Do not get basement room 193. Cold (heat only comes on at night). Dark, and loud with people walking around upstairs and laundry delivery early morning. Very run down looking inside. Large suite, but very old. Paid internet was a surprise. The staff however was kind enough to allow us to check in early and, they were very professional.

Excellent place! 24hr reception, spacious apartment (the one I got at least, was upgraded from a studio), huge double bed, living room, kitchen, balcony! Great for a couple or family! The cable TV with BT sports was also greatly appreciated! The personnel was also helpful! The only negative was the mattress which was not very good and that they were strict with the check-out (although it was probably full and they had to prepare the room)

Excellent place to stay. I visited London last month and this was one of the best aspect of my trip. Gossier was very courteous and welcoming, as well as the other attendants. She gave us clear directions of how to get around in London. The rooms were cleaned and fresh linen was provided on a daily basis. They even restocked our tea, coffee, sugar etc sachets every day. My only concern was that I couldn't find the heater in the apartment. My apartment had a portable air conditioner. I'm used to central cooling and heating systems. Good thing we had good weather during our stay. Overall, I'm glad that we lodged there. Customer service was amazing in Collingham Serviced Apartment.

An excellent place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and most importantly quiet. A fantastic welcome pack comprising milk, bread, wine, and butter. Fantastic friendly staff, particularly the manager and Ash. We had our car broken into at the local NCP, (avoid at all cost) but the staff made our car secure for a 250 mile journey home. We plan to return later this year.

Clean, comfortable, well located (close to two metro stations and several museums), I practice for the family.

Usually don’t write reviews, but I was so impressed! The staff was so helpful, friendly, gracious and kind. Our family had some trouble with noise on our second night BC a very rowdy group had moved in next door to the apartments. When we headed out the next day the concierge asked how we had slept BC the night concierge had mentioned how loud it had been and was worried about us. Not ones to complain, we admitted that it hadn’t been such a good nights sleep, and they immediately moved us to a different room in a quieter area with a balcony, and waved our Wi-Fi fee, without us having to say anything! The location was perfect, lots to do in that neighborhood, plus easy access to the tube, was able to visit lots of incredible sites without any confusion or switching lines. From the Gloucester Road underground location everything was a straight shot. The one bedroom/one bathroom apartment itself was lovely and spacious enough for 3 adults, granted we didn’t spend very much time there. The pull out couch in the living area worked great, and the washer/dryer in the kitchen came in very handy since we had tried to pack light. Would love to come back!

Stayed at many places throughout our visits to London. This has been the best. Friendly welcoming staff at reception. Always there with helpful advice when needed for what to do and see. Room were always clean and sparkling. Loved that someone was always at reception 24 hours a day. No hesitation in booking this faboulous accommodation when we go back to London.

Very nice large apartments, quiet and clean. Only a 20 min walk from Royal Albert Hall and museums. My only issue was that the Wi-Fi was a bit expensive. Which I think should be free living in the 21st century.

We recently stayed at Collingham Serviced Apartments and highly recommend it. The service was great, cleaning was exceptionally good and the staff was outstanding. The location was central and very easy to get to the subway.

Decent rooms and very good location, for the westfield or even Stamford bridge!

It's very well comfortable and spacious, a large apartment with a very well equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms for our 3 BR! Wow! The location couldn't be better, Gloucester Road tube station a 5 min walk.

Overpriced, the floor makes noise of cracking, the heater makes a distarbing sound in the night, no really.

Great location made getting around London easy, and concierge service was amazing.
Our small 2 bedroom 1 bath apt tight fit for family of 5, bathroom definitely needed some updating. Clean and well equipped kitchen.

Really lovely apartments in a great location!

It's very well comfortable and spacious, a large apartment with a very well equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms for our 3 BR! Wow! The location couldn't be better, Gloucester Road tube station a 5 min walk, a large Sainsburys very nearby. We were upgraded to the penthouse apartment and the views are Jude stunning!

Great place hope to come back.

This was my first overseas trip out of the US. I vacationed with my parents, sister and brother-in-law, so it was important to us to stay in a place that offered a bit of privacy and space from each other. Staff was always friendly and the apartment was always so very clean. The neighborhood was just as lovely, and a short walk to the tube. It was our home away from home… I even miss the bed and pillow over mine! Amazing time, thank you for everything!

The Collingham Apartments are located in a beautiful area of London near Earls Court. The Apartments are spacious and comfortable and the staff are very attentive and caring. This is great alternative to a hotel if you are staying that little bit longer in London.

Collingham Apartments really exceeded our expectations for a self catering service apartments. Rooms were clean, spacious with clean modern toilet/shower. Located at excellent location in London at 3-5 mins walking distance from tube station. Pleasure to recommend.

Excellent place to stay in while visiting London. The apartment we've been in has been pretty much spot-on. 2-bedroom with living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and small terrace. It's been quiet, clean, well equipped and the staff has been very friendly (bonus points for room service doing our dishes although they weren't obliged). Walking distance from Earl's Court and Gloucester Road Tube stations, with shops and restaurants all around. The only minor gripe was a bit pricey Wi-Fi access — £9 per day or £35 per week. We've ended up using own 3G hotspot instead which turned out to be much cheaper using local SIM cards. Overall very pleasant stay and could definitely recommend to anyone.

It is located in very quiet and nice area pleasant walking distance from Glocester Road station. In the morning, while walking along the right side of the street heading to the station you can avoid the Sunshine but still feeling warm but fresh air. In the afternoon, also you will enjoy the walking down the street on right side coming back home. Hyde park, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert hall are in walking distance as well. If you love to shopping, you can go to Chanel shop just to East bound in 20 min. Morning time, you walk up to Imperial College and pass through Royal Albert Hall then go further west then turn right to find out small street to connect to Brompton Rd. To Harrods. It takes 30-40 min with a refreshing stroll. Nearest market is Sainsbury's. But just around the Glocester Road Station, there are Waitrose and Tesco express to drop by when you are feeling peckish.
