice. Only social media can help… Please pick up the phone to arrange a simple appointment! Really frustrating…

I would not even give a one star for reception service. Some young self proclaimed skinny receptionist of indian origin I was dealing with between 8.00am and 10.30am on 07/01/2016 was lying to me over and over again about when I would be seen by doctor. I waited there from 7.30 am for emergency visit (3 hours). Eventually got my slot after intervention of management in the practice. Very unprofessional service at reception. For amount of tax I pay for NHS and taking to consideration her rate per hour I suggest she should be laid off.

I visited this surgery many times and was with them for about 10 years. However, this is the worse surgery I have ever come to know. The girls at the reception are pretty unhelpful and rude. Some of the doctors are so bad that you end up feeling worse after coming out of their clinic.
