The stay in London was great, the hotel is located at Knightsbridge stop just off the Harrods. In 3 stations you are in the center Piccadilly Circus. We knew Jumeirah from Dubai — Jumeirah al Naseem — a luxury hotel that is second to none. This in London, however, had nothing in common except for the name and dates that were welcomed. Dark corridors and rooms, all very small and squat, in the rooms but greater signs of wear on the carpet and walls & in the bathroom, a tile clearly stood out, which disturbed when showering. The toilet flush worked only partially and the water jet when hand washing and showering was very low. So the next time London doesn't guarantee more in this hotel — 5 stars are just more than too much.

Nice and friendly staff — clean hotel, note that the pool is in another building. But overall, I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, room was great and clean. Nice location close to shops and Hyde park. Breakfast was a little pricey for what you get but food was still delicious. Would stay again.

Very nice and luxurious hotel, great professional services, friendly staff. Unfortunately appearance of building from exterior is very ugly and do not math at all with the neighbourhood. Not sure what the architects been thinking off or been on when projected revitalisation of the Knightsbridge area. It's simple block of flat within great location.

Lovely hotel and we were lucky enough to win some spa gifts and money to spend in the restaurant or bar!

I was very excited to stay at the Lowndes as I had recently stayed at the Jumeriah in Mallorca a few months prior. That excitement turned to disappointment very quickly as the hotel doesn't compare to other Jumeriah standards and in fact not even to a basic hotel chain. The first evening we arrived we noticed blood on our sheets in several spots and when we called housekeeping they insinuated we had done it, but since we hadn't even stayed there one evening it was impossible. We also had to call for basis toiletries such as toilet paper which to me seems unacceptable. There is nothing 5 star about this property except the prices.

The place is easy to find. Service is great. Rooms are fine, not great.

Very good Hotel, good location for shopping, work, has, however, the breakfast room small. For a breakfast more abundant, there is a fee. The nearest tube stop is Knightsbridge.

Great. The service is also very good. Very quiet, located in London's wealthy areas. Go shopping or something are quite close.

In the space of an hour trying to get ready to go out I was disturbed twice by housekeeping. The room was nice and spacious and I slept well. There was nothing to fill out and hang on the door for breakfast. The one thing that irritated me was because I didn't leave a card for extras I was told I would have to settle anything additionally in the morning. That was fine with me. Whilst getting ready one of the calls was "You called to have your mini bar tray removed" no I didn't. Whilst I was out someone came and removed the mini bar tray. Seriously it leaves you feeling like a criminal who can't be trusted and what if I had wanted something from it when I got back. I am afraid I wasn't impressed.

Attentive service in a great location. The rooms are not huge by modern standards but that really is the constraint of the building. A great place to stay for a couple of days if you are exploring this part of town.

Very nice rooms, though bathrooms aren't huge in the Junior suite. Very attentive staff, nice little restaurant with a lovely breakfast buffet. Great location near the embassies and Hyde Park.

The best hotel, very nice and clean, modern styile, close to Horrods and hyde park only 3 to 5 mints walking, alot of resturants near by and good for shopping, very quite please.

Fabulous hotel, the service was phenomenal, it was at a great location, very old school 5 star accommodations. Will be staying here again.
