My stay was not comfortable or enjoyable. Hotel is in a general state of disrepair. My room was not clean. Rooms are not 'cosy' they are tiny. There is also a distinct lack of power sockets to charge phones, a 4-way extension would have gone a long way in my room. AC filthy, covered in 1-2 cm of dead skin/dirt/germs. AC very very noisy so couldn't sleep with it on, and centrally controlled so unable to change temperature from 22C. Fan in room broken too, so very hot night. TV had 'white' stains across screen and speakers. I don't even want to know, Ew! Shower couldn't drain after 1 min shower, so had to stop to prevent flooding. Breakfast was a joke. Uncovered sweaty cheese and meat, sitting beside warm unrefrigerated milk, above an uncovered food bin. Walked straight out of dining room after taking a pic. No manager present at all. Staff wouldn't even let me speak to her on the phone to complain, just shrugged. Would not stay here again!

Stayed here 2 times. The staff are lovely and accommodated my request to move to a quieter room at the back. It's a basic, but clean, hotel with a very basic breakfast. I will probably stay here again.

Very Nice and clean hotel located in a nice position so you can get anywhere in London by very good bus service and Metro. The staff was very friendly We'll come back for sure.

Very well situated in London but rooms and breakfast are terrible. Not worth the money… You wouldn't even call the place a hotel… My advice is Avoid it…

The habitaion simple but clean. Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood and quite well connected. We're going to be happy.

Budget hotel and room are bit small. One good thing is it is located much near to City connectivity and nearby restaurants. Rooms are small but they are well maintained and having good furniture and bathroom fittings. Morning Breakfast is very pathetic. They open it every morning for two hours and breakfast stocks are much limited. The more you are late to have Breakfast, the least are the chances you will hardly get Breakfast. So, if you are a early morning bird for breakfast then it's good for you here. My stay in this hotel was overall good as I found the place where this hotel is located very convenient in terms of City center and other Attraction commutation during my London tour. It's nearly 100 meters and you will find buses running towards or from City center.

Very small but clean, shower took ages to heat up and then wasn't very hot and continental breakfast was what it was, the cleaning staff started early at six woke me up and when I went out side to smoke nearly tripped over pile of clean bedding and towels outside my door.

The room was awful, the wind was getting inside through the window, so they suggested to put some towels by the window. The TV signal was poor, the Wi-Fi was down for 3 days.

Very small, (but not out of character for London) the walls are like made of paper, you can hear just about everything in the house. You have the feeling of being on a ship through the small narrow spaces. Breakfast was not worth mentioning, toast with sausage or cheese to choose from. The rooms were not nicely furnished and partially demolished (holes in the walls). Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is not far from the nearest train stop.

Great hotel in a convenient no nonsense environment. No frills but some sense of well being.

Not too bad. Room was a bit tatty, with dents and marks on walls, ceiling and furniture. Flooring was very worn too. Bed was comfortable though and shower good. Being refurbished so the problems may be addressed after that. 5 mins walk from Olympia though so very convenient.

I often go to London for a couple of days, normally I prefer the Bayswater area, this time with a reservation made via the internet I wanted to try a different area.
The hotel is central, in my opinion not really convenient to the means of transport, the price in my case was very convenient.
It still remains the fact that I think it is the worst hotel ever tried in London.
The rooms are very small and poorly finished, the spaces and the furnishings studied in a coarse and without knowledge of the cause.
Normally the stays in London are like this: all day outside and in the hotel just to sleep, so the bed is perhaps the most important thing… well, it was the worst thing, a small house with a mattress style kennel and only a blanket available, with a very serious Problems of stability.
In conclusion, you spend little and you receive very little, other hotels cost very little more but they are 3 real stars.
The staff in general was OK. (Stay done in 2013)

This was the smallest and worst "hotel" I've ever stayed at. I've been to over 25+ different hotels in all parts of the world and this was one of the worst. It was pretty dirty and needs a deep clean badly. The "beds" were the worst part. Had a terrible time sleeping and my neck and back hurt after each night. I wish I paid more and stayed in a normal hotel. I couldn't get a good night sleep.

When you book a hotel room, you expect a clean room with minimum facilities. However the room we got was dirty beyond measure and the flush in the washroom doesn't work. The noises from the neighbouring rooms and hallways! Good lord the noises. Stay away if you have a choice.

Shabby rooms, tiny TV sets and every time I asked for something in the reception, I felt like I was disturbing the person there. It took them 10 minutes to find the wi fi password! Three person room felt like staying in a maze, with a tiny bathroom and the lighting the worst I´ve ever seen in any building.

Location is premium, rates are cheap, staff is friendly. Rooms are ok, don't expect luxury. You get what you pay for.

Decent hotel in good location, great price as we booked our stay on the same day due to a last minute cancellation. Still well priced if you book in advance. Continental breakfast included was a nice bonus.

One of my worst experiences ever. The only good thing about the hotel is its location as it's relatively central. Apart from that, I can't say a single good thing about it. We've booked a twin en-suite room and what we got was something the size of a closet (2/3 meters). The heater didn't work and when I asked for extra blanket the receptionist said they didn't have extra blankets. One of us had to sit on the squeaky bed if the other one wanted to move around. The so-called continental breakfast consisted in bread, hard-boiled eggs, sliced cheese and instant coffee. Honestly, I've see better conditions in two-star hotels and for less money.

We stayed at the Court Hotel for 4 nights. The hotel room is very small but clean. Very friendly and helpful staff Not a nice but functional place to visit London.

Very small bedroom. Hammock shaped mattress (uncomfortable). Self service breakfast with little choice. Steep stairs and if understood in a room that overlooks holland court is really noisy for passing cars even at night. The only redeeming factor is that it is in a convenient location for the city centre and the tube. Flunked.

We stayed for two nights on a trip to London.
It is a hotel built from homes so already the structure was not born for that but the drama that is all incredibly tight: the entry whose hallway is at one with the reception, stairs (pure steep), hallways.
The room is acceptable but at minimum: small bathroom but ok (and shower), bed only accessible from one side, a-deck-a with no chance to get another one.
The dining room is in the basement with no light and air stream with a service and an offer really minimize and totally self service.
The staff (those two people we saw) though is nice.
Our choice was determined by a price on offer tempting (88 € per couple for two nights) the full fare does not deserve her.

First night we were in the basement — it was musty and cold down there. The room in the first floor was renovated and nice. The breakfast room is horrible. 25 persons on 4x4 meters. Also the quality of the breakfast was poor.
