Abbiamo prenotato su booking per 2 spendendo poco. La camera dove abbiamo alloggiato era molto moderna, pulita, con una doccia fantastica e la cucina era compresa di tutto per cucinare e mangiare! In più c'erano la lavastoviglie, il microonde, una macchinetta del caffè, un bollitore, un tostapane, I fornelli elettrici, insomma ottima! Oltretutto dalla stazione di Deptford si raggiunge Londra in meno di 10 minuti di treno! Insomma consiglio vivamente!

Nice decoration, really like the yellow and black (bees). Functional apparthotel. Close to bus and train station. Stars goes also to the staff: very professional.

The apartment is fine for families.

This was booked for me, not my choice. Perfectly positioned next to the station but not a place for business travellers. Smallest room I've ever stayed in, literally like a box — nowhere to put your suitcase except on the floor — ridiculous to have a kitchenette in such a small space and only a pull-out desk with cramped access from the bed. Bathroom was also tiny and very dark.

Super friendly, understanding, impeccable rooms, the perfect size. I loved being there. If I go back to London I will stay in the same place.

We stayed in room 602 and while the windows were very small and high up, it was lovely, clean and a decent size. The staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured my wife and I, as well as our 1 year old son, had everything we needed. The hotel is right next to the Deptford Bridge DLR, which is really handy, I was also expecting a lot of train noise but we didn't hear a thing. After our stay, the hotel kindly kept all our bags while we spent some time in London. All in all, I couldn't find fault with the rooms, they were clean, tidy and had everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board which a lot of places often don't. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Stayed there for London marathon. The mini kitchenette was a great add on! Made life so much easier. Great location for the start as well and my room was nice and quiet! Happy to stay again!

When booking on booking rooms I search for a bath when this hotel came up with a studio was happy got to room had a shower not bath and studio looked so much smaller than photos portrayed it. Was clean and friendly.

Great room! Huge comfy bed with enough space to be a starfish all night. Clean and well stocked with tea and coffee.
Had no idea there would be a tiny kitchen but it was fab! Especially with there being a
Co op across the road. The chaps who were on reception were a real credit to Staycity and did you proud as a company.
Would deffo stay again!

Great facilitates in the room, comfy extra large bed, mini kitchen area with fridge, microwave and dishwasher washer, shower is nice and hot and heating for the room is good.

The stay city apartments Deptford Bridge are reasonably priced… but… the single beds options are much smaller than the double bed option… make a note.

This was my second stay. One year ago I was very impressed and happy that I had found such a jewell in a place like Depford Bridge. This time, however, I left really disappointed. Firstly, I stayed several nights (I extended my stay twice) during an extremely cold period. The first night was freezing cold; I went to reception to ask for an extra duvet but I was told the housekeeper had left by then so I had to wait until the next day. The next day I asked the duty receptionist to get me an extra duvet as that night it was forecast to be even colder. When I went back to the hotel many hours later I noticed that my request had fallen on deaf ears so I went back to reception and this time it was impossible not to exert a bit of pressure, and the same receptionist from the previous night got me an extra duvet straightaway (even “after” the housekeeper had left for the day…) Secondly, even though I stayed one week in total, they didn’t even empty the bins once. When I questioned this they said there was no room service at that hotel. Fair enough, but there is nowhere to leave the rubbish. Considering it is an appart hotel and there is a kichenet, guests are expected to cook and therefore generate rubbish which they would need to dispose of, such as packaging, empty bottles etc. This is not rocket science but very BASIC stuff.

Check in was easy and quick, Parking was charge was reasonable, Very close to underground, Rooms were a little smaller than expected but would still recommend.

Nice, but at first glance you do not see the design flaws (when you try to heat the shower water, wet the entire bathroom), the mattress sank and the piers were riveted.
Very good location. Good communication with public transport.

Overpriced. The rooms (we changed) we had were studio rooms, but these are pretty small. I can't imagine anyone really using the kitchen other than very basic preparations. It felt like it was only called an aparthotel to justify infrequent housekeeping services. The bed was not very comfortable — a worn, cheap sprung mattress. Upsides — the shower was great, the staff were lovely and the soundproofing is actually very good. We paid 80 per night and this felt like too much for the level of quality.

Clean and value for money. Only slight criticism was that there had probably been a flood in the bath room and the wood around the doorframe was decayed and looked unsightly. The mini apartment was great for an overnight stay. The kitchen area was very clean and useful for warming up croissants for breakfast.

Fine location literally next to station. Good customer service. Comfortable bed. Great value for the money. Would stay there again h happily.

It's a convenient hotel. And it's an alright stay for a few nights. Location is not ideal in the sense that there's no on site parking facility so the walk to the nearest free parking is a distance but other than that; the stay is not that bad.

Very friendly staff, subpar room The staff were great, and I enjoyed the amenities in the room (dishwasher, mini fridge, good shower, comfortable bed). Having the room serviced weekly was great (fresh towels, bed made, trash taken out). Not so great: dusty floor, peasant gym (no air circulation, no barbell, no bench), bugs on the ground of the bathroom, the phone was way too quiet (their tech guy basically said "sorry mate, can't fix it"), and (worst of all) cleaning came in one day and removed the power card from the wall (switching off the fridge! ). The hallway was also grimey and the floor of the elevators filthy. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for — but I'd like the room to be cleaner next time. The saving grace was how friendly the staff were at the counter!

Clean, modern place with friendly, helpful staff. It's a hotel with a kitchenette in each room and no restaurant. Perfect for what we wanted and value for money.

Our apartment was modern, clean, good bedding quality with lots of padding. Quiet location of the hotel.
The bathroom was very modern with a fantastic rain shower and fluffy bath towels that were changed during a five-day stay without prompting 3x.
The kitchenette is very well equipped and there is also dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, …
The nearest transport links and the nearest shop are only a 5-minute walk away. We never had to wait more than 2 minutes for the train.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Top price — performance ratio!

It's so comfortable, lovely bed, I love how they have a full kitchen. It's a great Base for a holiday. Finally, the staff are lovely.

There is a full kitchen in the hotel! This is a bright spot. The room has a separate air conditioner. The room is not soundproof. Cleaning is good, but only before you check in to do cleaning, stay out of the process. There is a subway near the hotel.

Would definitely stay again. Sleek design and well contained, great customer service and a view that completely transformed my perception of deptford.

Clean, and newly renovated hotel. The rooms are nice and large with a small kitchen. The rooms are quiet and the air condition works well without being noisy. There is not much to do in the area around the hotel, but it is right by the DLR Station (you don't hear the DLR in the rooms). But it is not a nice area, where the hotel is located.

Morden apartment hotel, staff were amazing. Very helpful and attentive to guests. I will recommend to my friends and family.

Clean & Quite The rooms are just perfect, its clean and tidy. Spacious enough for me and the people are just great. The reception was amazing and really friendly I must say. Nice place for a good night sleep. I would recommend to anyone with a budget.

A friend treated us to our one night stay so I can't comment on value for money as I have no idea how much our room cost! I agree with most of the other comments. The hotel is bright, clean and modern. The staff are all (and we saw a fair few around the premises) extremely friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't huge but was very well equipped (dishwasher, toaster, hob, iron, hair dryer, two person dining table and chairs). It is perfect for self-catering but we didn't realise that when we went so had to nip out to buy tea, coffee, sugar and milk. That's really the only reason for not giving the full five stars — we could have done with a small welcome tray of tea/coffee making ingredients. Also, there were only two hand towels — however, I am sure that all this information is available on the website for those booking. One thing I did notice was that we didn't hear a noise from any other room — although they may not have been occupied. I would definitely recommend a stay here and we are very likely to go again.

Staff was super very friendly and helpfull. The "apartementrooms" too small and had minor problems: bathroomdoor didn't lock, had some troubles to get the aircondition working. No windows to open. No view from our room. All together it was't too bad, but for this money I think you should get a little more value.

Great location, next to DLR and great staff. Will definitely return. Towels and cleaning are on request so do not forget to request, otherwise your room will not be cleaned.

The Apartment is excellent and the Service very friendly, the building is directly beside a stop for the DLR train, without even knowing what it is.

Fantastic staff, room and service. The price and value are great too. Alot more flexible and useful to have a kitchen available in your room! The apartments are right next to Deptford Bridge so getting around London is easy and hassle free.

The most horrible place I ever stayed in my entire life. Extremely prejudiced to people of color. Fancy sleeping in tiny kitchenette as an extra bedroom. Not worth the effort. Cramped bedroom, clogged up showers, poor customer service, if I could give ZERO stars I would. Got better deals Bridgestreet properties. One word for Staycity Aparthotels? THIEVES! Any excuse to keep your money with N O SERVICE. Unless you are a gypsy, you would give a favorable rating for this rat hole.

Modern feel, loved the mini kitchen area and fittings. Friendly staff and couldn't be much closer to the deptfird tube :-)

The apartahotel is perfect, one of the best I had visited in any country. The only problem is the price that is a little bit high because this apartment is between zones 2 and 3 of London and you have to take transports if you want to go to turistical places.

The location of the city was perfect due it's being next to tube and the rooms itself was excellent!

Clean, quiet and excellent value. Lovely staff too, nothing is too much trouble. Handily placed right next to the DLR.

The service is absolutely great. Staff cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. My only issue was with a corner room which faced onto the road and the DLR. As a very light sleeper, this was not a good room for me but when I explained my problem I was assured that I would be allocated a quieter room next time.

Staycity Aparthotel Deptford Bridge is a trndy modern hotel/apartments with everything you need. We stayed in a double room which also had a fully fitted kitchenette, even with a dishwasher to wash our two plates and cups. They have larger apartments and the hotel is ideal for people who want to cater for themselves. The room was clean and functional and we enjoyed our stay. This hotel is right on the doorstep of the DLR Deptford Bridge Station. Parking for our vehicle was arranged at their other hotwl in Greenwich High Road which is a 2 minute walk. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help us. They also called the room once we were settled in and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. We would defintely stay here again.
