Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Rooms were clean and roomy. We had a wonderful view of the London Eye right from our room. Would love to stay there again!

Staff are very friendly and helpful and very professional. Rooms very clean and a decent size. Very close to Waterloo/London Eye/Dungeons/Shrek/Sea life /Big Ben etc. There is a free left luggage service also which was great for our last day.

Convenient Location to visit Central London, very close to Waterloo station and a stone's throw from the London Eye. The rooms are simply furnished but are quite spacious and clean (albeit carpeted). The breakfast is sufficiently varied and plentiful.
The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Strategic, central location within walking distance of Westminster. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff at the reception very helpful especially the Italian girl Claudia, very professional and helpful note sore in the evening service of the restaurant The blonde girl,, lack of professionalism and grumbleful with us Italians.

On top. Nearby metro station and city centre not far away on foot.

The hotel is perfectly located just a couple of minutes walking from the Big Ben. Is also very close to the Waterloo Station. The rooms are simple but clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Typical London Hotel with carpeting on the floors. It's more than 3 stars. Very Central and well connected. Very nice and friendly Staff Only flaw in the breakfast room unfortunately not well insulated Dalka kitchen. The smells of food remain on the clothes.

Good hotel. Close to many attractions. London Eye BigBen Westminster Abbey. Underground Waterloo is just a few steps away. Nice staff. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit small. Good choice at the breakfast buffet. Recommended.

Modern hotel in the heart of London. Staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was substantial and varied with something on offer for everyone. Would love to stay again.

This hotel could be okay, but probably only for short stays and on one of the top floors. We were given room 201, and I can only guess that this is the worst room in the hotel. Entered to find breathtaking view of a brick wall. We were situated directly next to the door for the floor so every time someone came through the door we heard a thud. The bed was okay, not super comfortable, not really uncomfortable either. The TV in our room was not the same as the one in the pictures, much tinier. There was a loud, very high pitched alarm of some sort that would randomly go off during our stay. Luckily this city had a lot for us to do so we didn't have to spend a lot of time at our hotel, and the only good thing I can say about it was it was fairly close to public transportation. (

Family-run Hotel metres from the London Eye. It has a very good location and connectivity. The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant below is pretty good for breakfast or dinner. Account with all services. Meets quite well for its price.

Super location on the Thames, 2 minutes walk to the London Eye, bus stop, shopping. Accommodation is clean, the staff nice and helpful. Breakfast is clear, but there is something for everyone. Price/performance is right.

The view out of our hotel window was the Eye. It was the better than we could have asked for. The room is a good size in the corner. We had a desk and chair, bed, wardrobe, place to hang coats, and a full bathroom. This is a nice modern hotel with a contemporary style. The Wi-Fi worked great. There is an elevator. We only had breakfast in the restaurant so not sure how dinner was. Breakfast was good. The staff was great and very friendly.

Fantastic hotel, located right in the centre, plus a beautiful view of the ferris wheel and the big ben, an excellent deal and put something the room is small, but comodisima! I'll be back!

Super Hotel. Very central, clean and grumly. I would book this hotel in London again at any time.

Very handily situated, a five minute walk from Waterloo Station and just a few minutes from the Thames, London Eye, London Dungeon, Houses of Parliament etc. The building is converted from the old Lying-In Hospital and there are photos and info on the walls about its history. The room was nice, clean — standard Premier Inn. Beds very comfortable and breakfast tasty and filling for the day. Staff were welcoming. The only thing that stops this being a 5 star review is the noise from the plumbing. We were in the old part of the building, which goes up to floor 3. The newer, attached tower goes up to floor 14. We were woken every time that the rooms nearby, or we, used the plumbing — terrible, prolonged screeching of pipes woke us in the morning. We told the receptionist, who looked astonished, said that she couldn't refund us any compensation and gave us an online address to apply to. Would definitely stay here again, though ask to be placed in the modern part — which is a shame as the older part was very interesting historically.

Fantastic! A really well-placed hotel, with very helpful and dedicated staff. We turned up early for check-in and just wanted to drop our suitcase off in the luggage room, but the staff found us a room that was ready, so we could put our bags straight into our room. Really polite and helpful staff all round. We will definitely make this our preferred choice when staying in London.

Excellent position at the right price.

This hotel is great for travellers who spend most time of the day visiting landmarks in London and nearby city. The hotel is located near the Waterloo Train and Underground station, so it is very convenient to travel to Oxford and Windsor Castle. The bed is comfy as it's advertised. The room was great and worth the money we spend.

A very centrally located hotel good value for money, the room was clean.

Nice place. Clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Especially the young lady who did a lot to help us get in a bit earlier after 2 days of travelling. Did miss making up our room on the first night. That was not a problem except our rubbish got a bit too much for the bin. Breakfast is great. Close to almost everywhere. We walked to most places. Afternoon walking back is a bit hard but it is close to the train station, so, using that more now. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in this comfortable (fairly basic) hotel many times and will again. The rooms are what you would expect from a mid-range hotel, decent but not spectacular. I am always impressed by how quiet the rooms are throughout the night despite its busy location. What really makes this hotel excellent is the fantastic value breakfast and its absolutely brilliant staff. See you soon.

Great Hotel Good Food and strategic location to visit all the major attractions.

Stayed in an accessible room, was clean and well laid out, if not the most modern. Proper wetroom and plenty of room to get around in a wheelchair. Breakfast decent, but could have been a little better stocked, hot items frequently ran out.

Not rating 1 star because of the smooth check in. Other than that, it was a terrible night for me. I had an issue with the heating, rang reception. No one picked up! Good night sleep was a sham. I did not sleep well! The tumping from room next to me was enough to make u want to get out. And the Ferrari making noise outside certainly don't help. I will try another location but certainly not this one. Had to go Hilton next day. Regretted not going there in the 1st place as the prices was so not far off!

This was our third time at this hotel and once again it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and amazing location. This time the room seemed a bit smaller than the ones in previous visits but still silent and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Was nice and what you really expect from a cheaper hotel however didn't like the TV size and room felt smaller then other premier inns I've stayed at.

Good hotel in one of the best areas of London, a Hairdryer, european plug in toilet, water heater, you have to make a tea or coffee, and my room with divan for sitting and a view of the London Eye. Unforgettable.

It has a good location, plus all of the services are correct (spacious rooms, breakfast, Wi-Fi, etc) The only problem is that algunmas habitaicones have a window facing a wall and almost no light coming.

Had a family room for 1 night at waterloo premier inn. Had evening meal and breakfast in resturant. Brilliant friendly staff who were helpful. Would highly recommend. Food was lovely.

A quick call to advise of a birthday in our party and we got the room with the best views of the city! Also balloons, banners, a cake, chocolates and confetti. VERY happy 11 year old. Thank you. Clean, fresh, nice breakfast and lovely staff… hence 5 star.

The hotel is cute and very comfortable. The location is incredible! The attention of the housekeeping staff, very pleasant but the reception is not much, we don't speak the language and they not endeavored to try to understand… otherwise everything excellent.

Good size room and quality but 'older style' Premier Inn room with the small TV. Room was clean and maintained. Noise not an issue but window looked out to a wall ~1m away, but this is central London. Food was fine and restaurant was busy but could get a table without booking when I went at 7pm.

Very good location within minutes walk of the Southbank. Close to Waterloo station and Westminster tube. Good, clean room. Premier Inn beds are really good and this was no exception. Definitely recommend staying there.

A very well situated hotel, just 2 mins walk from the south bank and the London Eye. On the 11th floor we got a good view of parliament, but our 2nd room had a wall to look out onto. Clean and tidy room, small TV, no biscuits (my son's input I to this review)

Excellent location, reasonably priced, very clean, surprisingly quiet though as I write this the air con (which is really good) is squealing like mad! Ive stayed in many premier inn hotels and this (other than the squealing) is the best. Lovely staff, cleaners that do actually clean and replenish. We will definitely return.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and provided a bunch of information about nearby attractions. The rooms are pretty standard nothing special, but not bad at all.

Ridiculously priced at over £200 a night for a Premier Inn, shower was faulty, no towels in the bathroom — weirdly kept in the bedroom. Room was tiny with no view apart from up staring into the room above. Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn fair, good and plentiful. Staff were pleasant but I still can't get over the price — supply vs demand I guess.

A good Premier Inn and in a great central London location. We have sayed here several times. I booked early and got the room for under £100, which is excellent for central London. The dinner and breakfast was good and the staff all bend over backwards to keep you happy.

Stayed at premier inn Waterloo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Find were clean and spacious fit London and hidden was a 7 minute walk to the Waterloo station and the tube. About 15 minute walk to big Ben and houses of parliament. I would start here again and recommend others to try. Good price too.

The hotel itself is not a wonder what facilities are concerned, is fairly new but my family room was small, but very very nice. There is a range of breakfast and dinner very interesting. I stayed for 4 days and I have no complaints. The price is not expensive to be so well located

Excellent reasonably priced hotel in central London. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast — worth the price. Easy access to tube or rail at Waterloo. Couple minutes walk to Westminster Bridge — Big Ben — Houses of Parliament. Staff was excellent. Check in from 2pm — arrived early on overnight flight — they checked our luggage so we could walk around. Returned promptly at 2pm and our room was available. Only downside is the noise from the bathroom — it's something to do with the water pipes. It certainly wouldn't stop me from returning but it was annoying. (nothing a few ear plugs couldn't manage). Very happy I found this gem — and frankly a little reluctant to share it with others.

Excellent customer service especially from the blonde lady on the front desk — very helpful and informative on all matters — the room far surpassed the expectations of myself and my partner especially in the bathroom — it was spotless! Both meals had on site as part of the meal deal were excellent with the restaurant staff very efficient. Slight noise from outside traffic but to be expected in the center of London — and a stones throw away from the London Eye — all in all a perfect trip.

Stayed here for 3 nights early December '14. Booked it from Australia over the phone, staff very very helpful. Very friendly helpful staff on arrival, easy to check in. Clean room, very comfy beds, double glazing ensured a goods nights sleep. Modern clean bathroom. Ideal location for us as a family with 3 young children, walking distance from Waterloo line. Easy to reach Buckingham palace, Downing St etc on foot. On the doorstep of London Eye and great for exploring the S. Bank. Good breakfast as well. Wifi only £3/day. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect.

Excellent hotel with great bar staff. The rooms are clean and efficient. The breakfast is great value although like most hotels in London the prices are extortionate. Its a shame to make it so expensive so that ordinary people who work hard cannot afford to stay, especially those with children.

Had an awesome time while staying here! The entire staff and most specifically Damian were all super helpful and knew which places to recommend in the area. Wont stay anywhere else if I'm in the area.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The staff, the food and the accommodation, absolute quality for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London as it is right next to the London eye, London dungeon and South Bank.

Good location very close to Waterloo Station and major London tourist sites. Good quality room and very clean. Restaurant was nicely decorated and furnished and prices reasonable. Only negative was still having to pay for Wi Fi (over and above 30 mins free a day). Free/included Wi Fi access is almost considered standard in hotels these days like TV.
