I mean! The customer service is exceptional. It’s really modern! The location is perfect especially for tourists! One thing that I have to say is that the rooms are super super small. So please be careful. I was not expecting it. Other than that, it’s an awesome hotel with great location and impressive service:)

Very good everything. Little space.

If you just want a place to crash… You have found it. Bed was comfy, mood lighting and room tech good a la Hong Kong pod style. Very friendly staff with a pub next door and a Sainsbury opposite. Tube is on the door step and my room was clean.

As other reviewers stated, the rooms are very small so we expected that. Not sure how we would have handled it with large suitcases but we were ok. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for sleeping comfortably. The staff were very helpful and provided hot water, extra pillows, and directions to the train station early morning. The location is great! There is an underground station literally across the street. There is a pub on one side and a coffee shop on the other and 3 markets within a block. We were about a 10 minute walk to Big Ben. For the price, we couldn't ask for anything better. I would definitely stay there again.

Not a fan of this hotel. It's ok but I would rather stay a bit further out of the centre and get better value. The rooms are really small and tight. Basically a bed and then your bathroom not any other space. They don't offer breakfast, they give you a voucher for Costa next door, which is rubbish. I won't be staying here again. No photos as I was annoyed that I had booked myself into this place.

Pros: Great location. Clean rooms. Accommodating staff. Reasonable priced. Cons: Sirens from ES may bother some. Housekeeping should keep WC tidy for longer staying guests. Room doors slam at the last instant echoing down a normally quiet hallway.

Great welcome, but unfortunately no windowless rooms available due to my late check-in. Small but perfectly efficient room for an overnight stay, but I'd recommend a room without windows as the road outside is busy and the double glazed windows can't quite keep the sound out. Powerful shower to wake you up!

Nice Hotel.

This is a very charming hotel! The value for money is unbeatable, at 5-10 min from Bigben. Having taken a double room without option, I still found a room very small but functional. Very close to the subway, the train station and the buses, this is an ideal hotel for a visit to London. Provide a breakfast outside (Costa)

A good hotel sometimes cheap (depending on periods) very close to the underground and 5 min from Waterloo and Big Ben. Small rooms like the bathroom… so much one in the room what to do: rest!

The staff are very welcoming, the hotel is clean. The rooms are very small but functional. A 1 minute walk from a metro station, the hotel is perfectly located.

Although this hotel is basic in terms of its amenities, there being no bar or restaurant and breakfast being via a token to exchange in the Costa next door, the rooms are rather good. Although compact they are well appointed and Wi-Fi is free and a good speed. It wasn't expensive either and is close to the tube. I'd use it again.

Quite ok, towels are changed daily, the bed is not made. Rooms are also not cleaned daily. The staff is nice and polite. The subway is right outside the door, as well as a supermarket, kiosk and several pubs. The rooms are too small, the bathrooms are all right. I had my problems with my 175 and 75 kilos.

Our room was on the top floor and we could choose the colour of the lights or even set it to cycle thru the colours like a crazy disco room. The 2 weeks we spent here were awesome!

Hotel very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Good location right next to Lambeth Tube station. Costa coffee also next door. Only niggle is the rooms are super small for the price paid. Very limited on space but OK for a bed for a couple of nights. Ridiculously expensive Cost cutter super market over the road along with cheap chicken takeaway which was OK.

Very smart and convenient location. The rooms are small, as advertised, but very clean and well equipped with sockets, tables, chairs and clothes hangers. Bathroom also well equipped and shower water v hot. Recommended.

Modern hotel with all the essentials you need. Room was great, yes they are small but not that bad, still plenty of room. Bed was amazing and the shower was great. Large TV. I can't fault it and will be staying here for my business trips instead of travelodge.

Point a hotel London westminster is very beautiful and it is situated near London eye. The room is small but very comfortable. Metropolitan is at only 50 meters. Very good hotel!

Well located in the heart of London. Metro in front of the hotel. It was a very nice hotel. Only downside, really small room.

The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room was small but only as I'd expect for a hotel in that area at that price, I've definitely stayed in smaller rooms. Wi-Fi was free, and fast. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfy. It was a bit noisy outside because of where it is, but it didn't bother me. I booked through work and had things like hairdryer and breakfast voucher (for Costa) included, but I think if you book direct you pay less for the room then pay for those things on top. No complaints really, I'd stay there again.

Clean and functional with a great price given it's incredibly central location. It also makes you re-think how much space a person actually needs!

I went 6 times in London, 4 at Point A Westminster Hotel. It is a really cool hotel for little budget. It is extremely well located. 30 seconds to the underground, 2 minutes to Waterloo train station, 5 minutes walk to Big Ben. The rooms are really small but this is what I love. Maybe you should ask to avoid the first floor because this is the less quiet one. I will definitely recommend!

We were planning to come to London part of our vacation, before we visited the London terrorist attacks happened, and my party going did not feel safe or comfortable to visit London anymore. We understand about the cancellation policy, but when it come to my party's safety and comfort level of traveling I am not going to force them to go somewhere where they do not feel safe. When trying to see what can be done about our reservation we were basically told too bad, either we can come and stay there, or not visit and still pay for the hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and if anyone asks about places to stay in London will be sure to steer them away from this establishment.

This is basic accommodation in the centre of London. It is mainly aimed at business clients with a double bed and a tiny bathroom. It is clean, staff are polite and the rooms are air conditioned. Limited storage but for 1 or 2 nights, it is sufficient. No meals here but plenty of venues close by.

Small rooms but very clean and modern, 10 min walk from the London Eye, Dungeons, Shrek's Advanture and restaurants. Half our walk to Buckingham Palace, which on a sunny day is a beautiful walk.

It is modern and with good location. Extremely small, but I practice if you just want to sleep.

We have booked this hotel for colleagues through the company. It all worked out, however, the tail of problems came only after our stay. Despite the cost assumption and the billing address mentioned, the hotel does not have the right to write a proper invoice and send it as a PDF, so be very careful when you book as a company here!

Hi, I was coming to London for my big interview with my dream company. I had a fairly small budget so I made the mistake of choosing this hotel thinking that for the price maybe an overall rating of 3.8/5 is fine. All I needed was a good night's rest and a refreshing shower in the morning so I paid a little extra for towels, hair dryer and air conditioning. Yes the sirens were loud and walls thin but since I was tired I just slept. Rooms were small but hey that is what you get with budget hotels right? I wake up sweating in the middle of the night and there is no power. It was a miserable night. In the morning, I got up for my big day and went for a shower, no water. I go to the reception, no attendant. I call and just towards the end someone rushes in to attend. I tell them the situation and I am told due to construction work there is no water on my floor. I ask them to give me a solution as I already know there is no water. I'm given keys to another room (dirty) where I went to take a shower. At this point, I'm SO happy that I got water but within a minute that also stops. I'm half wet, beginning to get late and freaking out for my interview. I rush to the reception and the attendant is not bothered responding with "Oh we have no other free rooms, sorry" (You can/can't just imagine what was going on in my head). Trying to stay calm, I ask for the receptionist to go to the 24/7 shop opposite and get me 3 liters of water. (I had to shave and wash my hair at least! ).

Inexpensive, but really good for price. Great location (5 minutes walk from Palace of Westminster), great service, room was compact but had a surprising amount of extras for the price. Very modern.

Very nice staff. But very small rooms but you have everything you need. We found black hair on the duvet, we found not so cool but can happen once.

The Tube hotel is very well accessible by public transport. CA 5-7min from Waterloo station it has a metro station in about 2min distance but this is closed until February. In about 5-10min is the Imperial War Museum (free entrance for the main halls). You have about 9 mins to the London Eye and about 10-15min to the Big Ben.

Stayed at Tune Hotel in Waterloo, London, for four nights. The location is great, with easy access to the subway and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The room was very small. Approximately 6 square meters so almost no space for bags or shoes. But it was clean, good facilities and cheap. Recommended, would stay here again.

Good hotel at a very good price, close to everything, clean and renovated. The room and the bathroom are very small, but to be London they are normal. We have not managed to find another better option. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

This is the perfect location! Subway right next door, lots of walking distance too. However very small rooms, but very clean, no breakfast at the hotel. You can go to Cafe Costa in the same building, but it's not worth it. Better to walk a few meters and eat near the London Eye Delicious breakfast. Oh yes, a pub is very close to the hotel, very cozy there!

The hotel is a little small, very good location, the entrance of the subway closed to February, walk to Waterloo five minutes.

My first time in the room was shocked by the size of the room, one of the smallest rooms I had ever seen. But the welcome I received and the service during the entire stay were the best, in the end it was the most important.

The room was small but clean and the staff were very polite. The hotel is located in a convenient location, not too far from London. There are some hidden consumption, such as towels, but the price is fair. In a word, the experience of the hotel is good, I will definitely come again.

A good place to live near the center of the city. Ms. Selenge and her team are good and they will make your stay more enjoyable. I wish them all the best and look forward to seeing them on the next trip.
