NEVER book a room with these people. A global pandemic and they are keeping 100% of the money I paid. There is a special place in hell for those that profit from their loyal customer's misfortune at a time like this.

What an amazing hotel 👍🏼🥰 I was there for 5 nights with my partner and it was such a great experience. Hotel is nearby underground and Market shops all the way.
We had junior suit at lower ground and it was private and quiet place. Whole straff is very helpfull and smiling people💖 a BIG THUMBS UP👍🏼👏🏽
Hotel roms are very clean and better then pictures on nett.
Breakfast hall is not very big, but cozy and very good breakfast experience.
I will give you 5 of 5 stars for everything❤️

A very nice, quaint hotel, in a very good location, about 3 minute walk from the main streat and the tube station. The room we got was very small but had everything we needed so no complaints there. I got the tub which I asked for and in luck! It was the last room left with a tub! The breakfast is a very nice continental breakfast with fresh vegetables, breads, croissants, 4 kinds of cheese, 4 kinds of sausage, a fruit salad, a selection of jams and hot drinks, cornflakes and granola, and some butter and sour cream. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is the window blinds… There's a certain angle to the wall where the window is. So the darkening curtains don't actually cover the window… There's a very large space between the window and the curtains so they blocked little to no light which was an issue for me cuz light bothers me heavily… I had to rely on my sleeping mask mostly. Other than that I had a great time and the staff was lovely and very helpful!

Nice room and balcony! A park in front of the room so you can hear nice birds in morning and evening.

Fair solution for the price you pay. However the breakfast is not worth it and in my case the room was too noisy. Close to the laundry room or kitchen hearing a machine working almost all night. Good location for tourism and work. Easy and fast connection to Victoria — gatwick express.

Third stay for us in this hotel. We are every time delighted with the welcome, the rooms are clean. Breakfast is plentiful and regularly busy (it's a buffet). We never had a problem to have an umbrella bed a high chair or to make us heat the baby's bottle. They are kid-friendly.

The hotel is ok even if the furniture should be redone. The service is on the other hand very good quality.

Have not stayed here yet as unfortunately had to cancel due to an emergency. Had paid a discounted rate in advance which had a no cancellation policy. The emergency happened just days before we were due to stay and after contacting the hotel explaining the situation I was told there was nothing that could be done, I wasn’t expecting a refund but maybe some understanding and possibly the chance to reschedule the booking. I was left rather upset and disappointed at the short blunt emails back stating there was nothing they could do. I received a call from a team member the following day though (day of the booking) to see if I still needed to cancel which I did, I was overwhelmed when I was then informed they would issue a full refund which was processed that same day. I received an email from a manager also which really goes a long way and my feelings towards the hotel have completely changed. So a mixture of customer service received but an overwhelming outcome for someone who has not yet stayed in the hotel.

The worst choice for the quite pricey hotel. Advantages: Location. Everything is close including tube station and for those who want to live in a good area of London. They dont have kettles in the room so u can call so many times u want and they will serve it for u in your room. Disadvantages: NOISY spanish speaking cleaning ladies. I hardly controlled myself of not calling the reception manager. PAY ATTANTION, your guests want to sleep in the morning not listening some women are chatting next to your door. Awful choise for breakfast. You dont have a buffet? really?! I have to ask ppl to serve me food with a limited choise of dishes and drinks. ARE U SURE U ARE 4 STARS HOTEL?! ; I got a groud floor room and had to observe ppl walking outside (their legs and shoes to be exact). Moreover the hotel staff didnt inform me about it and refused to change my room. "Lovely" and shame on you! Furniture is old and lots of stuff look "tired". Broken cabin in the room I paid for made it even worse reputation. SAVE your money and dont book this "4 stars hotel" with a "1 star service and look"!

Lovely quiet location, wonderful helpful staff, short easy walk to vibrant Earls Court Road and Underground train Station.
Fantastic breakfast offerings.
Well appointed rooms.
Free tea / Coffee including cappuccino etc available 24 hours was a welcome treat.
Each room includes a free mobile phone with unlimited data and local calls was greatly appreciated.

It was at least 6th time myself, my parents or my friends have stayed at the hotel. It is very likely that my mom's stay this weekend will be the last one. My mom was placed in the smallest room possible (i wold hope there are no smaller ones) regardless of the booking and this is not the first time we have asked to be moved. My mom was then showed a basement room with barely any light as an alternative. After much complaining she was given a room in which you can actually turn around. I was even told that if the staff had know we were loyal customers she would not have been given the room she was in the first place. This shows that your staff is willing to give the worst rooms to everyone, and hope that the customer does not complain. While the overall service was good and you provide good breakfast, the fact that you do not care about where you put your visitors is shocking.

Good price (~100 euro per night), good location, quiet, small rooms, poor breakfast (read Italian style), Romanian? staff with lots of chit chat. Metro station 10 minutes away.

Nice hotel, lovely breakfast room. Reasonable choice for breakfast but coffee isn't great unfortunately. Some rooms possibly a little quirky — ours had a low ceiling but it was noted in their website.

Nice hotel, staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was good, lots of non-cooked choices such as cereals, meats, fruit, pastries, toast, tea, coffee, orange juice. Checkout being at 11 means no huge rush. Mezzanine room has character and was cheaper than other rooms too. Low ceiling though, not for the very tall but this was made very clear when booking.

Unique suites. Love it. Booked and have been there several times. Very friendly and helpful staff. A few hundreds meters from Earl's court tube station. Amazing breakfast. Will book again. Highly recommended!

Lovely place to stay as regard to surroundings rooms service, however I found the pillows unbearable and the bed very hard not my choice of comfort if these issues were looked at ie one hard pillow maybe one soft and the mattresses were looked into this would be a superb place to stay thanks.

Pleasant hotel but with some flaws. A room with a bath but the faucet does not work, not very convenient to take a bath… A bathroom not quite clean, with midges crushed in the ceiling, the floor not swept, the ventilation makes a noise d'hell as soon as the light is switched on. The breakfast is good but not in the real English tradition. Croissants, chocolate croissants, fruit, cereals, 3 kinds of cheese and a little deli. No fried bacon, nor d'eggs… it is missing a few small things. But l'home is impeccable, nothing to say about the kindness.

Fun night in four poster (comfortable) bed with Ensuite in quiet area, close to tube station. Nice reception staff and good breakfast. What more could you ask in London for this reasonable price.

Keen to revert on some of the issues raised: 1. Noise from refrigeration unit: We apologise for this. We investigated the noise and found out that it was due to the unit touching the side board and vibrating. It has now been resolved. 2. Opaque doors: We take guest privacy very seriously and the patio area outside the room mentioned is a public space — hence the opaque doors. 3. Sensor lights: We try to reduce our carbon footprint where we can. However, we take on board comments about involuntary activation and resolve these on a room by room basis. 4. Ladders: We seek to constantly maintain and improve our building. We apologise for inconvenience this sometimes causes our guests and will seek to better forewarn customers likely to be affected. Great quiet location but fails to live up to expectations. Good points — Location. Clean. Pleasant reception staff. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom, towels and bath robe. Decent breakfast. For the price, excellent in these regards, but. Bad points — Ancillary hotel staff didn't understand much of what was asked of them. My room (3) in the basement — although an "upgrade" and larger than expected — was next to a room containing refrigeration equipment so until midnight there was a loud noise and vibration from this. Although the room faced a courtyard the patio doors were opaque making it feel rather "bunker-like". Silly motion sensing light in the bathroom kept switching on and off inconveniently. Hotel had the feel of having just changed hands. There was "stuff" everywhere from reception to corridors that made it feel very scruffy. Outside patio could have been lovely but was full of ladders and building material. Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
