Ok if you just want somewhere to sleep. Staircase was unsafe it slanted to one side. Shower and toilet rooms where small. Staff where friendly.

Basic hotel but clean and very friendly, welcoming staff. Will ve revisiting again.

Here's what made the trip very unpleasant : The absence of even a correct cleaning, an almost camping bedding, the bedside table at the foot, the obsolete ventilation, the tilted floor, the shower door that doesn't close, the window that doesn't close properly, the mini-fridge that generated an impressive heat in the heatwave period (at the foot of the bed), the hair dryer near the bed, breakfast (which one? ) very frugal, breakfast schedules too short, the food storage fridge of the breakfast not closed, the toaster extremely noisy in the "dining room", dishes made by hand, in the same room by staff, every two days. We also caught a maid drinking the orange juice from the brick, before serving the rest in a jar for the customers, which was then blended with running water. Finally, there is no secure place to leave your luggage when you arrive and before you leave. But there was one positive point: the presence of a CCTV camera, if there was nothing, if not… London.

Terrible customer service from two different staff on two separate days. Very rude and did not know how to communicate. Room was small, hot and unclean. Would not stay here if it was the last place available and for less than £10.

Good attention at reception, very nice area to walk at any time. Rooms small but enough to be able to sleep and take a good shower with hot water. Train station half a block (dlr) and metro station (underground) about 5 blocks. I recommend it!

The location is excellent unfortunately the room was a complete disaster filthy carpets, the furniture was dirty and sticky the shower was too small couldn't even shower properly absolutely diabolical. l had a double room which was two single beds joined together for £51.00 l expected better, the towels had a funny smell overall the management should revisit their whole idea of what hotel room should be and what people expect l rate it zero. If you're looking for a place please avoid this place will a plague l for one will definitely be doing so.

My experience: The room was small but in 2 you were fine. The room where breakfast is small and sometimes we had to wait outside before it freed a place. The positive note is that there is a bus stop just coming out and there is no bathroom in the room (many facilities do not offer that).

The thing is… You shower in the same cabinet where the toilet is. Disregarding that and if you only looking for a place to spend the night and rest you'll be fine.

Stay away from this place if you are claustrophobic. I'm very disappointed anyway, but it was close to my conference… I got room 17 and this room doesn't have any window and it's very tiny. Fridge is not working and empty, no iron (it should be), everything is broken or missing. The room was clean and the bed was ok. The breakfast was a joke. You can choose from egg, ham and cheese… and bread. And the (restaurant) kitchen is very small as well, you have to wait to access the food. The Wi-Fi was very slow and weak (max 300 kib/s).

Stayed here in a single room, paid £32 for a night. The room had spiders. Towels and soaps were provided. The room furniture wasn't the best state, yes the sheets were clean. The pillows we're awkard couldn't sleep. The windows are so thin that the traffic kept me awake and could hear conversation from outside. Breakfast shut down very early at 9.30 am. I was starving and the service I got was terrible. It should've stayed open until 11 am.

Smells of poo very hot and felt like I was in jail.

Good location but the rooms are very small.

Small cozy affordable rooms but the staff where not so accommodating. Even had a free breakfast but the staff serving was not in a good mood.

Dont even put yourself through it. When you first walk into your room and your met with a burn mark in the shape of an iron smack bang in the centre of the carpet you know your onto a winner. You then look around and try and find the surface or material without any stains or marks on it. On top of that it was August and it was roasting. There was a fan but it was useless it was that hot. We were staying with others and we thought we would check on them to compare rooms. Their room was in a similar sorry state but did have the benefit of aircon. The trade off however was they had no window. Booked it for carnival because of the location. I'll never make the mistake of booking this again or not reading reviews before hand. It really is not worth it.

Bad accommodation… a cubicle. Convenient location to visit central London.

Simple hotel, no elevator, small rooms, simple breakfast. You have to pay 10 pounds for umlimited Wi-Fi (which is painfully slow), but the reception gave it to me for free.

It done the job for the price. Though the single room is tiny and stuffy. The window opens but the street is noisy & employees smoke outside so that wafts in. AC doesn't work, the shower is tiny and water flows out of the door, which has started to lift the floor! You can't then re-enter the bathroom without putting footwear on as everything is soaked! My friends' room was more spacious but as I say, it done the job with the tube 15mins walk.

The Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very poor, if you go for your English breakfast. Forget.

Hotel that doesn't shine for its cleanliness. The only good thing I can highlight is its location.

TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY ⚠☠☡☢☣ If I could put a 0 rate it would be more accurate. Was in the room 3 second floor. When I arrived in the room first it was super small, and extremely hot. The fact to empty my suitcase made me sweat a lot. Then I saw some screws on the wall next to the pillow. When I asked to the guy at the reception what was the goal of it excepted to cut myself when I sleep and look at me like I was pissing him off and he took a screwdriver to fix it. Toilet: the cleaning product was still in the toilet. 2nd day it was as well and it was even on the toilet bowl … Breakfast: nothing, don't feel good at all on the room where you take it. Just piece of bread, cafe and a disgusting orange juice. The worst was the temperature can't sleep with a cover, woke up totally wet of sweating. The bed was not good neither and the mattress dirty. Shower go from cold to super hot without touching it. Well it was by far my worst experience in a hotel. I would recommend it to no one. to avoid ☡☡☡

Copious amounts of semen lined the mattress, semen covered the bathroom walls, a suspicious stain was also found on the phone. Irritated by the marketing, as this wasn't the Holland Inn — but it was the Dogging Inn. Very rude staff, including a big angry man at reception who lacked all morals. Clearly a scam operation, not run the benefit the guests but as a money grubbing operation. Benefited by people like the angry man at reception. V Dissappointed, expected more.

Great hotel for the price. Beds were fine. Water was running. Fridge was cold. Breakfast was as expected. You pay for 2 stars and that's what you get.

Avoid this place. There are better options around. There is no value for money, the rooms and furniture must be from the early 80's. Even for a london-hotel, the standard is very low. No free Wi-Fi, they charge you 5€ a day and you can only pay it in cash!

Cheep. Carpets are filthy. Breakfast was simple but enough with cornflakes, toast and eggs. Close to Olympia. Desperately needs a makeover… Could not provide invoice on checkout had to request via email (which was then provided).

Small hotel with a small room and no windows but it's nice to sleep, location/price is good.

Friendly staff and nice bed, I had hoped the breakfast buffet had a bigger selection that the guest could choose from, but it tastes good anyways.

Dirty rooms, no window, a real crap.

The rooms on the ground floor are Tuguri, the 17 is without window, make more money with cancellations than with the nights paid. We refused the room and we took another, in the meantime they have trimmed it to a couple of girls who have escaped. Bad.

Further to my review a month ago: The walls were filthy with years of stains and the door to the bathroom was breaking apart. The varnish had gone off a huge patch and pieces of wood could be snapped off. We were woken up at 7 both mornings from people loudly talking while queuing for breakfast before it was open. The breakfast consisted of toast, jam, sliced cheese (actually not bad) there were a limited amount of boiled eggs too. Apple juice, cornflakes, milk, fresh coffee. There was a big TV with news as well which was good. Poor nights sleep though.

Booked a double room and the room is just big enough for the bed. Tiny closet with only enough space to hang a few shirts. No draws or space to put other clothes. Room is right outside the breakfast room so I suspect we will be woken up early. One small window. Small fridge was ok but only large enough for a few bottles of water (no freezer in it). The remote control fan on the wall was a nice bonus. Bathroom was so small that there was no shower cubicle and not even a divider between the toilet and shower so the toilet got soaked when showering. Also meant towel couldnt be left in or it too would get wet. Staff at check in was very surly. Took about five munutes to find our booking and didnt care about making us wait. No sorry or thank you or any manners. Like dealing with a robot. Bed is ok but lumpy springs in matress.

Dirty and one sitting can shower a bathroom in which in the bathroom (no isolation available) according to vermoderd and that is moldy access door. The room walls are sticky yellow to Brown as the submitted rugs. If you luck has one has a window with views of the tons of garbage. TV is what but apparently only at the Repeption works and the all night.

Very clean and surprisingly quiet considering its location. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The room service are small but perfectly adequate. Other reviewers obviously aren't familiar with how expensive accommodation is in London-I've paid much more in the past for very Uchida worse accommodation.

This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The rooms were extremely small, comparable to a walk in closet. The bathroom was extremely dirty; the shower and toilet were not even separated. The rooms were not maintained. The staff could not be bothered to help you with anything at all. The TV only had arab channels. There was no free Wi-Fi, they wanted you to sign up with BT in order to access the Wi-Fi. The entire hotel smelled awful. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location and the proximity to the underground station. Avoid at all costs.

A very greasy, dirty hotel. To unklimatisiert. The request, was not complied with after a pillow after three-time prompt. Booked breakfast bad coffee, a selection from toast, cheese, jam and cereal is a farce. The other reviews about this hotel in the network exist, I consider manipulation. Where is right up on the situation, nothing at all.

I have been travelling on a budget a lot, in cheap places, but this was the worst. Narrow, crappy rooms with no air, lousy breakfast in a no-space-kitchen, water leak on the first day, no electricity on the second. But the worst: They just. Don't. Care. Not even unfriendly. Just not interested at all. Ah, additionally: £12 for Internet is what they wanted. THAT was a joke. ;).
