I leave some pictures to make it look like it is. But I don't recommend it at all. The sheets stained, humidity, small room…

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Very tiny room, dirty toilet, smart TV doesn't connect to internet, missing toilet door handles. Only 1 star cause a/c was working. Rude staffs in reception and in breakfast room.

I stayed here but in my room they shut the shower never served the air conditioner, they were never able to fix me and just lied to me about solutions the only thing they say is always we will change the room.
It's the worst hotel I've ever been to!
Cleanliness is also very bad.

This place is close to Earl's court tube station. Other than that, there is nothing to appreciate. Poor staff behavior. The receptionist didn't help us to locate our room. He hesitated to move from his chair. Bathroom fitting are poor.

While the place was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast quite good, and the staff friendly and polite, there is a point where a room is too small. When your room is so small you can barely fit your suitcase in, there is a problem.

Not recommended at all. Small rooms, with tiny bathrooms. Cleanliness and maintenance should be improved. Breakfast better than expected (toasts with butter and jam, coffee, yoghourt and some fruits), although you have to go very early in the morning. No lift available. One plus point: location. It is close to Earl's Court metro station and also to a big supermarket.

Dirty Unfriendly Staff On clues the staff did not react at all. We have our money from booking. Com get back and are in a different hotel.

The location of the hotel is great to get to all of London's main attractions and a few minutes walk from the Metro. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The double room is a little small but cozy and clean.

Comfortable enough room but didn't get much sleep due to noise from neighbouring room on first night and from the receptionist on his phone all night long the second.

Very shabby and dirty! Nobody on reception, waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. Ridiculous climb with suitcases to room, around 60 steps! Bathroom filthy, had to request for it to be cleaned as plugs were so blocked they couldn’t drain from the sink or shower which resulted in flooding. Much nicer places to stay for the same cost. Photos are deceiving.

Never Stay in this hotel it's dirty and stained mattresses — walls full of damp — horrible dirty shower and a boiled egg for breakfast.

Fantastic location. Very good value for money. Friendly staff. Not a 5 star hotel, but fits the purpose!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom is suitable, although it may be missing some furniture to put the clothes, for example. But I thought it was a very good hotel. We'll repeat the stay.

Vile place never go there mould all over the room room not cleaned bathroom filthy stains on the bed left within minutes spoke to reception and they would not give the money back and thought it was funny that we left.

Good place to stay in London and excellent value for money. The hotel is about half an hour walk from Buckingham Palace and right next to a very large avenue full of shops of all kinds. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
If I had to say any downside it would be the quality of the Wi-Fi, the cleanliness and the size of the rooms. Otherwise all perfect, I would recommend if you are looking for a very cheap hotel relatively close to the city centre.

We are staying here for about 8nights. We have heavy luggage… the place doesn't have a lift or elevator. But I would like to say that the folks managing the place is very accomodating. Location is very nice and accessible to the train station. Small room. Basic room with private bath. Breakfast is also basic — toast, fruits, coffee and juices.

The staff was very helpful and friendly; they did everything to ensure our stay was as delightful as possible. They were chatty and really kind, and allowed us to print our flight tickets and didn't charge us. The room was very small. The window was extremely hard to open and close since it had no handle, just a bolt to tight and unscrew every time we needed to open/close it. It really needs to be fixed. The bathroom was incredibly tiny and impossible to use with ease. Getting out of the shower without hitting the edge of the sink was quite complicated. Using the toilet was a real struggle. Not the cleanest. The impracticality of the bathroom is something to take into account before booking, especially if you have children or mobility issues. However, the TV and the modern lighting system were fine. The bed was okay. There were workmen restructuring and modernising the first floor, so I guess they'll renovate the whole place pretty soon and everything will get better. The Wi-Fi coverage was good, it worked perfectly. The location is spot on: less than ten minutes walk to Earl’s Court Station and Gloucester Road Station, and circa fifteen minutes walk to South Kensington Station. So well connected to the city centre. Close to the National History Museum, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace. The area is full of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and markets. All things considered, it's all you need for a short break in London.

Super located to Earl's Court station. Price/performance OK. Extremely small bathroom. Breakfast OK, although the breakfast room is very cramped and small.

Don’t touch this one! At arrival we were shown three rooms. First one shower wet toilet not flushed. Second one same situation. According to the manager somebody even was booked in that room already! Serious security problem! Third room also untidy. Lots of black things in the shower and dirty toilet.
Everywhere construction gear in front of the rooms like circular saws drills buckets of paint etc. The list goes on. Even made pictures as a proof. Not willing to refund and even causing me to lie about the situation by the manager who wasn’t even there.

Discount hotel with small rooms. All ensuite with tiny bathrooms. Price matched the size. Awesome staff!

The rooms are very small and can cause some people discomfort. Lt has Wi-Fi connection but not persistent. The hotel refuses to give receipt for cash payment, which is a bit unusual. The breakfast included with the room is basic (boiled eggs, cornflakes, muffins, bread and spread, juice, hot beverages and bananas if you wake early.

It's not exactly the best hotel in the world but if you just have to sleep it's more than good.

This is the worst hotel I have been to in my life. It is so dirty and the room was filled with flies. When I asked to cancel my booking, the staff lied to me. They said they will only take a one night fees and refund the rest; which they never did. They ripped me off.

Don't really know where to start. We booked for 2 nights and when we arrived we were told we would have to change rooms after the first night as 'we checked in at an awkward time' (4pm). Staff just seemed rude and like they didn't care the whole time. The hallways were dirty and smelt like damp, there was also no lift, so getting our luggage to the top floor was hard work as we had so much with us. We then arrived at our room, to find it had no windows, and the room was about three metres wide (bed and bathroom included). There were no tea and coffee making facilities in our room, but when you book, it states there will be and when we asked about a kettle we were told we couldn't have one in our room. There was also no wardrobe to hang anything up, and basically no room to move, unless one of us was sat on the bed! We were also told the rooms were 'sound proof', however, during the night, we heard every single noise that came from the rooms next to us. People were also arriving during the early hours, shouting, and turning the automatic lights on in the hallway several times during the night. The noise from the showers in the other rooms are also extremely loud! (If you're a light sleeper, you'll get no sleep staying here! ) We then changed rooms, and to be fair, the second room was alot bigger, and had a window. However, we still had a bad nights sleep due to the noise and how thin the walls were!

A very small and dirty room. Cobwebs hang on the ceiling and at the window. The mattress is very soft and dirty. The bathroom is very small. The shower only worked partially. The breakfast (in the basement) was sufficient, but nothing special. I think the toasters haven't been cleaned for months.
I give a point for the friendly staff and one for the location, both top.

The hotel room was filthy. When we arrived we found a bed of dried up blood. The floor was also not wiped.
When I had complained to the lady at the front desk, she said she didn't cover a replacement and gave us 3 sheets. It was also still freezing. When she came to the room to examine, she made the curtain back, and uuups came out chewing gum and rubbish on the windowsill — what her Megapeinlich was. In the toilet you can't clean, as well, there you can't even really crap so tight it is there.
Actually, you should look forward to a city trip — but if the hotel doesn't fit, nothing fits.

Tiny tiny room. Tiny tiny toilet. Shower doors dint work, a mess everyday with water. Smelling Toilet cause not even little window, the extractor didn't work well. The lady at reception OMG, imposible to be worst! But The guy during the day was very kind. Positive things: for the price, this is ubicated in a convenient place close to a central metro station to everywhere and the morning breakfast is quiet acceptable, also for children.

Tiny rooms but at that price maybe you can't ask for more. I happened to a room on the top floor and to access it was necessary to walk a number of flights of irregular stairs and tight. Experience to forget. Breakfast in the basement other sore note of the stay.

Was booked in for 5 nights 1st day was given a room next to the bins so got moved on the 2nd day to a room that was even smaller than the 1st room didn't even have a window no mirror in the room couldn't stay there another night so booked out on the 3rd day worse experience off my life there's not one nice thing I can say about it avoid it!
