The place is perfectly located by 3 train stations one over ground 2 under at Barons. Green and blue lines.

My friend and I had a great experience here! We booked a studio which isn't the main hotel but just a couple of buildings over. It had a double bed and then a loft area with another double bed (directly on the floor). While the space was compact, the loft really opened it up more and it had a kitchen sink, microwave, a few dishes, etc. Leaving the windows open made it cool enough to sleep in early September. It's a short walk to the Overground and about a 15 minute walk to get to the Underground on the Central, Picadilly, or District lines. It also came with free Wi-Fi and free breakfast!

Small but cozy room, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

Our family of 4 booked 5 nights for in beging August. It was awful to stay here. They gave us room faceing on street. It was so noisy and hot we could not sleep. We asked them if we can get one night quite room to sleep. She (work in the morning) told me she will try. Later we found out that they do have one better room was available (vacant) for a night but she didn’t tell us. We still have suffer two more night hot, noisy and sleep less night. It is not worth money to stay here. I will not recommend people to stay here during summer.

Wasn’t what I was expecting at first but it’s actually a great hotel at a low cost. Rooms are a bit small as are toilets/showers. Excellent breakfast.

Have booked a double room with en suite bathroom for 7 days. The room was small but very clean and it was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast simple and delicious. Around the corner is even a small supermarket and a pub. Bus stops and metro are nearby, but about 30 minutes you should be able to spend the usual stations such as Victoria, etc. Plan it already.

Very picturesque and quiet. It has No elevator so I find it not appropriate for older people or with babies. The Breakfast is complete although it does not have gluten free options.

Very welcoming and friendly and like no other. Very unique place. Breakfast is simple and comforting. Good value for money and more.

Hotel and Room itself are really very clean only the Breakfast room is extremely tight and you have to speak of Happiness when you can sit together at the Table as a Family. Breakfast selection is also Average, no Fruit!
Nevertheless, I highly recommend the Hotel … Price/Performance top!

Great value for money I stayed co my mother, my daughter, my sister, my brother-in-law and my niece, we had 2 rooms a quadruple is a double… well we had a great time.
Very clean and welcoming. Metro to 3 minutes and bus stop the sidewalk in front! I recommend it!

Do 4 stars for the cleanliness, the tranquility and the courtesy of the staff. The Hotel is located a bit out of the centre but it is very well served by public transport (bus and Metro which are always very efficient in England).
We stayed in the house adjacent to the Hotel. The room (Studio 8) Although small was very practical and with spaces organized very well for four people.
It's been a few years since I come to London and this hotel was a good choice that I would recommend.
The only flaw is the breakfast… But you can be satisfied.

Good place to stay for a couple of days. It's like been at home. Good service and everything is really cleaned. Breakfast is good but not so much variet. There's no lift/elevator so you have to go up and down stairs if you are in the higher levels to go the bathroom (not all the rooms have private bathroom). Everything is fine. Recommended.

For a low fare hotel it's well runned. If you don't mind the steep stairs, the creaky and not really flat floors and the little rooms you will find great value for your money and a good access to bus and metro for the city centre. It's regularly cleaned and the staff is very accommodating.

Quite an old hotel. Looks a little like a hostel. You have to share the toilet and showers with other rooms. Free breakfast which is really nice. Although the rooms are a bit dated, it's an okay place to stay, not very noisy. Stayed with two young kids (nearly 3 and nearly 6 years old) but the room and the hotel were fine for us. In the day we were out a lot and in the evening the kids went to bed early, but there was no noise from the other guest, so that was great!

Great stay in London if you don't need something unnecessarily luxurious. The rooms and bathrooms are small, there's no elevator. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Place is very close to the subway. Wifi is one of the best I ever seen. Shower is good.

2 star Hotel Small but in the right sizes. Located in a not noisy area at night. In Three people we booked a quadruple to stay more comfortable. The right bathroom for a normal body person. Breakfast was varied, continental (croissants waffle pancakes cornflakes cereals with fruit juice milk coffee and tea… boiled eggs cooked ham salami cheese butter with sandwiches).

A great place to stay in London. Clean, fair and very central. The owners are lovely too.

Nice big room and very clean. Not the most modern hotel ive stayed in but perfectly good for the price. 10 mins from nearest tube. Breakfast was continental. Coffee was stewed both mornings I was there.

Good, clean room with enough space despite 2 double beds. Excellent breakfast and nice lounge with free tea and coffee. Great location, near the tube and in a pleasant residential area. Would highly recommend!

We love this place, its always really clean there is coffee and chocolates in the sitting room, the staff have always been friendly and it has fabulous décor.

Charming hotel, close to transportation, clean rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit on the sugary side, but not bad.

Me and my fiance stayed for 1night it was brilliant we actually quiet like the small double room felt really cosy and the bed was amazingly comfortable and everything was spotless and smelled great. The breakfast was great with lots to choose and great coffee! Loved the lounge area where we sat for like a hour at the fire too! will definetly come back :)

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms. But it's on the busy road. On the other hand it's very cheap! So you have to find it out. The breakfasts are bombshell.

The room was ok. The bathroom had everything we needed. The room was a bit little but it was big enough though we only went there to sleep. We had a tablee, a huge mirror and some comfortable chairs. The breakfast was very good. They had croissants, bread, cupcakes, hot coffee, juice, tea, bread toasters, cheese, salami, ham, a lot of things…

Cute place just steps from line overground (attention, here the trains run every 15 minutes or so). Cleanliness very good. Room smallish with curtains and no shutters (the morning after dawn plenty of natural light). Breakfast a bit fierce but acceptable.

I have been to this hotel last week and can't recommend it enough.
It is very convenient to reach (from Heathrow you get off the train at Hammersmith (1, 50£) and take bus 10, falling to Kensington Olympia Station), Holland Road is the road on the corner of Universal Music and the hotel is at the first crossing.
The facility is very clean and comfortable, the room was large and even gave an extra bed (we had requested a double and got a bed in addition to double — but was slightly smaller —).
The bathroom is not very big, but at least the toilet is not encased in a corner. Of course there is the bidet.
Negative point out that the shower, not large, has a welcome which separates it from the floor, making a little risky to exit by the same with the floor wet.
Also, the week was a bit windy, and entered many drafts in the room despite the double curtains closed.
Breakfast, though not abundant, it is still well stocked.
The staff is very courteous and helpful with information to go to the main tourist attractions.
My fiancee and I preferred to do the Oyster to move us into town without problems (with Travelcard Zone 1-2, 30 pounds for a week) that overall is great if you are going to shoot a lot. Transport Council to take the bus in front of the 10 Universal Music and alight at High Street Kensington where the metro and you can achieve a little everything.

Americans beware. amazing front staff and location. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. However upon the last day of my stay I noticed 3 $20 bills missing from my bag. I had thought it was strange that the cleaning staff organized the inside of my bags each day, but didn't think anything suspicious because everyone was so nice. Yet by the end of my stay at this hotel I am missing $60 that I know beyond a doubt was stolen from my bag. I feel so violated and now like they had believed me to be a stupid American tourist the entire time. If you want to stay here, lock up ALL of your belongings and just don't trust anyone.

Nice hotel if you know adapt to the shared bathroom and small rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and served by DLR and tube.

Is said to have lost two towels in our room (I think they just didn't give us those towels), but when we check out, the lady behind the counter do not politely inquire about it, like we're stealing towels. I was calm, because it is clear that all this is a misunderstanding. However, she continued to ask for towels, just like we stole it, I have to open the Pack to prove that we did not take the towel. It was a rather frustrating time (for my pregnant wife), because at that time we were about to leave to go to …

Room had an awesome mezzanine level bed! Decent bathroom, mini kitchen and fridge, clean. Good for the price. Close to buses and an overground, but not any particularly convenient tube stations.

Very nice Hotel in a good Central location close to S-Bahnhof Olympia and bus stop in front of the door. Clean rooms and nice staff — highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the stay at the London Visitors Hotel.
Even though we booked a basic twin room with shared bathroom, they upgraded us to a nicer room ensuite.
The hotel was one of the cleaniest I've seen and it was warm and cozy.
The rooms decoration are not the best but the cleanliness and the size of them make forget this fact.
The breakfast is good. There is not a huge variety of food but it is enough for a breakfast and the croissants are very decent! It is located 20 minutes walking time to Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens.
The underground station of Kensington Olympia and for trains to Gatwick is just one minute walking time.
If you need to use hairdryer, they will let you one for free.
The staff could be a little bit nicer.
Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en London Visitors Hotel. Aunque habíamos reservado una habitación básica con dos camas y baño compartido, nos pasaron a una habitación con dos camas dobles y baño.
Es uno de los hoteles más limpios que he visto y además está totalmente climatizado y lo encontramos acogedor. La decoración de las habitaciones no es nada especial pero se olvida al ser unas habitaciones tan limpias y espaciosas.
El desayuno está bastante bien. No es que haya una gran variedad de comida pero es perfecto para un desayuno.

We stayed 3 nights in March to London Visitors hotel in a triple room with a double and single bed (there were 3 guys), perfect, no problems with the language, most helpful in giving information on metro and bus, unlimited Wi-Fi with 5 pounds more, clean and comfortable rooms, clean underwear every day, great breakfast (find Nutella is something sensational), very "English" relaxation room, well connected in the middle (not too distant) with the Kensington Olympia (only weekends), 7/10 minutes bus each night. Just return to London the first thing will be booking a room here.

Small rooms but clean, nice and well accomodate. The breakfast tasty and the staff to friendly. I. M to satisfied.
