The rooms are very tidy, personnel friendly. The breakfast is quite expensive however.

Very nice lobby and restaurant. Food is also very good for the price paid. Rooms were spacious enough for London standards and exceptionally clean. Just one thing, reception and concierge staff are Spanish and their English is so — so. When you ask for local information rather than being helpful they start making a face, giving you a quick nonsense information. Nice.

Comfortable, modern and pleasant hotel. Typical NH. Well located, close to several important museums. Metro nearby. Friendly and attentive staff. Some room overlooks a nice interior garden. EYE with the rooms: there are some very small.

We thoroughly enjoyed all 13 nights we stayed at the hotel. Perfect location near the tube station and bus stop. Definitely a four star hotel. Other than our room keycards deactivating about every day and a slight attitude from front desk staff when fixing it, all the employees were great. Rooms are pretty darn spacious for Europe. Breakfast is absolutely worth the cost. High quality delicious items. There is also a superstar on the staff who really impressed my wife and I. I wish I could remember his name but he is a younger, thin gentleman with glasses. I'm pretty sure he was working all day every day during our stay. We would wake up at 7:00 and he would be working the buffet and when we came back to the hotel for the night, he would be closing up the bar. I'm pretty sure he was pulling 14 to 16 hour days and he always served us with a smile and an upbeat attitude. Got us everything that we needed. If he isn't already, he needs to be a manager because his work ethic is second to none. Promote him now! Again, it was a great stay and nh hotel will be our go to hotel on all our trips to London.

We have spent four days there, and I only have words of gratitude. A wonderful deal, especially Miss LAURA MARTINEZ, a great professional, like TERESA LOPEZ, have made our stay perfect. The hotel I recommend to 100%. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the center. I'm sure we'll be back.

Located in one of the most pleasant areas of London; Close to a metro station allowing you to easily move around the capital of the UK. It has a staff willing to make your stay unforgettable.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Earls Court station. There are many restaurants on the street from the station and supermarkets nearby. There is also a bus stop at the door.
The room is very nice. It is wide and has the necessary facilities. We have not hired breakfast but there are several cafes nearby in case the price of the buffet is not worth it.
Ana attended very kindly in Spanish at the reception, giving us advice on walks and also helping where to change currency.

Rooms and service very well, ideally placed (5 minutes walk from the station Earls Court) 30 minutes from the Tower of London by Metro. Only downside it gives on a passing road. The ringtones of the ambulances going to the hospital nearby can awaken some.

Terrible Hotel. Great location. Avoid staying here. Very unhelpful staff. We had severe voltage fluctuations in our room. This killed our electronic devices. Super rude Hotel Manager/Director too.

Very good location. Friendly service, distinguished attention. Breakfast is acceptable. A single elevator complicates traffic considerably. The room in the rooms is quite small. Some facilities somewhat deteriorated.

It's always great to go to London. Repeat at this hotel every time we go is the best, nor do we consider the change. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And staff? Always wonderful but this year I think even better. Sorry not to remember your names guys, but thank you very much for everything.

Clean modern room at a great location. 5 minutes walk to Earls Court tube and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants/pubs around the hotel. 2 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store.

Good hotel with friendly staff.

It's not evil but at the same price you find structures. Better and more central. It's located on a rather busy town day and night but has rooms overlooking a small garden. Spanish hotel chain and equally the majority of customers. Qyando I had booked I asked and specified not to want room at the ground floor and in fact arrived at the hotel I had assigned just that! They allowed me to change room but I had to wait fuss at 10pm.

Friendly, knowledgeable, quick and helpful staff. Good sized rooms for the price and location. Resembles small rooms in the states. Linens were fresh and clean and the room had nice big windows well lit. I stood on the 4th floor so can't speak for the other floors.

Great location, service and breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful to work with. But the room was lacking for the quialty and price of the hotel. Our room GL 11 was very quiet and clean but very outdated and beat up with a musty smell. Otherwise I would rate 5.

Good hotel in the Kensington area, something central of London. Recommended because it is not very expensive for the usual in the area. I miss the now defunct Kensington Market, where I dressed as Duran Duran and the new romantics.

Very very well located bus and metro nearby and Kensington district chic and superb; But some rooms are noisy as overlooking the boulevard; or others where the heating does not work especially at the corner of the hotel.

Was impressed at the size of the room and bed, which was huge and very comfortable. Great location close to Earls Court tube station. Room was very quiet despite being on a busy road. Would definitely recommend for a reasonably priced stay in this part of London.

This hotel is very well located (a 5 minute walk from the Metro). The staff are very welcoming, very good advice, the room is clean, the bed is very large and comfortable!

Hotel is a great location, in the city centre area, could arrive as long as 5 minutes walk from Earls Court station. Hotel was very clean, rooms have very comfortable beds, and facilities are very complete. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is also a very beautiful garden, where breakfast can be very good, but unfortunately, we did not do.

We like the hotel very much and whenever we go to London and there is any offer we take it since its normal price is high. Its facilities are modern nothing to do with the other hotels british style. More than acceptable breakfast even if it is no problem because there are many places to take a good breakfast in the area. Very friendly staff; most Spanish. Its location is very good: two Victoria stations from the nearby Earls Court station and the neighborhood of pleasant Kengsington to walk to Hyde Park. Recommended 100% with the only downside of the price.

The NH Kensington is a very good hotel. The staff are very friendly and try to make the impossible possible. We were due to a flight delay already too late, but were allowed to have breakfast anyway. If you looking for the hairdryer, look into the wardrobe.

It is an excellent hotel. Very well connected. Unsurpassed attention. At reception the Miss Elena is a plank of the hotel, friendly, discreet, knowledgeable of London, their assistance in our doubts was 10. Daniel idem. Its rooms are spacious, llimpias and cared for and if you stay in one that has views to the beautiful garden, enjoy.
I will only say that I will return. Ah! Breakfast, a luxury.

The hotel is very clean and Nice, the breakfast was enough variety and the staff friendly and helpful. Very very cute little garden behind the hotel which is accessed from the lobby, which is also very nice with red sofas with high backrest, ideal to stop for a chat and a drink a nightcap.
The room: furnished without any special pomp was spacious with the window into the garden, quiet and especially clean and tidy (i. E. What one expects from a 4 stars).
Links: out front (meaning at 10 meters from the door) there is the bus stop 74 that take you directly to Harrods which is on the same street as the hotel (my wife says thank you), reaches up to Hyde Park Corner where somehow or other you can choose any other venue. No more than a hundred meters from the hotel (around the corner of the block, there is a bus stop of C1 (for Victoria Station) and 328 (Notting Hill).
No more than 5 min walk to Earl's Court station.
If you need there is a supermarket across the street that closes at 23, convenient, for water bottle or if you forgot your toothbrush. Also Earl's Court Road is full of eateries (simple things) and a couple of pubs very pleasant. We Recommend The Blackbird.

An honest and decent hotel is not always easy to find in London. NH Hotels provide a high comfort standards and up to date facilities. Good value for money.
