We had Room 3. They charged £65 for an ABSOLUTE DUMP. It was that bad we informed Glasgow Councils Environmental Health. Who have taken action. Not recommended. Melissa& the other male member of staff arent as helpful as the 1st seem.
➜ After 2 weeks B&B / hotels / guesthouses in Ireland and another week in Scotland, I can say with absolute certainty that the Belgrave Hotel Glasgow is in no way even my lowest standard.
-Staircase so ramshackle that one has fear, equal to crash
-Backyard (parking) filthy with garbage bags exposed around
-Sanitary facilities moldy, built in Loveless/talentlos
-Beds (room? ) wrong, so that you can find again in the night on the floor
-Power boxes little trust yet because some burnt plastic smell
Patch/holes of unknown origin on the walls/carpets
Well, I have want to enjoy breakfast. Might have been OK. I may not be here sure. So, what matter, I value-neutral.
I held very positive contact by E-Mail with the staff. The front desk was occupied but not with the friendly Scots. Is also a matter of sensation but maybe after two weeks of Ireland B & B.
All in all: no recommendation from me. Rather a few miles in the country, cheap B&B make and with public / car commute every day.
