Exceptional afternoon tea catered for a hen party. Sat outside at the back (the orangery) which is beautiful.

Excellent location, attention to detail generally, frequent turnover in youngish staff which can make for a welcome change, however turning a bit too bureaucratic which is not at all the way it used to be.

We had the afternoon tea. Excellent food, service and environment.

My wife and I had afternoon tea here and it was splendid. The service was impeccable as was the food and tea. The location is great, close to the tube station. The hotel staff is great. While we didn't stay at the hotel, it's now in our short list for trips to London.

We had afternoon tea reservations at 4pm. It was a lovely day, so we got to sit in the garden. Tea sandwiches and desserts were delicious. The tea was also excellent. The only issue we had was our tea arrived two hours in and we had find someone for check because we had to go. Our was switched unfortunately between each other. But we loved the experience because the garden was so beautiful.

Had a lovely afternoon tea, garden was beautiful but unfortunately started raining halfway through. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food was very tasty and fresh. Excellent value for money.

The Orangery restaurant is lovely but the staff is pretentious and unwelcoming. Georgie Archer treats clients poorly and should not work in hospitality really given how pretentious she is in addressing clients. I would recommend taking a lovely photo there but NOT staying for a meal.

Yesterday we had tea to celebrate my grandaughter 's birthday, it was all delicious and plentiful, beautifully served on exquisite china by very helpful staff, a real treat enjoyed by all the family. Thank you. Helen Stevens.

Stayed here for my son's wedding and the venue and staff were. Amazing! Beautiful wedding. Beautiful rooms. Fantastic friendly efficient staff! X.

I was there on 8th December to 10th December 2017 this hotel is nice but not worth what price they asking for in same price you can get better hotels in London. On top staff also not that friendly. If they provide you room at 3rd floor there is no elevator please keep this in your mind. Basically this is town home converted to hotel please don’t see beautiful pictures online and book this place.

Went there for afternoon tea. Very cute ambiance and great service. Food was however not my cup of tea. Overall enjoyed the experience but on the fence if I'd go back again just because it's expensive if you don't enjoy the food.

Went there for afternoon tea and it was superb. Really good quality food. A hidden gem in central London. Really fancy place with lovely decor and service.

Just visited that hotel. The service quite good apart of one guy (probably foreign manager) at dining room. The staff shouldn't bring their problems to work and keep smiling.

A small gem in South Kensington. The staff and service just amazing. Very nice place. I would come back to it anytime when visiting London.

A genuine boutique hotel. Lovely interiors on ground floor, very small rooms, v expensive for what you get. Service is outstanding. Well trained people and a very high staff to guest ratio. Food is great, but expect a premium across the board. Location is the key to thir ability to get the prices and stay nearly full most of the time — close to a Tube station, all kensington museums AND Chelsea.

This place is much bigger than you expect on the inside and has everything other kit kemp hotels have as well. Rooms clean service impeccable. Only downside is you have to ring doorbell to get in late night.

This hotel is very charming and full of character and a great venue for Afternoon Tea. Highly recommended if you want a cosy atmosphere. Staff are incredibly friendly, with a great sense of humour and provide outstanding service and excellent interaction with hotel guests.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in for look / feel and getting things right. Atmosphere, service, decor. Has it all. The menu in the restaurant in the evening was disappointing but plenty of options locally. Breakfast was very good.

Stayed here two nights last week Met all expectations Will return at a later date Great value.

Amazing hotel! So luxurious and cosy! The decor is gorgeous and the garden in the back typical romantic english. Highly recommended.

London is my favourite city! And this hotel is beautiful, lovely and wonderful! A very good breakfast, I sleep very well, a beautiful bedroom! and a Perfect Location! South Kensington near the Victoria and Alberts Museum, starbucks and a lot of pub! =D.
