Nice Staff Spacious room with large and new bathroom. Good cleaning. Very good value for money Little Neo The traffic noise.

We stayed two nights at Clapham Guest House. The room was clean and well heated. Furthermore the bathroom was modern and clean. However, as our room was on the ground level facing the busy street and the room not well insulated against noise, the street noises kept us up. A major concern for light sleepers.

Cheap and clean rooms. Good location. Pleasant staff also.

All the basic needs are fulfilled. Rooms at G/F will be noisy.

Just so awful. Lumpy bed with thin pillows, terribly noisy outside with all night traffic, broken hairdryer, shared bathrooms, stained floors oh & the reception is 5 minutes down the road. All in all, a nightmare hotel.

Ridiculous. They charges me for a "wet bed and pillow" but it was bone dry when I left. They didn;t email me to tell me they were willing me, I never had a call, they took £50 and I can't debate it. They won't even tell me what bed it was. It was absolutely bone dry when I left. I'm contacting my band as I believe this constitutes fraud. Would never recommend.

Room was teeny tiny. Internet was painfully slow, almost useless. Noise from the hall was clear as a bell and made sleeping rather difficult. Along with no noise separation from your neighbours. Shared bathroom, although I should have caught that in the add. Officially the worst accommodations I've ever had the misfortune of staying in.

Cosy, clean room. Reception is open daily from 11 am to 10 pm, all other times a "front desk phone" is installed.
Very good connection to the city of London. Either by bus — the station is right outside the front door — or by underground — station Clapham Common is a 10 minute walk away and is connected to the Northern line.
Top value for money. Highly recommended.

The best place to be for your holiday in London.

The best care, are very friendly. They solved you any questions. Even when these out of it with a phone call. It is comfortable, and very clean. And it is well connected by both metro and bus. Charm me.

I really enjoyed my stay! It was super clean, comfy and the owner is very friendly (but doesn't get in your way). The only downside is that the road was a bit noisy.
