Great location. The room is small but clean.

In my opinion really a nice hotel. Attention, there is no elevator, but steep stairs, but no problem. Beautiful room and gleaming bathroom. Great location just a short walk from Earl's Cour tube station. Recommended for a short stay. I would love to go again.

Good for a short stay. Rooms are relatively small. You can clearly hear what the guests in your adjacent room is discussing and so be prepared. Breakfast served is decent.

Budget hotel which is neat, close to tube station and up to my expectations! Staff is good. They provide a basic breakfast and also Wi-Fi. Room is good with all basic facilities. There is no Lift… taking your luggage to second or third floor would be painful!

I recently stayed here while I was in London. Location: The hotel is a few steps away from the Earls Court tube station, which is very convenient. Perfect for anyone looking to explore London. Plus close to some really nice pubs, souvenir shops, and Boots. The street that the hotel is gorgeous! Hotel: The receptionist was very nice and recongized me every time I came through the door. Keys had to picked up/dropped at the reception. The lobby is kind of small, but had a lovely welcoming feeling. They would have cold water and mints on the desk for anyone to help themselves to. Breakfast is located downstairs in a nice greenhouse like building that let the sunshine in. The Room: I got a standard en suite, which was nicely decorated with a 1700/1800's theme. Very lovely. The room and bathroom were a bit smaller, but that is expected with a vintage hotel and I did not mind. It was just hard to shower sometimes. Breakfast was simple, but there were lots of options to choose from to fill up on. There was cheese, meats, chocolate chip bread, croissants, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast, tea, and coffee. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely be back!

I’ve been there several times and rooms were really comfortable in general and clean as well. Breakfast was always fresh and with a variety of food. Good location. Receptionists were really kind and I would definitely go back as I always do.

The rooms are clean, the bathroom is very small, the room is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 03.2018 to 06.03.2018 paid for two £180, then moved to another hotel in Padington it was a horror-dirty rooms, towels, noise from the station and it was felt when the subway train was passing, and for 4 nights for 1 paid £300.

Old, accustomed, Minibad, thin walls U. S. W does not deserve the name of hotel, better than to denote displacement!

Location, price, cleanliness — all excellent.

Location — perfect. Tube Earls Court right around the corner (2min), Zone 1 (where also all interesting things lie) on the district and Piccadilly Line.
Staff — very friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean. The ventilation and the Festerinnenrahmen were filthy. Shower for a 1, 87 big man a disaster as we had been rebooked to the attic room and the shower was under the roof slant. The feather beds however were very clean but well located.
Breakfast — to start the day in order, nothing extraordinary. Sausage and cheese without refrigeration. Offer in Buffet (selection) : 3x cheese, 2x sausage, eggs (hard cooked), jam and jam, peanut butter and Nutella, cereal, fruit, sweet particles.
All in all for a short trip in order. Unfortunately there is no lift and only very narrow stairs… for hand luggage O. K. Bigger suitcases rather difficult.

It was very nice and clean. Great value for money.

It is very economical for London so you may repeat it.

Very nice staff. The location was perfect. Only 2 minutes away from the subway.

Excellent location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Short easy walk from Earl's Court Tube station. Single room had the smallest bathroom and shower was nearly too small to be funtional, but I managed.

Great. Good breakfast and clean. I went in and out at different times and was almost always the same receptionist, a blonde girl with very nice and professional glasses. I felt bad not being able to say goodbye because the driver came just when he had to go to attend something different from the reception … Thank you very much for the help in everything, the kindness and the friendliness. Be happy.

Breakfast rather moderate but the location is unbeatable for the price.

Clean, comfortable, well located, friendly staff and friendliness… I have not been able to say goodbye to the receptionist very friendly. A pity.

I chose this place because it was in my budget, had breakfast included, is very close to the underground and was rated well for cleanliness. I was very pleased after staying here. It met my expectations and the staff was very friendly and the room was quiet while sleeping. My only critique is the beds are very firm.

A very warm and responsive management and staff, making this hotel a home for us in London.

The hotel was a delight and the front desk was very helpful. We felt that room was extremely clean and the fixtures were all updated. We felt that there was plenty of space for the two of us. Breakfast was well stocked and a nice way to start our day.

Was really nice but we we're on the top floor and there was no loft so my feet basically died.

Horrible expérience. We are used to go to London and this was the worst value for price we ever had. Staff was not firendly. Our room (number 1) was located in the basement and smelled horrible. Furniture were more than used (holes in sofas fake leather, broken bench, …). Television was about to fall from it's wall stand. The window connected us directly to the dining room?! The breakfast is over at 9:30. We were woken up early by the fire drill during several minutes because someone used the toaster in the breakfast area. No one apologised for the inconvenience. Never again!

OK Small rooms. Uncomfotable bed. Clean. Friendly staff. Free wlan. Lots of stairs and no elevator — therefore not much/heavy luggage recommended because you have to carry it on your own up the stairs.

Sorry, but really old inventory, small rooms and minimalistic and dirty bathrooms. No go.
