Excellent accommodation near Metro and shopping.

Hell hole of a place. Dirty. Rooms not suitable… no plugs for tvs.

We asked for an apartment room to fit three people and we got a sofa bed and a double, but it's fair enough because we didn't specify that we wanted beds for three separate people. We were there for a night out and it did the job beautifully. Spacious, clean, secure, friendly, very reasonable price for Kensington, kitchen, cooking utensils/glassware, dining table, 5 minutes walk from the tube and shops/restaurant, everything you could want from an overnight apartment. Didn't test out their services as we were pretty self sufficient with all the amenities they provided. Would definitely book with them again.

Bad quality rooms and services.

Apartment is simply and well decorated. Staff at reception were polite and helpful. Wi-Fi accessibility was inconsistent with it not working the first night of our stay and dropping in and out after that. No other real complaints. Everything seemed to work and the apartment was as described.

We have an upgraded room. The room is small. There is no dresser or a clock radio. The drapes are short so light comes in. The counter in the bathroom is over the toilet so there is a good possibility that items can fall into it.

Great location. Friendly and professional checkin. However, standard rooms not great for sound (can hear someone nextdoor sneezing) and curtains are really ineffectual. Both bars are kind of tacky (one feels like a Weatherspoons; the other feels like a strip club and not in a good way). Also have to agree with the many other reviewers on how terrible the Wi-Fi is. Overall, a disappointing hotel for the price.

Relaxing stay, comfortable and clean rooms. Kind and helpful security staff but overall was let down by general customer service. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful — too keen to hard sell an upgrade to answer any questions. Day of checkout also spoilt by random calls to the room phone at 8am and domestic staff coming to clean the room at 9am despite us explaining we would check out at 11am (an hour earlier than recommended). Would recommend for a one night stay if you were going to be out all day.

We have just stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, from Mon — Fri, The minute you walk in to the minute you leave you are very well looked after. Very Professional, Polite Staff, Very Smart, Very Friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The Rooms are good size, comfortable, and very clean, only thing to say is the Decor could do with being updated, But overall a Great Hotel. Easy Access to the Tube around the corner, the high street, and more importantly the Museums. Taxi's are easy to get hold of too. So easy to get around and its in a lovely Location. We have had a Fantastic Time and Loved every minute of it. The breakfast was superb, it was Hot, everything was easily accessible, and very clean. We were on the 12th Floor, Bit windy But what would you expect from that height, What a View we had. The Brasserie was great, the food was excellent, service, and Cocktails (loved those). Thankyou.

3 single beds provided, when we asked for a double and a single. Windows let in a lot of light early in the morning. Breakfast was expensive and Wi-Fi cost extra. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Against the Ambassadors Hotel grundsätzich nothing Bad to say, if one is used to sleeping in Bunny stables. Really annoying, however, is that you have to pay for the also only shortly below asked Luggage on the day of departure, once again, 5, 00 pound. I have experienced in any Hotel around the world.

For the price a very good Hotel! Of course, the Tooth of the time gnaws at the a or other room furnishings but the staff is very friendly, the food rich and delicious! In addition, the Hotel location is conveniently located and minutes to all the attractions!

A good hotel for a weekend stay. It's within walking distance to gloucester road metro station and close to a few good restaurants. The hotel serves breakfast in the morning, consisting of coffee, juice, breads and pastries. The rooms are small but comfortable for two people. Bathrooms are small but adequate with a tub and shower. The Wi-Fi was the biggest complaint, with incredibly slow speeds in the rooms and lobby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall it's a decent hotel, nothing special but a good stay if you are planning on spending the day exploring outside of the hotel.

F very poor, checkin in another hotel had to walk a block out. Gave us a basement room, not the Elevator! Funny? to see money eye to open, basement, too ashamed to make room for the same money is it?!

WARNING STAY AWAY We arrived at the hotel and were allocated an apartment which deværre proved to be cleaned — we got a new apartment, which had not been cleaned, among other things, was that old leftovers in the fridge. You forgot also to clean every day, one day we got cleaned at 19 o'clock in the evening after numerous inquiries. The rooms were generally not up to date, although there is written anything in their prospectus. You can not control the temperature in the apartment, which is extremely hot and, open the windows, it is a terrible noise from the street. There is NO air conditioning have been cheated by the hotel descriptions that kept you away. If you do not want a bad experience which cost a formue. De writes that there is free Wi-Fi. BUT it does not work — only if you use it at night when no one else is on.

The hotel ambrassador is good. The first floor is great for the price. Clean, good beds — nice! only we don't know how the other floors are likely to be older. So only the first floor! bad the staff is. Very `arrogant`, as if they were super nice to jmd. — we had to sleep the first night in the sister hotel of them, because something was broken and for the expiry you are in the sky have lifted, the price was much too high. We should sleep in a basement room without a window — but all at no extra cost… would have been even more beautiful. So if the not have been = would be a good hotel. So = really annoying.
